I pass this park often but was never invited there for a BBQ. There was a food court with some entertainment. People also selling items. The beach was really nice.

Great safe little park right on the beach in Far Rockaway. This park has a skate board park, ball fields, band stand, childrens playground and adult work out area. The park always has lots of fun community events and there are concessions and bathrooms adjacent. There is a parking lot and street parking but can get full pretty fast. But biking is a great way to get there.

It is a great park. You have to go early. Parking is free. Restrooms are clean. The beach is clean with lifeguards.

Access to broad channel beach. Benches and tables in this tree covered park. And, BBQ grills are available if you don't have one. Park is small, and you'd have a neighbourly experience.

Beautiful park right around where I live. Great place to walk your dog or just take a peaceful stroll right by the beach. They have the boardwalk and a quaint little pathway next to the boardwalk where the playground and basketball courts are. It really is a beautiful place where you can take a nice long walk or run.

I go out there to barbecue on the grills it's nice spacey you might be able to get a spot in the shade there are restrooms nearby

Maintained well lots of picnic tables, (table seats 6 close) bring chairs, trees close enough to string balloons or banners. few shaded areas: a small little climbing park for the little kids under 4 yrs in the picnic section. Large grass area near picnic tables, full sun if you want to spread a blanket. Just clean up after yourself when leaving 🌱

I live across the street from the park and for the most part its safe. It gets very crowded sure the spring and summer season. Check it out. Its not bad.

It's okay there just make sure you be there for your barbecue pit and picnic table because it's first come first serve during the summer they do have entertainment on the weekend and there's a Jamaican Bar and Grill that serves alcohol next to the bathrooms

Nice park and a great view of the water 🌊 and of Long Beach 🏖, they do need to sweep 🧹 the park from the leaves 🍁 and make sure the Vagrants that sleep near the Bar Grill are removed !!!
