Live in queens , worth taking the ride into the city. My 86 year old mom had pnemonia 3 times. Twice she was septic. They saved her life. Great doctors and wonderful sraff.

I had a slip and fall in ice. The staff did an excellent job of getting to the bottom of my injuries. Their care is excellent.

Empathetic service from Security Guard, Police Officer Rojas, Doctor ("Sweet Lady"), RNS ("Cool Guys"). He's been raving about it to everyone and informing it all over social media 😁 It's as if he became a spokesperson for NYPH. From my family to yours, THANK YOU FOR LEADING AND BEING AN EXAMPLE IN HUMAN CARE. Makes you wonder why the others are still around. Thanks again.

I just got a call from NY Presbyterian and this is how the guy started: "I'm calling from NY Presbyterian and you are listed as your sister's emergency contact" --- I nearly fainted from shock before he actually explained why he was calling "We are trying to confirm her appointment for this afternoon and she didn't pick up her phone" Are you absolutely kidding me?! Is this why you collect an **emergency** contact? Maybe try to not shock the living daylights out of someone in this manner? They didn't even wait 10 minutes after attempting to call her before calling me. This is NOT what emergency contacts are for. Horrible, horrible process.

They left me waiting on the line for 20 minutes and hung up on me.

The doctors are very good. They hear the patients’ problems and after that, they solve it fastly.
