I stayed in this place for a weekend with a friend. Glad it was only two nights. I do not recommend anyone stay here unless you're looking for the absolute bare minimum for the "cheapest" place in downtown NYC, which will still run you at least $150/night. Honestly I've stayed in cheaper places in bigger cities with better accommodations than this place. Pros: -Clean enough; Nothing was grimy and I never saw a pest. -Has A/C -Fantastic location (You're going to get city noise - shouting, sirens, horns, etc. - so if that bothers you get a place outside the city) Cons: -Hidden fees when you arrive -The "front desk" is a shabby kitchen with the only amenity being a single vending machine. -Room was not clean when we got there on time at 3pm. We had to wait another 40m until our room was ready -Sheets are bare bones. They did not fit on the mattress and there was a single sheet and a tiny "blanket" that barely covered one person -The bathrooms are shared, and there is no soap, shampoo, towels, or paper towels provided in the bathrooms -You are provided a single towel per person -There was a fire alarm that was beeping the entire time we stayed. We asked the doorman MULTIPLE times to fix it but he never did -The door code never worked. We had to ring in every time and never knew if we were going to be able to let in when we came back. We were constantly opening the door for people on our way out or waiting with a group of people to be let in. -After we first arrived, we never saw the doorman again, and he rarely picked up the phone. We had to leave voicemails. There was no way to communicate with anyone in the place beyond that.

My partner and I stayed during new years and our experience was utterly dismal. Our lunches were tossed in the trash by staff, a condiments shelf fell on his leg which created an intense bruise, the room was dirty, the bathroom was gross, staff didn't give us the WiFi password at check in, no staff so you cannot enter early or leave luggage. Staff tried to charge us 5 dollars for an extra towel, we got to share 1 for the both us. He commented twice on different accounts but either the hotel is reporting his reviews or Google is flagging it. He has reached out via voice mail, a message with staff, email, and the Google chat function. he will be reaching out to file a complaint as the hotel has been ignoring his attempts.

My husband and I went at the beginning of January so there was almost no one at the hostel, very quiet, we had the whole floor to ourselves. There are 5 floors with a narrow stairway, no elevator. One thing I have to give them is the cleanliness, quite spotless. Every day the staff was cleaning the bathrooms. The location is good, a few minutes from the subway or bus, close to Madison Square Garden. We got one towel each. There are two kitchens and they are very clean, there are some basic things available. Also you can leave your luggage while waiting to check in or if you checked out. Cons: Hallways always smelled like marijuana, no toiletries, nothing to wipe your hands with, there's no heating per say, there's a radiator, I always had to warm up with a hot shower before bedtime but during the night I was warm. There's an AC unit that could be loud for some people, I had earplugs so I was fine. Rooms are tiny, we only had two small backpacks so no problem for us. The biggest issue is no front desk. When we arrived luckily the owner let us in immediately (there's a key code), told us there was an extra blanket which was a lie, and when we were leaving we got locked out (left our baggage inside for the day and the key code was discontinued) but he also let us in immediately. If we had other issues, not sure if we would be able to get in touch. Can be stressful. If you're looking for budget friendly and aren't picky, this place is perfect.

I’m writing a full review because I can’t reply to my original review. I wrote it in haste because I was fed up and this is in response to their reply. I checked in on Thursday November 18 because I came for Anime NYC. I am disabled and put that that I needed accommodations for first floor. It was for both me and my kid. They put us on the third floor. I had to try to get them to change it and don’t know the condition of that room but the room was tiny and we had trouble even moving around the room. The bed was directly next to the heater in which they were blasting the heat I couldn’t breathe. We checked in on Thursday and did not receive a towel upon check in. We received one towel after I left the review the night before check out on Saturday night. We tried calling and emailing, there were no staff on site to even get anything. One towel to share for 2 people after the fact I got it before I was checking out the next day. We saw black dots upon check on the blanket. It looked like fleas but we were getting bit by something. And the answer to the fact after I left the original review, then they came and tried to do something. They wanted to inspect the room but my child was half dressed because it was so hot in there so of course I’m not going to allow access to the room. I didn’t have money to go to another place especially since they denied a refund and I spent almost $400 for 3 nights including a $60 fee extra upon check in. I ended up not even going to Anime NYC because of all the problems so the whole trip was a waste. I’ve been to nice private rooms for cheaper and I will never do anything like this again. It was my kid’s birthday trip and it was the worst trip ever. It makes me not want to visit NYC again if I have to pay such a high cost. If I drove, I would’ve been better off even at a Motel 6.

