This store, like many others in NYC, has chosen to not allow visitors use their restroom. They think they can get away with it, so let's show them they cannot, by rating any store without a bathroom 1 star.

The store is amazing, but the staff is very sluggish. Unfortunately, you have to chase them down to get a shoe, and apparently, only have one person working the floor per shoe gender. all the other employees seem to not be available to help with shoes or something that would require bringing things from the back store.

Staff is nice. Store is fine but didn't have common sizes in any of the shoes we looked at. A few styles they had a single size in stock. We wanted to spend money but couldn't.

I'm an icon of Adidas, so I get quite a few things on sale and more nationwide as many other customers. Also, Adidas gives you alot of sales on their products as well. P.S. I wear an extensive collection of their products too.

For a quiet Sunday afternoon, and impending snowstorm approaching, the service at this store was very reasonable. The staff workers were very attentive. The sales lady who took care of me saw to it that I got the right sneaker model and size. The pair I bought ended up being a full $25 less than the retail price that was originally displayed. I highly recommend shopping here. On-line shopping may seem convenient. But for clothes and footwear, there's no substitute for brick-and-mortar stores!

Do not buy sports shoes here. I bought a pair of turf soccer shoes for $90. They fit properly, but unfortunately once playing with them for 30 mins I found they were extremely uncomfortable and gave me terrible blisters. You cannot return anything here if it is worn (even on turf for 30 mins -- they rejected my return), so I tried a warranty claim with adidas.com. That was also rejected because the shoes were not "defective"! To me, they were absolutely defective if they were so bad that they could not be worn. I had to buy other shoes for my soccer league, so now I am out $90.

Horrible customer service. I was purchasing two pairs of sweat pants. One had a stain and I asked to the cashier that was processing the payment to please give me a new one; her name was Ameeza, who started making faces being disappointed having to do it. I told her to please understand that nobody wanted to buy a new item already being defective, she just walked away and stopped helping me. I had to wait until a manager who’s name was Agustino came, he didn’t even apologized for the associate behavior and refused to give me her name. This company should hired more qualified managers because this kid is clueless about handling customer service. No a pleasant experience

Great location and exceptionally friendly staff. I have also found that this is one of the best stocked locations in the city, even when compared to the flagship location. Great recommendations and lots to choose from.

The weather was colder than expected. My girlfriend and I were shopping for gloves and ski caps. The sales staff was helpful as we were under time constraints to get back uptown to the theatre. If every customer is treated the same, you would experience an enjoyable shoping experience.

Adidas is always a 5* location! Their shops looks modern and interesting designed.

Bought soccer cleats here. They told me “try them out if you don’t like them return them”. I tried them out and they cut the outside of my toe so I came back to return them. Apparently the return policy was “unworn items only.” Instead of honoring the word of their associate, they told me “too bad” and to complain to a customer service number. Unfortunately for them, I don’t want to deal with brands that lie to me so I will not be buying their products again. I chose to buy these Adidas cleats since they were more affordable than the equivalent Nike product and I wasn’t planning to wear them much. I learned my lesson. Never again. According to an Adidas employee at this store: “we are not Nike, our return/exchange policy isn’t like theirs.”

What a location, much more stuff than Nike town near by. It has the new Inter Miami kits and other apparel. Follow me for more reviews it really helps!

Friendly cordial staff that almost always believes that no question is stupid. I always find myself going back there when I travel stays in Brooklyn and want to see what's new in the adidas catalogs. I particularly like that the staff understands your need to not want to be hovered over so they observe your intereat and allow you to browse and if you need help and look around in gesture they are there for the support.

I was disappointed. Their merchandising, product variety and sportswear styling was just not as good as in the past. To add to my disappointment, they gave me the BS line about all their restrooms being out of service. I mean really, us athletes who constantly drink water need a reliable urinal at a sportswear store. I will never go there again after having brunch at Sadelle's

The store takes creative fashion to a whole new level. They cover every aspects of sports and lifestyle and go above and beyond. Quite spacious But it's filled with every category of clothes you might be looking for. #MrAdidas

Excelente and modern news

Customer service was pretty good love the store and the style of Adidas so I was like a kid in a candy store it's a little bit on the expensive side but if you enjoyed the brand you know but there sale from time to time in stores and there website also if don't mind the past years gear stuff you get some deals for sure.

