NEW
MANAGEMENT:
Does
NOTHING
for
the
customers,
and
deteriorates
the
mental
health
of
their
employees.
Genna
and
Brittany
came
from
Long
/
Staten
Island
in
February
and
completely
changed
the
Manhattan
location
around.
They
make
employees
stand
for
inhumane
amounts
of
time
(and
call
the
store
phone
to
yell
at
employees
when
they
are
sitting,
eating,
or
like
I
was
yelled
at
yesterday..
for
having
my
sweat
jacket
sleeve
fall
off
of
my
shoulder).
Genna
has
told
me
on
multiple
occasions
she
is
'going
to
kill
me'
for
having
my
phone
on
the
counter
or
charging
my
phone
at
the
counter...
no
matter
what
her
intention,
this
is
NO
WAY
to
speak
to
your
employees.
We
aren't
best
friends.
You
are
my
boss.
They
have
reprimanded
employees
for
accepting
tips
via
Venmo
and
not
cash
(are
we
not
supposed
to
get
tipped????
When
we
are
slaving
away
at
a
MINIMUM
WAGE
JOB
already
doing
the
most?????)
Brittany
is
compassionate
and
has
shown
better
care
for
her
employees,
but
unfortunately
is
still
under
the
reign
of
her
older
bully
sister.
They
show
customers
no
care,
give
no
extra
free
sessions,
and
have
been
extremely
hesitant
to
give
customers
back
sessions
they
lost
because
of
miscommunication
with
expiration
dates,
causing
people
to
have
lost
11+
sessions...
Sure,
the
salon
looks
cleaner,
but
they
have
created
a
soulless
corporate
environment
that
not
even
new
hires
want
to
be
in,
so
they
don't
show
up
for
their
first
shift.
I
have
worked
for
them
in
their
Middle
Village
location,
in
which
I
was
forced
to
manically
quit
the
same
day
due
to
my
mistreatment,
and
once
they
took
over
the
Manhattan
location
in
February,
was
led
to
do
the
same
today
as
I
have
had
beyond
enough
of
this
management,
and
believe
people
deserve
to
know
how
this
place
is
treating
their
employees.
You
are
NOT
getting
what
your
money
is
worth
at
this
salon,
and
if
you
believe
in
ANY
sort
of
ethical
labor...
you're
not
supporting
any
of
that
either.
