Took a class here recently to use remaining ClassPass credits. Liked the vibe and the sweaty hour working out. The only thing was that some dumbbells were by the window which I didn’t notice and they would have been better for my rows. Also, the sequence had too many pull-ups imho (20 alternate with 10 assault bike cal amrap within 10 mins). Switched to negative and banded pull-ups as 20 strict pull-ups at a time seems to be too much. Impressive gym and selection of equipment, but no open gym time here and within a class there’s a limited number of exercises - you either like them or don’t. Pricing high or on par with other bfxs

A really fun workout place! They train you hard so be prepared but lots of fun team or pair work so you aren't entirely alone. Lots of weight options too so don't feel overwhelmed or intimidated. The trainers are really lovely and push you only as far as you want to, can do everything at your own pace too to not hurt yourself.

This is a great place to workout. Three great things: instructors, programming and equipment. The toughest endurance session I’ve done in a long-time.

Money hungry does not pay you for 2 weeks of initial labor. Anna the Aquarius manager will give you a one second chance so be there so the job will never be promised to anyone. The promise after is $15 an hour to be there at 4:30am terrible experience not worth the time when you can barely get a bathroom break and it’s unorganized. Not worth the time or money wasted

I first started taking the Training Lab classes the first year they opened. I absolutely loved it from the get-go because of the intensity and how the trainers always motivated me to push harder when I felt I just "can't do it". 1 year later and I'm still taking classes here and have far-exceeded my fitness goals, feeling stronger than I've ever felt before. The pours of sweat you'll feel is incredibly worth it. You'll come out of this studio, down those long flight of stairs like you've just conquered something great. Just like everyone says, it is NOT for the faint of heart and would not recommend it to beginners. It will push your endurance level to the extreme. All of the instructors are phenomenal and yes, like a true bootcamp style training, they will yell at you (but with a lot of love behind those yells). My favorite is Daria - she is cray, but I love her so much!

First workout here vi ClassPass. Well organized, energetic, challenging workout. A bit advanced for me, but that's what I need to make progress. So I will be back!

Dropped into a class when I was in the city - great facility, friendly staff and knowledgeable instructor. It was definitely a challenge but they made me feel welcome and offered modifications as needed.

The gym was clean and everyone was pleasant. The instructor was encouraging and understanding of the fact that it was my first visit. I found the workout challenging and left feeling exhausted but accomplished.

I went to The Training Lab twice on my recent NYC trip and had the most wonderful time. The trainers were so welcoming and inclusive, the workouts were very challenging but fun and the members were all really lovely too. I will 100% be back on my next trip and am very jealous that The Training Lab isn't in London. Thank you so much for having me, the workouts were definitely some of the highlights of my trip!

Found the gym through ClassPass but was sad to see I was only allowed to take one class. I really enjoyed the “trading day” cardio class on a Tuesday morning. The format was great, the pace was challenging, the instructor was clear yet motivating, had good form and demo’d what we needed to do, and overall made the class fun! We had a good number of people but we were spread out and it did not feel crowded. I was also happy to see they have a good variety of equipment Hope to go back soon and try out their other classes.

Training lab has an exceptional energy. The programming is always excellent. The coaches are supportive and provide so much correction. I have historically taken Kailey or Jose's classes which are always fantastic. Recently took my first class with Gabriela and Reuben who are incredible as well. Could not send higher praises if I tried. The programming is designed to meet you at any and every level. It’s also just a really fun place to train.

Loved the vibe! Loved Coach Alexis! I was looking for a place to lift with a group and the training lab was perfect place for me! :)

The trainer does a good job at pushing you, but doesn't go overboard and is respectful. He was also available to help and answer any questions when needed. I was a little intimidated taking the class, but everyone was friendly and helpful when I looked lost. Tough workout, but I loved it!

I was in the city for work but wanted to get a workout and day pass. This place is amazing and the staff was super nice. They mentioned they're in the middle of a move soon but I'll make sure to find this place again and am looking forward to seeing the new space. I highly recommend!

Hands down one of the best studios in the city. Although a little pricey its worth every penny! As a college athlete and fitness enthusiast this is definitely my new favorite workout and always sore the next day! If you're ready for a serious sweat in a motivating and high energy environment I highly suggest giving this place a try :)

It was the most difficult workout I've done. I usually do Barry's, Equinox and Soul Cycle. This was even more engaging than cross-fit classes I've taken.

Easily one of the best gyms, if not the best, in NYC. Work-outs are very intense/tough but do able. You also have great instructors there that are motivating and experienced. If you're looking to challenge yourself there is no place better. New facilities are great, with 2 different floors for a variety of (torturous) activities.

One of the toughest classes in NYC. With boot-camp style HIIT, smaller group strength specific training as well as personal training and yoga. TTL is a great place to go to train and not the place to show up hung over or after work and expect to cruise through and break a light sweat. The instructors are very hands on, will ensure your form is correct and modify the workout as needed to ensure you are challenged no matter what your level of fitness.

Amazing gym! Ruben & everyone at the Lab are incredible. If you want to see yourself transform, this is the place! You'll amaze yourself with how quickly you become stronger. No one will push you past what you're capable of accomplishing, so, whether you know it or not, try when they say you can because you'll surprise yourself! If you have any injuries, everyone is super knowledgeable and will help you modify accordingly. (Don't be surprised if they even remember it the next time you're in class!) What amazes me most of all is how friendly everyone is, staff and customers alike. Whether it's your first time or you're a regular, you'll fit in like you've always belonged.

Very friendly and helpful instructor and members. A little intimidating at first because everyone else was more advanced than me, but they went out of their way to personalize instructions and make me comfortable.