Nice store, reasonable price too

I ordered ZNSORED HIGH GORE-TEX SHOES On Nov 30 and waited weeks to get them. They were being delivered to the store on Broadway. I called 2 times and both people could not tell me when the shoes were arriving, not even an estimated date. I just got message saying they canceled my order. Unbelievable!

It's always nice to go to this store...but I like buying on line better, much simpler.

Friendly staff but not so many soccer shoes options. For a large store, I would appreciate to bring more options

Bad customer service. Shoutout to the girl in the second floor who was doing her job while the workers at the first floor where not acknowledging others. For staff to have a good enough quantity in staff you’d expect to get attended. I asked one man and he said he wasn’t sure and to ask someone else? And the second guy who “helped“completely ignored me and attended someone else. Left the store w/o a purchase.

I was surprisingly disappointed. There was little men's running apparel considering this was a free standing store. I find about the same amount of inventory at the brand's outlet stores (where I generally shop).

Best place to to buy. Excellent location

The latest in Adidas sneakers and clothing. Wish they had more retro sneakers, like the SL 72's, with white lace-up track.

Tbh, it the worst store I have ever been to in my sense of buying shoes. I entered there to buy a runner, I found one good pair and was very much interested to buy. I asked associate for the help to get me the right size it took first 20 mins to get the pair to try. Unfortunately, it was tight and I needed a half size bigger. Here when I realized that I wasted my time to shop at Adidas at this location. Don’t take me wrong I love adidas and it value for the buck but unfortunately the customer service I received made me think twice. I waited good 40 mins for the other half size to which my associate was nowhere seen. It felt like they didn’t care. I got so frustrated waiting that I left the store and bought the shoes from Skechers at least they cared enough to get me the right shoe and It just took me 15 mins in and out from choosing to trying to checkout. I wish the associate could have cared more Never going back to Adidas ever again.

Customer service is great, which is a great difference from most retail stores. I had to try on three different sizes and they’re patient and helpful. They didn’t have what I wanted but they helped me find it online and in another store.

Lovely environment! Less crowded properly due to the pandemic. There is social distance rules observed and a no-mask no entry rule is also enforced. All supportive staff are quite helpful, respectful and very professional. There are varieties of designs for 👟👟sneekers, shorts and all sorts of wears for sport and sporting activities. You will fall in love with both men and women wears, though at a price. What is worth paying for is worth proud of. I will recommend this brand center for anyone in New York.

I love Adidas, it's one of my favorite brands. I don't wear many brands but this is one of the only clothing lines I swear by. I wish I could afford it at this time I'm limited, but I will be able to soon be able to buy a few sweat suits. There suits are sleek and sharp looking.

I was kept waiting for almost 20 minutes because they couldn’t get the metal thing off the jersey i wanted to buy, after that they said that they would get one from inside the store which kept me waiting for an extra 10 minutes because the person attending to me “forgot” to order the shirts so eventually she had to go get them herself.

Thank you to Gary, who took care of me for a purchase at this store. He was cool, calm, and collected. Went above and beyond for the purchase. Sometimes the apps are kind of weird with their members data... understandable. He took his time to make sure I verify all my information prior to the purchase. That is the type of work I like to see. Thank you Gary, you made the purchase a memorable one! Hope he gets recognition for his work!

The worst experience. Pathetic. We saw a jacket and pants under the sign of 40% sale, so it was a good deal and we decided to buy it. How surprised we were when at the register we were charged full price with “sorry this jacket and pants didn't have some orange price tag whatnot and sorry this is very confusing, but still you didn’t read something somewhere”, in almost a rude manner (the person who at the register and one more who was at the register as well). The big sign clearly was saying 40% sale right on top where we took the clothes. Unclear and confusing publicity. This felt like a total scam.

On the first floor, the service was very nice but on the second floor when I asked someone to help me they directed me to the other side and the guy said I have to go back to ask him because they doesn't carried the same supply. Which is weird. Why would you direct me to the other side if you work here.

Customer service is ridiculously slow. I was here three times, and every time I wait 30 min to get shoes of my size to try. Best place to waste time
