My
overall
grade
for
Club
Macanudo
is:
A+
You
may
have
seen
my
review
of
Biggs
Mansion
Chicago.
Club
Macanudo
has
a
similar
vibe,
but
one
has
to
call
and
make
a
reservation.
I
emailed
them
asking
for
a
reservation,
but
never
got
a
reply.
Upon
calling
them,
they
were
very
friendly
and
gave
me
my
requested
time.
I
asked
for
a
table
for
dinner
&
a
cigar.
At
the
door
they
quickly
had
my
reservation
and
I
was
shown
to
my
table.
The
club
itself
feels
great
and
nostalgic.
Old
cigar
art
on
the
walls
and
everyone
is
eating,
drinking
and
smoking
cigars
enjoying
themselves.
Their
menu
is
fantastic
and
while
I
didn't
try
their
steaks,
I
had
a
couple
of
appetizers
for
my
dinner.
Lobster
bisque
and
lobster
Mac
&
Cheese.
Both
appetizers
were
very
good.
The
bisque
was
better
in
my
opinion,
only
because
the
Mac
&
Cheese
lacked
a
tiny
bit
of
flavor.
The
lobster
in
the
dish
was
huge
and
did
not
disappoint.
It
is
a
very
large
portion
-
please
order
this
for
sharing
with
the
table.
I
left
quite
a
bit
-
but
didn't
leave
any
lobster.
Kelly
was
my
server
and
while
they
were
out
of
the
first
2
bottles
of
champagne
that
I
ordered,
the
3rd
try
was
the
charm
and
she
recovered
nicely.
While
Kelly
helped
me
navigate
the
menu
nicely,
she
also
was
able
to
help
me
pick
out
a
post-dinner
cigar
based
on
my
preferences.
Club
Macanudo
is
a
great
find
and
I
am
not
aware
of
many
places
anymore
where
one
can
have
a
great
meal,
a
great
bottle
of
wine
or
cocktail
all
while
enjoying
a
cigar
inside
a
great
establishment.
Club
Macanudo
-
I
will
return
for
sure.
Thanks
for
the
great
experience.
