You can explain this establishment as "chocolate heaven!" Warm and gooey smores, chocolate shakes, your favorite childhood sweets - what more can be said? My partner literally put this as a "must visit" on our list while spending Spring Break in Times Square (NYC). You can spend at least an hour to two here while browsing a ENDLESS array of candies. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about Hershey's history; how chocolate is processed, the origins of the product, and the historical tidbits about each of your favorite treats. This is a MUST VISIT location if you are spending any time in Times Square. And make sure you get one of those warm and gooey smores!

Mediocre at its best. Almost all the candy can be purchased at your local grocery store, gas station, or candy shop. There's one unique area for novelty sized candies like a Reese's cup that's a half pound in size ($17), and you can buy a couple of unique shirts, Legos, etc. Overall, this isn't a must see place.

A definite must when visiting NY. Conveniently located on Times Square. A wide variety of all our the favorite Hershey's products. A lot of unique treats bot found in store. My favorite it the Kit Kat Fruity Cereal. You'll get to see the world's largest Hershey's bar etc. The service was great. Reps were all smiles and ready to answer any questions you may have. They were also attentive and made great suggestions. When visiting the Big Apple put this on your must do list.

The store was pretty cool. You could make your own giant custom peanut butter cup, buy the “worlds largest” of candy they make and even buy scented candles based on their candy. My only concern is I felt like the store was kinda pricey for some things. The store it’s self was pretty clean and stocked. My favorite feature was the candy bar door handle .

Loved this place. It's huge. Great options to pick from. Never have I seen such a big bottle of Hersey chocolate syrup before or a candy bar that big. They have a place where you can either take a photo or upload a photo and put it on the wrapping of a candy bar. Pretty cool. I bought 1 for my grandson and ended up going back and purchasing several more for other family members. The only down side is the check out line. Takes way to long. Really neat store to check out

New York City is the place for many big brand companies to sprawl up. Hershey did it and didn’t disappoint. Staff was so kind and nice, they helped whenever they could considering they have to also work the cashier. Cleanliness was perfect considering the amount of interaction in the store. A little small considering how big the space looks from the outside. But all in all a fun entertaining place.

So much chocolate. So many choices. You can feel yourself get happier being in the welcoming, fun environment. There was a greeter at the door that greeted you with a piece of Hershey’s chocolate. Made my kids day! The little things make things amazing for kids. Highly recommend and you will definitely be buying something. Its worth it.

A must in Times Square. The price is good for the amount you get. There's a good variety of chocolate bars and very unique tasting chocolates. The decor is amazing, it's fun and interesting. The staff is super friendly. You can even get milkshakes there.

Largest Hershey’s store I’ve ever seen. Lots of variety and merchandise for bringing souvenirs and gifts home to family. Lots of different options for chocolate bars that I haven’t seen anywhere else, or at least in very few places. Their in store baked items were neat as well, and made it great to grab a quick treat. Definitely a must see store when visiting NYC!

It was really fun to walk through the store and see all the different kinds of herhey candy displayed. The mix and match candy selection to fill your nag for a set price is really fun and I saw a lot of families doing it with their kids... And adults too! The store was very clean and organized and there was a section to get smores or shakes prepared fresh to order. There are also some fun novelty items that I have not seen in other stores, like a 5lb Hershey chocolate bar which was really fun to see. Also a 5lb reeses Santa Claus which I think could make a good Christmas gift to someone that really enjoys that type of candy. Being located off times Square, the store is very busy but the late hours are convenient to shopping at different times throughout the day.

Warning: no restrooms available for anyone; includes paying customers. Great assortment of candy to choose from. We had the milkshake, hot chocolate, and more. The personal peanut butter cup was too massive to buy and eat in one sitting.

Cool place to stop in for all your candy needs in Times Square. They even pass out the little Hershey bars free. Also, they have ice cream sundaes and Hershey apparel and other novelty gifts.

Very cool, make your own Reese’s, tons of milkshakes. Cute clothes and very affordable selection of all Hershey’s products. I liked the energy of the place. The workers were very helpful. I liked that they had different stuff you couldn’t find at any average store especially for a candy lover like me. It’s definitely the kind of place that I would consider on the touristy side obviously based on its location in Times Square but I think it is worth the stop if you’re nearby. It was pretty crowded when we went the weekend of 4th of July at night but I assume that comes with the territory. I got a cute hersheys kisses tie dye sweatshirt for 40$ check it out! They gave us free Hershey bars as we left

I usually visit Hershey's Chocolate World at Hersheypark whenever I go, so I had to visit the one in Times Square as well. Fun little store. I would come again!

