My best friend booked this for us, I was totally amazed being that I had been on any type of cruise before. Unlimited Mimosas, Bloody Mary's, and Chicken and Waffles. This is definitely an experience you would want to try, I had the best time of my life. The view is so amazing, also passing by the "Statue of Liberty" was the best part of the cruise. There's live music and dance, you'll instantly fall in love with this Cruise!!!

I called ahead to check the time they sail usually. The lady on the phone told me that they are closed for private event. However, we were so close, so we just passed by. They were open, but waiting for group of ten or more to leave. So, for sure, there was a misunderstanding somehow on the Phone. The employees at the office, and on the cruise are so friendly, professional and welcoming. We had great time. It was a little bit cold beginning of March, so I decided to stay indoor. Great guide, and nice narration.

We enjoyed a wonderful sightseeing cruise around New York. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and shared her insights on the City. A must if you have half a day to spare. Get there early as the queues build.

I went on a saturday night. I will recommend to get the unlimited drinks. Each drink is $10. The music was okay. The dj played a lot of old music from like the early 2000s. But after a few drinks every thing sounds good. It lasts about 2 hrs and it has free food. Right now a sale on groupon.

I would highly recommend taking this boat tour. It allows you to tour around the Statue of Liberty and shows the coast of New York. The tour guide was very enthusiastic and seemed to enjoy his job. I was quite pleased overall with this tour expecially since everything in New York is quite expensive but the tour was quite affordable.

Had a blast. Music, Drinks and the scenery are awesome the people are beautiful just all around a good time. The only thing I don't like is the new Pier 15 look they did not need to renovated should have left it alone.

We were completly misled by the advertising of this cruise. We bought tickets for #1 Latin Party Cruise and this was not a latin party boat! All the good views were on the top floor were the music wasn’t latin, it was hiphop and soca. Downstairs the music was latin circa 1990, the ambiance wasn’t nice, there was no good view, and there were very few people. When asked we were told by the staff the same boat is advertised as many different types of party cruises but in reality they’re all just one boat. If I would have known the type of music that was going to be played on the main floor was hiphop and soca I would not have purchased these tickets. I will not be recommending this to my friends. This was definitely not the type of ambiance or music we were looking for.

This is my second time in Hornblower Cruises. This was my time visiting the new Pier 15. It looks very nice. This is the revamped version after Super Storm Sandy destroyed it. Hornblower ships are very nice and I always have a great time. I have done several sunset cruises and now this harbor sightseeing one. A friend was visiting from out-of-town and wanted to do a touristy thing. It was the perfect day for it. From the boarding process to the exiting...the staff was is always friendly and super nice. The tour guide Jacob, walked around and introduced himself to all of us onboard. I will definitely and always recommend Hornblower Cruises for water sightseeing.

The 90 minute cruise was a great way to see New York! The tour guide was knowledgeable and fun. I learned some new things and enjoyed the time with my family.

Borderline stealing from people - we spent over $140 on tickets for a Santa event - there was NOTHING other than some second hand Santa decorations and one cup of hot chocolate included. What a rip off - very very disappointed incl a crying 6 year old bc there was literally nothing to be amazed about. The only thing to see what people walking around wondering why they were even there (and had spent SO much for this nothingness.)

Day or night, these cruises are fun and a change of venue. Night party cruises or tour day time with your family around the island. With great Brooklyn and downtown manhattan scenery surrounding the pier .

Extremely loud all summer and inconsiderate of all the people who live along the Hudson river. Noise ordinances start at 10PM for NYC and NJ, music is BLARING well after and through midnight every weekend. Cow bells going off. DJ SHOUTING at the top of his lungs. The hudson river is over half a mile wide and you can hear the DJ loud and clear from both sides of the river... no need to shout for your party goers to hear you on your boat.

My wife and I celebrated our ,38th wedding anniversary and also her birthday as well as our neices birthday. And I have to tell you we felt a little out of place because of the age difference. But we had an awesome time and I give the credit to the deejays. They made it happen. They moved the crowd. And accommodated all. I be would like to celebrate my 63rd birthday April 2022. On your boat, that's how much fun we had. See you soon.

The boat ride was smooth,, viewing the city was great.. They need to be more organized. The boat left an hour and a half late, and docked 40 minutes early..

Everyone was so about the people cruising. From the time you board and the captain greets you, the food and drinks never end. All employees had a great attitude. Was a 4th of July to remember. Highly recommend

Short and sweet tour of Liberty and Brooklyn bridge from the water. Efficient operation!

They have no competency. They scheduled two events on the same boat without telling either group and told each that they have the whole boat. Didn't load people onto the boat until long after the boat was scheduled to leave already. All of the security were rude. Update: it's been over an hour since we were supposed to leave land. I found out the beers were $12, the cocktails were $15, and the food was cash only (which according to the emails they sent us, food and drinks would accept cash and credit) and we ended up leaving before the cruise left the dock. A horrible experience all around. Turns out every one we knew left a few minutes after us.

I had a great experience right from boarding to the whole experience of the cruise (After five party cruise). Walked into the office and scanned the sightseeing pass to get a boarding pass, waited in the boarding area with the view of downtown skyline and setting sun. Boarding was simple and the cruise started on time with the amazing DJ mixing music with the party mood. Got to see Hudson, Brooklyn bridge, Williamsburg bridge and Lady Liberty up close with exquisite views of downtown.

Our bus was running late and Margaret made sure to speak to the cruise managers to ensure that everyone made it on to the boat. She was more than understanding and completely accommodating. Would definitely book a trip with her again.