Hostel, not hotel. Rooms are big enough for a twin sized bed and a coat dresser. Blankets are practically nonexistent, although bathrooms and rooms themselves were clean. Check in was a bit unconventional. Be sure to call in ahead of time to schedule check in, lest you be sitting out in front of the establishment until the owner comes back. Be sure to also know the house number before you arrive. Its tucked away quite neatly with the other buildings on the street. There won’t be anything telling you that its a place to house guests like other establishments might. Be sure to also bring soap and shampoo, and an extra towel if the one provided isnt enough. Big takeaways: clean, safe (front door is pin locked) small, check-in unconventional, bring soap.

The location it's great, right in the middle of Manhattan. The price came as a surprise at first, less than 300 bucks seemed to good to be true for 8 nights... it was. A FIFTY DOLLAR cleaning fee when the room wasn't cleaned once during my stay ended up souring the price. The shower is just okay with a crammed space and low pressure water but the bathroom was always spotless. Now let's talk about the room, or more appropriately, cell. It's got a glazed widow that's always dark and doesn't open, the bed is slanted and stiff, with the pillows being so overfilled they became stiff and super uncomfortable to use, more so cylindrical than anything else. Hostels are a bed and a shower, and with the room being as bad and constantly hot as it is, I can't give it many stars in that department. The fact that it has no front desk is no object really, since once you check in you can ask stuff via the Booking app to get a response within minutes

I stayed here the weekend of the NYC marathon and you could tell a few of the other guests were staying here for the marathon. I thought it was a good spot personally. Private rooms with keypad entry and shared bathrooms. Despite a fully booked house, I never had to wait for a bathroom. There are 2x on each floor and if your floor is busy, just try another floor. - I stayed Nov. 1st. so it was cold outside and the heat was on, my room got very warm in the morning, like 80 degrees without controls to change. Luckily each room has a their own window AC unit, I kept the fan running during my stay. Thankful for the window unit. I guess this is just a New York typical with radiator heat. - Great kitchen spaces, always felt like I was at a real home with appliances, a nice change from hotels. I kept leftovers and microwaved them for lunch or snacks later and saved a little money there. - Excellent location to feel like a real New Yorker, not in a tourist area like Times Sq but also not in the hood - you can tell you were with locals by all the dogs being walked 🐕‍🦺 - I suggest emailing the reservations email while arriving at the airport, just as a precaution. I emailed and a nice American called me about an hour later (5PM) and shared details of the facility and my room numbers. - There isn't staff on site, but after you get your room number, you shouldn't need anything else. I saw a cleaning crew taking care of the bathrooms as well. - Would recommend 100% if you just need a place to sleep and shower while in Manhattan. Will stay again I saw a few people struggle with check-in, mentioning and they showed up and no one called them, all these guests showed up before check-in time at 3pm, so again, try emailing the reservations email beforehand and share your arrival time. If you can get in the front door from another guest, you can drop your luggage off in the kitchen and roam the city until you get your key codes.

This place was quite nice. It was affordable and in a great location. We stayed two nights. We got two rooms, they were originally next to each other, but one of the rooms was a loft bed that was up a narrow set of stairs. This would be fine, but I am a bigger person with mobility issues. We talked to the staff, and they were great about giving us another room immediately. Both rooms were clean, smelled nice, and had air conditioning. There aren't private restrooms attached to the room, but that's okay. The bathrooms were very clean, and the showers were nice and stayed hot. There's at least two on most floors, and they have a little thing that tells you if someone is in the bathroom, to avoid the awkward "Someone's in here!" There's a shared kitchen on the bottom floor, and I think there's one on a higher floor, too. No one messed with any food we left in the fridges. The kitchen was clean, had silverware, plates, bowls, and cups to use. The kitchen also has a vending machine. The hotel itself is in the middle of Manhattan, not far from a subway station. It has a little thing you can use to call a cab to the hotel as well. It was only two blocks away from Moynihan Train Hall, so it was a short walk. The wifi wasn't the greatest, but it's okay. The staff was very friendly. They have a backyard smoking area, so you don't have to smoke out front.

