    I met Adam- founder of Own Your Fitness in the Tribeca gym. Adam's a phenomenal trainer. Very well knowledge, intelligent, passionate and effective. His training methods are superior and he is very efficient with his and my time. He brings a wealth of experience to fitness. His background is vast and works with all levels of people.

    By far the best personal trainer experience i have had- i have worked out with other trainers and i find own your fitness knowledgeable and highly-qualified for fitness weight loss, and effective for strength training. Their online workouts from home are awesome. Building muscle at home is totally possible.

    I was looking for personal training after my baby and had some specific requirements- after meeting 4 personal trainers in Tribeca nyc own your fitness was the winning combination- they are extremely experienced and extremely professional and supportive- very good post natal. I wanted to be close to my baby and workout from home and still do strength- own your fitness team designed effective workouts for my convenience and it gave me a 100% results!

    Very professional, he was able to follow me before, during and after pregnancy. Also during covid tailor made training possible every day. If you are looking For post natal strength training, weight loss after baby or just weight loss you got your personal training person.

    I highly recommend Adam Dare and Own Your Fitness. Training with Adam has helped me gain and maintain a fit, healthy and strong body that just continues to improve. He really knows his stuff and makes it easy and fun. Transitioning from in-person to FaceTime training has been seamless and I can now get a great, guided workout anywhere. Love it!

    Coach Adam from Own Your Fitness is not only one of the most experienced fitness trainers but he's also a great mindset coach. He and his team do these amazing 30 minute personal training workouts on Zoom which are by far better than any in person workout I've ever had. His team is by far one of the best teams to train with in New York City and Jersey City. Good service. Good attitude. Good workouts. Good experience.

    Working with Adam has been life changing. He is a true fitness COACH guiding me through the entire process. He has taught me how to be consistent, disciplined and ignite my inner beast! He has coached me on how to correctly use the gym equipment, on having good form, and on my nutrition. Since working with him I feel healthier, stronger and look better than ever. Looking forward to continuing my workouts with him and reaching my fitness goals.

    I have been working with Coach Adam since September 2021. Coach has corrected my form, posture and workout techniques, and these have been the most valuable learnings for me. On top of that, I have built tremendous resilience and confidence, and have become stronger physically and mentally. Coach Adam is very experienced, knowledgeable and knows when to push you to ensure you reach your maximum potential. He has also help me imbibe many valuable lessons around self belief, self confidence, and mindset. Thank you for making me a stronger person!

    i am a basket ball player and i needed my leg strength and core strength to be on point. When covid happened i totally felt confident doing online personal training with own your fitness. They are very knowledge based and highly experienced in building muscle, strength training and fitness. I highly recommend them.

    I have been with Own Your Fitness since 3+ months now. Their nutrition coaching and personal training programs are amazing. I successfully achieved my weight target and look leaner and feel much more healthy and confident. I really like the philosophy of the program. The nutrition coaching is sustainable and easy to get used too, it has made me more aware of what I put into my body! The personal training is customized to my needs and I really like that there are a variety of exercises so it doesn't feel monotonous. I would definitely recommend Own Your Fitness to my friends and family!

    With so many options around, I couldn't find a fitness coach that was an expert in core strength, belly fat loss, and lower back issues. After trying numerous fitness classes, I didn't get the results I was looking for. I was frustrated. After a friend recommended own your fitness in Tribeca and jersey city, I booked my initial session. From the very start, coach Adam took his time, put me through an assessment, and pinpointed exactly on what I need to do, and designed a fitness program for me. In just ten weeks, I've lost weight, toned up, feel confident, and more energetic. Their thirty minute sessions are so effective, and easy to fit into my schedule. Great experience.

    After just 6 weeks of training with Own Your Fitness, I am thrilled to see significant results already! I have a big birthday coming up and my goal is to transform my body by January. Adam is an amazing trainer who has tailored my workouts specific to my body type and my goals, and it is definitely paying off. My clothes fit better and with each session I am getting stronger, learning about mind-body connection, and feeling really good about myself and my progress. With Own Your Fitness as my PT, there is no stopping me from getting the results I want. If you're serious about your fitness goals, I highly recommend Own your Fitness to take you there.

    Having researched Tribeca and Jersey city areas and trying different workouts I knew once i tried own your fitness that this was it. A tremendous approach to losing weight and building muscle. They break down the simplest of all exercises and progress you each and every step. Very results oriented and very effective workouts. They have this 25 minute strength training and fat loss class also. Must try them. Thanks own your fitness!!! 💪🏋️‍♂️

    I signed up for the 12 week virtual program and have not been disappointed. As someone who regularly had the drive to begin exercising but never followed through, working with Coach Adam has been a huge success. His approach is firm and encouraging, and has helped me hold myself accountable to prioritizing my fitness. I have always been quite thin and have found it difficult to gain weight. Additionally, at the beginning of the program, I had virtually no upper body strength. With Coach Adam's guidance, I have learned the correct techniques for performing several exercise routines and am amazed at my progress. Not only are my glutes and upper body fuller than ever, but also, my posture has improved. I feel a newfound sense of strength that has increased my confidence. The physical changes and increase in energy have been noticed by colleagues and friends. With this boost in confidence, I applied for and accepted a more senior career position, and am excited to continue this trend of self care. Though my time in this 12 week program will soon end, I am resolute in maintaining this healthy lifestyle and pursuing further opportunities to work with Coach Adam. I strongly recommend anyone serious about invigorating their lifestyle to work with Own Your Fitness - you will not be disappointed!

    Coach Adam created a personalized program to focus on rebuilding my back strength. I was in a cycle after losing strength during covid where every time I tried to workout with classes I would throw my back out and then be set back for weeks with immobility. Since working with him I have strengthened my back and core while toning the rest of my body and losing weight. His at home zoom sessions are super convenient and you get a full challenging workout comprised of serious strength training exercises but also super dynamic stretches, which I love. It's so great to feel stronger and more confident in what movements work best for my body since Coach gives a ton of information on muscle groups and movements that are best suited for your specific needs.

Still the same quality workouts and personal attention. They also help me with nutrition and also additional cardio. I am held accountable for nutrition and also my own cardio workouts. I did the mirror and i did bootcamp classes but personal training with own your fitness has always been a a guaranteed results based fitness program. They do online personal training too and by far the best workouts.

    Adam is the one of the best trainers I ever had! He pushes you above and beyond what you think you are able to do. I've learned so much from him in my 4 months of training. The tools he gave me will last me a lifetime! I am better and stronger thanks to his training!

    I developed significantly after learning several more techniques for pushing both my mind and my body way beyond discomfort. Coach Adam's 20 minutes and 45 minutes long workouts are both of great quality. Loved it!
