Stayed 2 nights. It wasn’t bad place to stay. It was close to the subway which we really wanted. Breakfast/ free parking was included and that was much appreciated. The rooms are small but beds were clean. The bathroom tub color was yellow and I feel they should take care off that and the door was bit hard to push/close. Overall it was good, most of the day we were out and just needed a place to sleep.

Echoing other's experiences here. The front desk worker was difficult to communicate with and my room stank of cigarettes/other unpleasant odors. I couldn't sleep as the stench was so offensive it gave me a headache.

Stay away from this place!! Don't stay here this building as a hotel is a pure joke. The only thing about it is the location. Trust me save your money go down the road and stay at the garden inn. I was double charged the manager barely manages American language and the breakfast is basically the snack aisle at a grocery store. The parking is limited with only 9 spots and want you to risk a ticket with parking excess cars on the sidewalk.

Showed up and they didn’t have a room for us despite a reservation. Then they threw a random room number at us and when we went in to check it out it was disgusting, food trash all over, no flip of bedding and the bathroom was a mess. Theres also a terribly strong smell of cleaning chemicals everywhere. I don’t know how you could sleep with that smell. Gladly made the phone calls necessary to get our money back.

Checked into our hotel and when we got to our room was met with it being 100% disgusting. Dried Blood on the covers, Bugs on the bed and the door was busted open and was fixed by a 23g Pin Nailer. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!!!!

They woke me up at 3 because someone else's car was double parked. They then woke me up again at 3:30am to ask me to move my car anyways. The bed felt like an antique bean bag The complimentary breakfast is yogurt, some cookies, and well past due pastries.

On my first night arrival, the room did not look as if it was cleaned. Had to ask for a cleaning staff to come and reclean the room before settling in. The room was very small to be a double room. The rest of my stay was okay. The breakfast was good, location okay, but the parking was on a first come bases, so we struggled to get packing space on the hotel premises. I feel for the money I paid. It was not worth it. Unfortunately, I won't be staying there again.

Awful place. Staff blames guests for problems. Everything is run down. I think every piece of bedding I had during my stay has at least 1 cigarette burn in it (and no, I don't smoke.). Hallways smell like cigarettes, cheap weed, and cheaper air freshener. Spend $20 more and stay far, far away.

The room and bathroom was pretty clean, bed is okay but the service is very bad. Concierge wasn’t friendly. It’s says “complimentary breakfast” but they had ONLY coffee and juice. Very disappointed.

One of the worst hotels I've been in. Even though I paid $200 for one night the hotel and its room are worth $80. Imagine cheap broken down apartments turned into hotel rooms. The t.v signal is horrible, it's always cutting up(static signal), very small rooms, (smaller than a studio). This hotel made me feel like I was back in early 2000's when we first immigranted into the U.S.

It's a simple and ok hotel for a few nights. The room was clean but a little tight, the shower was clean and comfy. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Horrible communication, We were told we paid for two nights, next day they change up their story and tell us that we only paid for one. We asked for a non-smoking room and our sheets had cigarette burns in them!!! A dirty hotel! Not worth the price!

The rep at check in is located behind a bulletproof partition. The room was horrible. Stained bathroom, peeling floor in stand up shower. Disgusting. Save your money unless your looking for a place for 4 hours which is all this hotel is used for.

Small rooms Nice but small.... N had smoking so that's a plus No microwave. Even though they say microwaves But nope... Everyone has to use the same microwave! Yuck! No ice in the ice machine neither. And only one (1) ONE MACHINE for the entire hotel

Terrible service. Cleaning ladies are rude and xenophobic 😢 Those ladies don't even work, Very dirty rooms, do you need towels? They will act as if you are stealing!... Among other things... My stay here was terrible. I won't be back...

THE ROOMS ARE VERY CLEAN THE WORKERS GO OUT OF THREIR WAY TO MAKE YOU FEEL AT HOME AND MASKS ARE WORN AT ALL TIMES! I JUST ADORE THE PLACE ! FREE BREAKFAST! FREE ICE! AND ALSO VENDING MACHINES! SMOKING AND NON SMOKING ROOMS!

Stunk like cigarette smoke, not that I mind that much except the signs that say non-smoking? Could still smell the sweaty body oder of the previous occupant and the bathroom floor was dirty. No screen on the window and the fan/ac/heating controls didn't work. There is only minimal parking. Only reason I chose this hotel was for the parking they advertised and the proximity to the highschool graduation we were attending.

Wifi not working, could connect but never got anywhere. Heavy metal doors to rooms slam all night long. Ice machine sounded like a car accident when in use. TV stuck on demo mode with a very basic universal remote so it was barely usable. On the plus side it was cheap and near the D train.

Super dirty. There’s mold in the bathrooms, bed is uncomfortable, and the chemicals from them cleaning the bathroom was so strong I got a migraine. The door handles don’t even work properly. I overheard the sink didn’t work in another persons room and another person complained about their a.c not working. One person after another came down to complain. The elevator handle broke while we were in it. There were even spots of mold on the curtain and the carpets felt moist like they just cleaned it and it didn’t dry up. I’ve never seen such a thing. Don’t get me started on what I found in the toilet when I first got there! The cleaning lady told me that wasn’t her problem. I would give it 0 stars if I could

Room, sheets, building bathroom clean. Did not like room was at back of building with no view 🤪 Love there's MTA transportation at walking distance, or call Sunset Car Service 😃

Avoid this place if you can. My wife an I had to stay here on the 4th of July because the music outside our house was unbearable since the Dominicans moved in. This place is normally $150 per night but they charged us $253. The halls smell of tobacco smoke and the elevators of weed. The couple at the reception desk had thick accents and we could barely make out what they were saying but were somewhat decent. The AC was stuck on 83 degrees and wouldn’t go lower and actually kept shutting off. The room was sweltering. My guess is to keep you from using electricity. We were told we booked a queen sized bed but when we got to the room, it was the smallest queen we’d ever seen though decently comfortable. The tub looked like it had never gotten a decent scrub ever. And to top it all off, after being told that check out was 11am, we get a knock on the door from house keeping at 8:45am yelling, “check out!”. We were desperate for sleep and I suppose that’s the only situation in which you should book a stay here.

Baby roaches everywhere! Smoke free room smelled of cigarette smoke. Towels and tub had someone else's hair on and in! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Do yourself a favour and spend the money to stay somewhere else. Anywhere else. My room was dirty, sheets were obviously unwashed with someone’s hair on them. Mold or mildew in the shower. The bed was rock hard, like sleeping on plywood. No counter space in the bathroom and sink was badly installed and tilted forward so you couldn’t keep your toothbrush on it without falling off. Just don’t stay here. The price is outrageous for what this hotel is, a dump!