Very good for the price, clean and private . Only giving it 4 because it was very confusing in the beginning as the building has no signs indicating that this was the place (especially when there's so few reviews i got suspicious). Nor is there a way to get in as the front door is locked, so you have to get in when someone enters or leaves. All of this should have been mentioned beforehand, so people can come prepared. You have to contact them up front about when you are coming or call/e-mail them when you arrive and hope they answer, so you can check in. The bathrooms also didn't have soap, it was some kind of hand lotion instead. In general i liked it though. It was in the middle and if you don't mind walking you can get to both south and north of Manhattan with no problem and maybe take the subway back home.

Beware of the check in policy. If you arrive late at night (or even towards the end of the check in window) you will likely not be able to get into your room. Check in early during the day or request the code to the front door and your room in advance -- there is no reception/front desk inside. Technically their check-in window is until 10 PM (or 9 PM -- I received conflicting info on this), however I arrived at 10 pm on the day I was supposed to check in and failed to reach any of the hotel staff. Luckily another guest let me inside the building so I didn't have to stand outside alone in the dark while I figure out what to do. I sent many emails and called the provided number to no avail. Eventually ended up crashing on the couch of an acquaintance. It has been 3 days since I was supposed to stay there and nobody from the hotel reached out to me about a refund or anything like that. All of this on top of a pretty hefty price tag (my "stay" cost 323$ after all the booking/cleaning fees/city taxes). The takeaway is book at your own risk and if you do decide to stay here (as the location is quite convenient and the price is a bit less than the surrounding hotels) make sure to check in early during the day. Thankfully I was able to receive a refund and I finally got a polite and apologetic response, which is good news after everything that happened -- they get an extra star for that.

Reminder: this is a hostel and NOT a hotel. You will share a bathroom with the others on your floor and there are shared kitchens available if you'd like to cook your own meals. The rooms are just as advertised. They are literally just a bed in a room and look just like the pictures on the website. The bathrooms have a toilet, sink, and shower. They provide a towel but not soap, so be sure to bring body wash if you plan on showering here. Also, bring a little hand towel or wash cloth because you will need it if you're just using the bathroom and not taking a showering. Otherwise you end up having to dry your hands with toilet paper and that gets annoying fast. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the check-in/ check-out process. For check-in, be sure you know the address because I walked right past the first time. There isn't signage outside the building and it looks just like an apartment building. I also had to wait out front and call the office number before someone let me in. They will then check you in and give you a code for the front door pin pad and for your room (also pin locked, no key card.) You don't have to do anything for check out besides leave before 11am. I did send an email to make sure this was right, but no one responded so I just left on the day I was supposed to check out. Feels a little wierd to not check out at a desk but you don't need to return anything so I guess it works and minimizes contact. Pros: Affordable Great location Cons: Check in/out process unclear

House of horrors? Maybe good for a spooky Halloween stay? This is barely a hotel the bed we had seemed to be stained with blood and was filthy. We were unable to get a refund Although they did move our rooms .I would not recommend staying here.

This is basically a hostel in NYC. The customer service was nil. I asked for an extra blanket and pillows because there were 2 of us and the blanket was only large enough for 1 person. They never looked or brought them to us after I called and asked for them. So one of us used the blanket and the other used the top sheet. Only to see stains on the mattress cover sheet. Will NEVER stay here again or recommend it. Only gave 2 stars because of the location and proximity to everything.

The house is not labelled whatsoever, so was a little weary to ring the doorbell. I had called prior to arriving to see if I could check-in early but the phone went straight to voicemail. So, I took a chance and just showed up. To my surprise they allowed me to check-in early, the check-in process was easy and simple. Then discovering my room, everything looked okay at first glance but underneath the bed and dresser was trash that was swept underneath, it looked like someone was trying to hide it all under there. There were sauce packets, general paper trash, and something that looked like an old shirt of some sort. The bed had only a fitted sheet and a small blanket with one single pillow on it. A towel was provided in the room and a window AC unit. The bathroom's shower drain did not drain at a normal rate, as I showered the water built up close to my ankle and didn't drain for a good 2 minutes after I shut the water off. Also the shower mat looked super worn and was completely just flat as it could be, no soft at all. The kitchen was nice through, had nice appliances, but was a bit dirty due to the other guests staying there. The only thing really going for this place was the location. It is near everything you want to be near when staying in Manhattan, access to many bus and subways, short walking distances to restaurants and shops and parks. Only stayed for two nights, so it wasn't that bad, would likely not book again though.