This was a great experience!!! From the moment you walk in your greeted with a mini Hershey chocolate free! The store had sooo many flavors I’ve never seen! My boys loved it!!! The also had a little area where they make shakes and hot chocolates and let me say this was the best hot chocolate we’ve had!

We went to try the viral huge Reese’s cup and got the small one instead because a) it was only two of us, b)it was extremely expensive. It’s TERRIBLE. It is basically a bowl of peanut butter with sprinkles, no chocolate at all. Do not recommend buying this at all. This is really doing the Reese’s cup a disservice.

This was chocolate heaven, they had every type of Hersheys chocolate and more. They also had different food stations where you could get delicious treats. You could easily spend a fortune here with so much goodness. It’s in a great location very close to Times Square. It wasn’t overly busy and prices were pretty fair.

I came here specifically for the stuff your cup Reese’s buffet and I was not disappointed! It came out so good, I added Reese’s pieces, crushed cookies, mini Reese’s cups, marshmallows, marshmallow fluff and caramel. This is definitely something that shouldn’t be eaten in one day, but regardless it was still good! The only thing that threw me off was the pricing. I was told by the cashier that the original price of the large Reese’s cup would be $19.95 with no extra toppings added, but on the receipt it shows that the original price is $24.95 with no extra toppings added and then with tax it came out to $27.95, so almost 30 dollars for a Reese’s cup😭. If I would’ve known the actual price that might have influenced me to not buy it. With all that being said, I still enjoyed it!

Across from the middle of time square is Hersheys. It's busy but if you are looking to make that GIANT reeces cup-go right to the BACK and towards the right. There is a line and because of all the customizations, does take a little bit of time. Totally worth the time and price, just something to factor in! We haven't even put a dent in this reeces cup!!

This store is a chocoholics dream come true. You must try the Kitkat Duos Mocha + Chocolate Bar! It's delish. Perfect to buy gifts for your loved ones. They also do have smores and milkshakes at the back. I had a milkshake, it was good, but Ive had better. You cannot have the milkshake in the store due to covid regulations and need to leave the store to have your treats.

It's a cute little store that sells Hershey's merchandise, different snacks and treats, and obviously chocolate. I really enjoyed how you can mix and match different hershey chocolates and you can fill up the bag/box however much you want. The price was a set price for the bag/box of mixed match chocolate instead of by weight. This place is a go to if you're a chocolate lover. The staff is also very friendly as well.

It's more real than you could imagine! Hershey's has something to offer for everyone! From chocolate candies to clothing and even toys! If you have ever eaten anything made by Hershey's, then this is one experience you don't want to pass.

There was so much to look at and buy! I never thought I'd want to make my own giant Reece's cup or get a Hershey's milkshake to walk around the city, but I was wrong! Absolutely loved every minute.

I’m a big chocolate lover and my favorite is Reese’s. That giant recess filled cup was amazing stuffed with marshmallow, caramel, pretzel, Oreo and peanut butter. I recommend this place to any chocolate lovers out there.

Chocolates are very sweet but the workers here are also very sweet and helpful. The owner should compensate them for more for their sweet care and smile they are very hard workers and nice people I ever met in new york city. Thank you for helping me to start a better day and fulfilling my experience in New York City.

I guess i wasn't really that excited because this is the second location i visited soo it was kinda like same ol same... But very nice to go inn get some cheerful gifts and smell the sweets , chocolates, and ice cream in the air. I can NEVER get tired of that

If you are a hershey's fan or merely just a chocolate fan or you inow, whoever person, you might want to visit this hersheys as there are some really great stuff here to buy as souvenirs or just to treat yourself to some great chocolate. You can buy some giant pieces of their most emblematic sweets, coats, pillows, beanies, dolls, mugs and so much more. What I really liked is that there is someone at the exit gate which will gift you a little piece of hersheys when you walk out, you know, those are the little details that make you feel good when visiting/ purchasing anywhere

Cool and fun store to visit. The hot chocolate and the s'mores shake were really good

  • 5/5 Alonso V. 2 years ago on Google
Yes, yes, yes! Go here if you love chocolate. They offer a wide variety of candy and candy themed clothing. They even have a s'mores station that sells s'mores and milkshakes. I definitely recommend getting the s'mores. The price tag was like $13 but it was so worth it. Had an awesome time here.
