Stopped by for some quick shopping while on my way to Canal St, Chinatown, and Little Italy. There were many small boutique shops selling everything from clothing, house decorations, flowers, jewelry, sunglasses, etc...It was fun just browsing and supporting these small merchants. After shopping, stopped by the Dreamers Coffee shop for a quick drink before heading out to Canal Street.

I loved that there was Joe's steam rice rolls at the canal street market..Apart from the rice roll shop there was a pizza place, a Japanese takeout place, a dessert shop, Mexican Asian fusion food place and a yet another take out place I guess is owned by the same people as Joe's steam rice rolls. The place was a bit crowded and the overall vibe was so good

The place looks trendy and new. Price point is above Chinatown price. I don't know how long this market open but it needs more vender and variety. The market has public restrooms but need code to get inside. Mostly customers are tourist.

NYC Chinatown is a fantastic place. It's real and traditional, the smell, culture and climate are identical with Asian streets in Far East. I loved it 😍

Such a cool place! Has different vendors selling clothes and art, etc. Good quality and artist made. There is a food court with Filipino food, tacos, Asian cuisines and a chocolatier. Worth a visit !

Definitely recommend checking out this indoor market, great food, service, and atmosphere. Lots of different food options, plenty of places to sit or stand to enjoy some great food. After eating there are some vendors to shop from. In peace. No one begging you to buy something. Very clean market.

Nice place when you want quick fresh food. From pizza to noodles. Not the cheapest but on both occasions we visited, the food was served hot and quickly..ideally located 2 minutes walk from subway off Broadway

Awesome new space with food court on one side and a rotating artists and vendors on the other side. The space was clean and all the food looked great. The vendors had a variety of things from art , clothes and soy candles. The prices seemed reasonable for both food and the artist vendors. There's space in the back on both sides to sit and eat.

Kind of one of those places that look really cool online because people post photos that make it seem unique or this one thing is really cool in it, but when you actually visit in person its underwhelming compared to expectations. Still, the novelty of visiting a new place made the experience decent! A if-youre-in-the-area type of thing, imo. There are about a dozen-ish of each food stalls and local artist shops. Like many local artist/handmade artisan goods (with good reason), I thought the items were quite expensive (to my mass-produced consumerism-tainted self). But browsing the items is still a fun thing to stop by to do! I ended up getting an adorable pair of earrings by the end.

It's a trendy and cute market with nice vendors, a boba place and some food options. Wish they had more food variety, some places might have closed down during the pandemic! The interior ir trendy and there are 3 seating areas, one of them for eating and 2 of them just for chilling.

Food and service were outstanding! Took my kids yesterday for dinner and we sat outside. We all had fusion bowls that were delicious...my son ordered a lamb dish, then saw the rest of our fusion bowls and ordered that too. Empanadas were so good (we got 2 each of the chicken, curry, and black bean) and went fast! We will most definitely will be back again.

"You buy? Cheap. For you. Good price." Am I lying? You got to love Canal Street and all the beautiful people there.. So I was looking for trinkets and fashion jewelry for a 70s party I was going to because, you know, the devil is in the details... and I found everything thing I needed to complete my look. Oh yea and there's the best place to get all your body jewelry around there called Unimax.. I would add a picture but I'll save those for social media. Canal NY.. "For you.. good price!"

Great place to find a replica luxury bag for cheap. We had a ball haggling with all the street vendors. Bring cash because they don't take credit and never ever pay what they are asking always haggle the price down it's all part of doing business. Blessings!

Our family came here on tour with “Thermo Sage” this place is full of “trial” stores - testing the market. Also small podcasters can rent space to start their own podcast. They have great coffee!!! And Joe’s steam rolls location here (also location in flushing queens Chinatown). Bathrooms available here too! As well as place to sit inside!

The street is usually crowded but you get very good deals here. Make sure to bargain because prices can always be lowered!! Don’t be shy to ask for whatever brand you want cause sometimes they don’t have it out on display but put away. The prices are pretty good and some vendors have top quality merchandise.

I absolutely loved this market. As someone who loves a multitude of options and variety this just hit the spot. The fresh produce options, the unique options of food you can’t get at a regular grocery store, it was incredible. I especially loved the pickled everything vendor. I could have eaten my weight in the spicy pineapple and pickled daikon. 👌👌 highly recommend checking this place out.

Cute marketplace full of independent vendors. Some of the vendors had gorgeous products to offer! Other were just okay and some vendors are kind of off-putting/rude which doesn't really make you want to buy or browse. But all in all their are hidden gems to be found here. Can be a bit pricey, even for independent sellers and makers, but supporting local is usually worth it. It was way smaller than I expected to be, I kinda wanted to walk around for a lot longer!

The market is pretty clean with multiple food stands. The other side seems to be doing a bit of moving and reorganizing. If parking wasn’t a big issue, I would probably stop by more often when I hit Manhattans NY to try out the other food they have. They all look pretty tempting. There is a decent size seating area in the back, which is first come first serve.

Great local market featuring many NYC based designers and creatives. My favorite is The Bonsai Shop, of course!

Haven't been to NY in awhile since covid hit. but I understand there's a virus going on, but come on if I purchased food from you guys I can't even use the bathroom or sit down. I have my vaccinations but didn't have the card on me but If you Wana sit down to eat in there you need your vaccination card and a mask present and to use their restroom they need to see your license and vaccination card before using their facility. Get over yourselves. Food was ok but won't come back here.

This market used to be absolutely incredible when they opened! Now it’s full of tacky pricey goods and overpriced bland foods. They know they’re in Chinatown, right? Home of cheap goods and out of this world food for pennies comparatively. Walk two blocks in any direction and you’ll find much more worthwhile places. Also, their bathroom has been “out of order” for years but the vendors still use it. I’m not sure what the logic is behind a food market with no bathroom.

Really nice interior exposed brick interior with nice art deco structural columns. Looks like more stalls are going to open up and there is seating in the back area to enjoy your meal.

Trendy and simple decor with a range of small shops selling food. Some produce and goods sold next door. Place is clean. Not much seating, only some space at the back. It is a good place to grab lunch to go. The food choices are quite pricey for the portions.

The souvenir shops and vendors on the street are the same as I remember them when I was a little kid. All the typical knick knacks and souvenirs you can imagine - you will find. It borders of Chinatown and you can always find the best deals to purchase what you are looking for.

I came here twice with a friend. The food is alright for a quick bite. The wonton noodle soup 🍜 will warm you up. I could have definitely used chili oil🙂

Canal as a lot to offer from like vegetable market, the small shops and of course restaurants. It is very colourful with decorations across some streets. For the most part the street vendors are courteous and respectful. The Asian restaurant that we visited was decent and the staff was friendly. This was an overall pleasant visit.

Randomly stopped in this place and didn't realize there was a food Cafe. Not something I would even order back in Houston but this was surprisingly delicious. A little pricey though

If you're looking for delicious pickedled goods and tasty Japanese snacks, look no further. Everything is a wonderful experience and you'll see much more than I've described. You may need to make multiple trips as you'll fill up quickly.

This market’s always a great stop in chinatown, there’s delicious food stands (Joe’s steam rice rolls!) and great vendor stands. Also a radio station in house! Always a fun stop.