I was unable to check in when I arrived. Poor communications and logistics handling. The doorbell didn’t work, their direct number did not work. The number on the Google Maps led to a voicemail that nobody picked up. Emailing them did not work. Nobody was able to check me in when I arrived yet they took my money! Edit: I didn’t receive any special instructions from my booking website Agoda, and they automatically charged me on the day of the check-in. I bumped into to the current residents of the hostel and they told me I’m supposed to get a call or email earlier that day with regards to checking in, I got no such communications. However, the manager did reach out in the morning apologizing and was cooperative with the refund (I had to initiate with Agoda, who processed it pretty quickly too), hence I feel satisfactory with the outcome, (although the trauma of not knowing where to stay late night in NYC was daunting and unforgettable). I shall raise the review by 1 star.

This place does such a poor job at communicating with guests. The phone lines don't work. Our room wasn't ready till 6pm (promised checking was 3pm). For us, it wasn't really bad because we arrived only at 5:30 pm. But the infuriating part was, when we had to checkout, the front door code stopped working at 11am. We came in at 11:03 to grab our bags, and we had to wait 10 mins just for someone to open the door for us. We tried calling and the phone number didn't work and kept trying to get someone to open the door for us. Staff the place properly and communicate better.

I had a amazing stay at this place. For a Hostel it's really wow! My room was so big and make me feel home in Manhattan. Be aware you know the house number 305! Because no where is written that there is a hostel. Staff is super friendly and helpful even there not always around or easy to find. Sadly the hang-out-kitchen is not so cozy so I never hang out there or meet other guests. Bathroom and kitchen was always clean.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Location was also very good. Only issues I had were on my first night here, I got locked in the communal bathroom on my floor because the door knob on the inside was missing. I called the hostel but no response. I had to wait in there until I got someone walking by to let me out. The faucet for the shower on the 4th floor was also broken/detached. Also, the light in that bathroom kept turning off when I was showering. I didn’t have that issue in the shower on the third floor though.

STOP AND BEWARE! I am writing this review as my boyfriend tries to find out another hotel. We arrived at a locked hotel with no attendant and no one to help serve us. We called the number to get a refund and they told us that they need to investigate why we could not get into the hotel before they could give us a refund. Called the 24/7 customer support number and the call went from 2 minutes wait time to one 1 minute time to 5 minute wait time and kept repeating 5 minutes. The woman was not helpful and I will definitely be escalating this to consumer affairs and the business bureau.

I wrote this review during my stay to ensure it’s accuracy since every minute it seemed as though I needed to warn others. This hotel/hostel is only suitable for men between the ages of 18-40. That’s it. Do not go as a couple. Do not take your girlfriend/fiancé/wife here unless you want her to break up with you. I waited at the front door of the building in the heat for 10 minutes ringing the doorbell and calling. No answer. This was at 1pm. Finally someone staying there let me in. I called again and a man answered the phone once I was inside and he told me he’d be right there. He came down about 5 minutes later, took out a laptop and charged me a hidden $75 fee (booked through Agota, this fee was not listed, only got this hotel due to competitive pricing, $75 more puts it in a range where I would’ve gone somewhere else). I paid $390.28 on Agota. The hotel claimed I only paid $270 and then charged that extra $75. So ultimately I paid $465.28 for this stay. Not worth the money. At all. I knew I was taking a risk looking at the photos, but didn’t realize what I had gotten. I’m fine with it being a 27 yr old man by myself. I was on the 5th floor. There’s no elevator so if you have trouble with stairs, this is not a good spot. I walked 10 miles beforehand so the stair’s definitely were not fun. There’s 5 rooms and you all share a small bathroom that’s not marked. The rooms are only a bed and a small set of drawers. Much smaller than I anticipated which is fine for what I need. Definitely bring shower shoes and extra warm clothes for the bed. You are provided one towel. So bring soap. There are cameras EVERYWHERE. So bring clothes to the bathroom unless you want them seeing you in a towel. Really bizarre. Bring earplugs as the window is closed but noises come in as if it’s open and all the honking will keep you awake. Bed sheets are gross so you have to be willing to sleep in that sorta bed. Smells like weed and feces throughout the apartment. Mosquitoes in the room so bring bug repellent. Bring your own towel to the bathroom every time as there’s nothing to dry your hands with. Not sure how to end this review, other than, please reconsider if you are planning to stay here. And for the hostel, maybe take the cameras down near the bathroom. Little weird. Also. Restock the water bottles in the vending machine. Never got water the entire time I was there. Not fun. Also. Hotel # is 305. Not listed anywhere. Had to find the hotel number via another review. Hope this helps you!

