No place to sit. The staff are chasing you around the store can't even put your purse on or lean against tables. They won't even let you sit on empty wooden slab and I am skinny. For God's sake buy chairs won't cost you much at all especially for elderly or just someone fatigue from walking all over NYC. Been to many shops and all have them. Just absolutely ridiculous. I have three girls shopping, sorry you just lost my business. Zero friendliness and accommodating.

The store literally is bad. Don't ever work there. I am telling you there payment there is so low you only get 68 bucks bi weekly. They have fake vibe. They never be supportive. They so picky. You see a manager in the corner they already talking bad about there employees as always. I know associate are good. But the Manger will just fake themselves. Except Idalis,Jose and Joseph. I know them. Find them and they are the best. The best manager ever to be with. But the other. They will not even talk to you. The more hour you get is when you don't talk at all. They will give u only 4 hour shift. Depending on your behavior and talk. Everyone is so close up they don't wanna be your friend at all. They want money and beg for money. They simply give you and attitude so all I can say is good luck I hope the business goes down. Also you won't find anything in the store. They always ran out easily on their merchandise. I help the business out. That how they treat there employees. They really be talking bad to one and another. They really picky to be working with. Pay my left hours you didn't pay me.

Do not work here! 🙅🏻‍♀️ Managers are inconsiderate and rude towards they're employees. If you can't make it and call out is mandatory that you tell them why like if it's any of they're business. They don't respect your availability and make you work outside of your availability and when you let them know you can't stay for that long they tell you that you have to stay for the whole shift or they write you up. They don't even give you a 10 or 15 min rest break if your working 4+ hours. The only thing you get is a meal and that's if you only work six hours so basically your standing all day with no rest. Made me work on black Friday till 11 pm when I made my availability until 9 but when confronted a manager she just made excuses but other employees had the privilege at leaving at 9 but I had to stay pass 9 when that's the availability we agreed to. And couldn't even come to work the next day due to extrem exhaustion and when I explained that to one of the managers she was so dismissive and inconsiderate. Tara and Carmen are just rude . The rest were ok the only nice one was Adam.

I live in Queens but I always go to this hollister even though its far from my home. Only because of their service. Its top notch! All the associates are kind and friendly and approach to you with a big smile! (Even though they wearing mask you can tell lol). Keep is up 😊

Good prices for their clothing and their clothes are of good quality. I've purchased jeans and chinos here and the fit is very good. Form-fitting, stretchy enough, and not very hot during the summer. Their swimming trunks are also very comfortable and good-looking. When on sale, $100 can get you about 5 or 6 of pretty much anything in the store. Depending on the sale and if you have a coupon, plus sign up for their loyalty program to receive an extra 10 dollars off. Timing is everything here.

extremely friendly staff. I originally when to the store to Exchange a coat that I bought online, but they didn't have it on the store. One of the employees help exchange it online. amazing costumer service and the store looks pretty nice. I also like to mention that I when inside the store without a mask and they gime me one for free. I'll definitely recommend ppl to go to this Hollister store.

This place was very dark and dim like a dungeon, I couldn't even see the clothes bc it was so dark. Staff was blah and didn't really help ..fashion was out of date the clothes looked like they haven't changed since 2005..sad

Manager was very rude. She didn't let me try on women's clothes because I was a guy.

WORST shopping experience EVER!!! A manager we called promised we would get a discount due to a MAJOR MISTAKE the store made. But when we arrive at the store AFTER AN HOUR RIDE, the discount mysteriously vanished:) and the manager TARA kept on disrespecting us as customers. It’s like the HUGEST PRANK and HARASSMENT a customer can ever experience.

I am so mad and very disappointed about the customer service. I was in the fitting room trying the clothes and the worker opened the door without aware that inside has a person. He didn’t knock the door and he just opened. That’s very unprofessional. I was exposed myself naked and he didn’t even closed the door immediately. I am very disappointed because I am not saying because I want to get back something. I just want that to be aware and fix that issue.
