These people are thieves. Spoke to an associate about a charge in my account. I saw him doing something with my account. Then at night when i checked my account; he took 100 dollars out of my account (it said manual withdrawal) . Called the next day, put me on hold for 2 hours and hung up. Going to file a police report tomorrow. Unacceptable

Silvia the bank teller provided horrible services, all I was trying to do was deposit and withdrawal and needed to be assisted by two different tellers. Very poor customer service

Literally the worst. Went to the ATM outside, to withdraw money and the machine got stuck. I asked one of the men inside to help me get the money out and he said they don’t service the ATM, I will need to come back tomorrow. Then the transaction went through without me even receiving the money.

Racist and incompetent staff. I walked in to open an account. I look Asian, the first question the white bank teller asked is: "Are you a citizen or resident?" Just wow. Took them 2 hours and 2 men to unable to open an account. They dont know what they are doing. Asked me to input information 4,5 times. No water, no self introduction, no apology, zero communication. I have to ask repetitively to get straight answers. Cuz they're closing and can't open an account, they threw us out. Clearly they don't want our business. Don't go. Can't trust any of them.