all in all you get a lot for your money, and this place is fairly inexpensive as far as NYC goes. it's in a great central location, walking distance to anything youd need and close to transit - only blocks from penn station. very convenient. the rooms are tiny but all you need, and there's a full kitchen and bathroom on each floor, so you have ample access to all you'd need. gives it the nice home-y feeling and makes eating on a budget easy. place is older but well kept and kept clean. during our stay, everyone was quiet, never were the bathrooms or kitchens full or soiled. the one hangup (and this could really make or break your stay) there is no desk to check in. just a man who lives and works for these rental studios. there's a phone number and email address listed to reach him, but you never will. the phone goes right to voicemail and he never responds to email. you have to get lucky to actually catch him in person at your check in time. we lucked out, other renters let us in the front door, and after waiting 20 minutes the attendant showed up and checked us in. I heard of other tennants having to wait hours into the evening. be ware of this and try to make contact with the hotel before arriving in new york!

Location: Fantastic, in Chelsea area and near many subway entry points. Location rating would really depend on where you want to spend most of your time in Manhattan. Service: Staff are attentive, and help where they can. Quality of stay: Rooms are much smaller than expected, but it's also much cheaper than other accommodation options in Manhattan. There is no lift, so you might have to drag your bag up to the 5th floor (highest) depending on where you stay. No frills accommodation, best for young adults looking to spend most of their time outside of the room. For improvement: The 2nd light bulb on the 5th floor toilet doesn't work, think that should have been sorted out without the guest having to say anything, blankets should be bigger so that even tall guests can be adequately protected especially during colder parts of the year, staff working hours should be brought forward from 11am+ to at least 10am so that guests do not need to wait the whole morning to speak with someone. For people looking for no frills, cheap accommodation and will be spending most of their time outside exploring, highly recommend!

While we only stayed here for 1 night, our stay was great. Very convenient, clean, and comfortable. Great location and the staff was very kind and helpful. Something that really stood out was after our stay, however. We left a valuable item there, and only realized after we had returned home. But the staff went out of their way to find the item and ship it back to us! We will definitely stay here again when we visit New York next. Thank y’all!

Very cheap, great location. If you are on budget.. okay. If not, take hotel instead. Good: Cheap price compared with hotel Amazing location! Lot of bathrooms - you will probably find unoccupied Doors are pincoded - both rooms and main doors so you will feel safe Subway is near Private room - its advantage when we consider this is hostel, not hotel. Warm water Drink machines in kitchen 2 fridges in kitchen Bad: Room was way too small, literally claustrophobic. It contained everything that was needed, but there was no space to move. Its okay if you are just going to sleep there and spend 99% of time outside. Weird smell everywhere - weed? Bathroom was dirty - you will find black dots in shower. Check-in was weird. You just sit in kitchen and have talk few minutes. It was weird for me, i am introvert and my english is not so fluent - its not my first language. They also wanted my credit card info (even with CV!) during check-in Wifi almost never worked. Signal in my room was terrible, my phone kept losing signal. I couldn't even contact my family. I always had to go outside, there was public wifi and signal to use. Mattress was probably very old - lot of inequality, it wasn't very comfortable. Too soft for me. Nobody cleaned my room for whole 7 days. Take earplugs if you want to sleep.

This is a scam. Incentra repeatedly told me they had a B2B relationship with Expedia and Agoda, but when they were required to offer a full refund because of a mistake that they and Agoda made, suddenly Expedia and Agoda are “unauthorized booking sites” engaging in “illegal business practices” against a poor defenseless small business. Crocodile tears. Incentra is a greedy, scummy, operation that rips off its customers for their own mistakes. I filed a complaint with the NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection and alerted local officials. Do not book here. Plenty of better alternatives in the area.

Left Stranded. No one answered the number they provided us. It’s a hostel without an attendant once the evening sets in. Five of us needed to contact the folks that ran it, but one of the numbers they provided wasn’t a registered number and the other had a voicemail system that no one replied to. Not very comforting for travelers who were left stranded in NYC.

This is a scam. They will refuse to give you a room unless you pay additional fees that weren’t listed on the third-party booking sites with which they work. If the fees were listed on the booking sites it wouldn’t be a problem. But the fees weren’t listed at all and there wasn’t even a “fine print” clause saying I’d have to pay undefined additional fees. Total scam.

I will cancel the booking if I know there's a cleaning and linen fee 60.00 USD per room per stay before I confirm the booking, as I found a hotel is cheaper than this hostel. However, I can't cancel it due to less than 24 hours before check in. For cancellation, HostelWorld & host passed buck to each other, all told need to contact opposite party and not sure if I will be charged or refundable. The stairs are a little steep, you might feel tough to up and down if you have a heavy luggage. Location is very good, room is a room even it's a small room. Try to find a hotel room with a little high cost still be my suggestion.

I rarely post reviews but with the experience we had, I had to. Positive points : Location Negative points : We stayed 5 nights at this hotel. 2 were ok and the other 3 a nightmare. There is no thermostat on the radiator. One night, it was cold in the room, we activated the radiator but it did not turn on for 4 hours, it was really cold, forced to sleep with a sweater and it was not enough. The radiator turned on around 3am and it was really hot afterwards, unbreathable. The next day I contacted an employee but no response. Our last night was similar but with the air conditioner turning on around 1am and it was very noisy. The bed is comfortable but every time we moved it made noise, it woke us up at night. Don't look under the bed, it's dirty and very dusty. The shower is hot for 2 minutes and then the water is cold. For the experience we had it is expensive ! We do not recommend this hotel.

the room was nice and the neighbors/other guests were quiet. I did call ahead to see if I could come earlier than the 3pm check in time and they said to just come and see and if not you can leave your bags there. When we arrived no one answered the door or the calls so we had to keep our luggage until we were allowed in. Otherwise great location (3min walk to penn station) and rooms were very cute for being a hostel.

Very good experience in this hotel. I spent 4 nights and I very much enjoyed my stay. The person at the entrance was professional and very reactive. the room and the shared spaces were very clean and welcoming. Perfect location at the heart of Chelsea. Great value for money. I recommend.

Thank you to Mo and management for making our stay very comfortable and easy. Communication was excellent via email and they were able to change our bookings last minute when the hurricane postponed our event for the following week end. The staff at the hostel met us at the door and helped us store our bicycles and made the check in process very easy. We were all pleasantly surprised how charming, clean and nice the rooms were. As well as the bathrooms, which are all modern, and clean. Each room has it's own air conditioner which allowed us to control our own temperatures. This hostel is a great bargain for NYC. We will absolutely consider staying here again.

I can’t wait to go back! I stayed here at the beginning of the year which was also my first time in NY. I feel it couldn’t have been any better! The room I got was on the 5th floor and had cozy vibes with great views. Location was also perfect for everything I wanted to see was a good walking distance. The building wasn’t difficult to navigate to or point out. I overpacked so I had all the shower and bedding essentials, which I’d recommend bringing. The check in/check out process went very well. It may not be as “swift” as other places but I had no problems with any of it. Everyone was super cool and I felt safe! I highly recommend this hostel.

My stay couldn't have been better. I spent two nights here and it was incredible (and inexpensive). My room was cute and clean and and the bed was so comfortable. I'm a very light sleeper, and it was really quiet (except for some traffic sounds, but I don't mind that so much). The bathrooms were clean and I never had to wait to use it. I loved the kitchen and how no one touched my my food in the fridge. The other guests were kind and considerate. The staff were awesome too. The only negative was that the housekeeper, who I encountered in the kitchen while leaving wasn't nice at all - actually very, very rude, but it wouldn't stop me from staying here again. Maybe she was just having a bad day. I would absolutely look forward to my stay here whenever I'm in the city again!

Affordable place with clean facilities. Location is superb. Fairly quiet and private. A block away from Madison square garden. Hard to establish communication before our stay but once we were there they let us check in early and leave our luggage when we checked out so we could continue to explore before our flight.
