Insane pricing . I have had many IVs over the years . These are probably the most expensive in house hydration drip in all of nyc . $225 for the visit and $500 for a plain hydration IV ?!? . That’s right: $725 for saline . Without insurance ! Wonder what these thieves bill to the insurance . These people should be flat out ashamed . Call around , you will find caring well educated doctors that will come do a hydration drip for $300…. $120 if you go to their office . The greed this place exhibits is astonishing .

Avoid at all cost! Used this service due to the promise of quicker turnaround time for covid testing. I am a necessary worker and need to travel. I cannot do that because: 1. My sample was collected on the 26th, but only dropped off at the lab on the 27th (was it even properly preserved in the meantime?! The lab informed me the sample was only frozen upon receipt) 2. The person who dropped it off failed to put a rush on it. 3. The sample was mislabeled so it took multiple calls with the lab to figure out what happened. I am outraged that I was misled into paying $700 when I could've just gone to my PCP for free with the same or faster turnaround time. Multiple conversations with the lab have proved that not only was there no rush on my sample but they never called the lab to follow up after telling me they would. These people are profiting from this crisis and it is despicable! AVOID AVOID AVOID!! I still don't have results and won't for a while..

My grandma was diagnosed with Covid. The exhaustion was not conducive to going to get antibody treatment somewhere. Mike made it so easy! The came quickly and made her feel so comfortable. She was ecstatic. She does now want to switch her normal doctor because she wants someone as helpful and nice all the time.

They provided me with COVID test and results same day. Thx.

TERRIBLE COMPANY, BUYER BEWARE. Promised same day results for PCR test but when they showed up said they only had rapid test (which we’d already taken with negative results), but instead offered thousands of dollars of infusions and other services none of which we wanted. When we called their office saying they had promised PCR test and we agreed to pay the fee based on their promise, they returned to our home an hour later, took a PCR test results of which which would be available within 2 hours of leaving our home at 6pm. When we did not receive the results we called their office leaving messages and emailing them in the middle of the night. We received the results at 7 am THE FOLLOWING DAY. COMPLETELY USELESS SERVICE and we successfully disputed the charges with our credit card company. CAVEAT EMPTOR.

I don’t review on google but just had to for this company. I was able to get a Covid 19 test for my mother in a fast and quick time around the scheduled time. We got test at another facility but still didn’t get results. We made last minute plans yesterday near their closing time and got someone next day which is amazing when nyc test are delayed in other companies. Ended up paying 500 for same day results for her flight the next morning. Thank you for your due diligence and care during the Christmas season. We would gladly use the service again as she was very happy. Happy holidays.

Mike Shim is REMARKABLE. My father got Covid during the holidays. He has COPD and other underlying conditions that made his conditions worsen his breathing quickly. He wasn't in need of a 911 call but we knew we needed to get a Doctor to the apartment quickly for an assessment. I went on google, searched for at home service and called LEAA. Mike answered the call immediately. He was so compassionate and kind during my extreme time of worry. He was able to walk me through all of the options and care that could be provided for my Dad. He set me up with a Dr that came to the apt. Not only did he set the appointment up immediately, but Mike gave me his cell number and made sure that I could call him at anytime. This pandemic has been trying on everyone. We are so blessed that Mike and the Doctors that came and cared for my Father were able to turn his health around and he already tested Negative. LEAA Health and Mike Schimms saved my 93 year old Mom's life. My Mom Gloria came down with a UTI in November. She became extremely ill so I had to bring her into the hospital St Joe's Wayne NJ as directed by her doctor. I took her myself which was a mistake. After sitting 3 hours and going through triage I called the doctor and said listen. This is not really conducive to her age. We need to get out of here. We left they didn't make any concession. She was there with many sick COVID patients. The antibiotics prescribed started to work then two weeks later my mother got extremely sick with flu-like symptoms. I had COVID in 2020 March and knew exactly what my mom and I had. I was progressing for the better but my mother was for the worst. My doctor advised me to take her back to the hospital where they would treat her with the monoclonials. Little did I know that I would be confronted with a doctor who r released her with no concern for her condition and no monoclonials. The next morning I called many places only one had monoclonial infusions available. LEAA and Michael Schimms save my mother's life. She slept that evening and one whole day Thursday she woke up. Got out of bed cleaned herself, changed her own diaper. Sceptical at first. Only to find home care for my mom. That was exceptional and professional. When my mom gives blood or gets an IV it's always hard to get it in her veins. The physician assistant that came was amazing. But for the grace of God, my mom still lives today. Mike and his team were exceptional. The customer service was 5 stars. We were in need of some blood work done for our son with special needs. LEAA sent a nurse to our house in less than 24 hours from the original call and were extremely gracious with our son while at the house. Highly recommend LEAA Health.

Had a home visit from LEAA today. The medical person was very professional and competent. She said she has enough gear in her car to be a mini emergency room... Apparently she was the ICU director at a hospital before, but got tired of 100hr/wk. So she was exceedingly qualified for the visit. The only thing to note is that the cost is out of pocket, so you should be aware ahead of time.

We had just arrived in New York City from South Africa , a gruelling 26 hour journey. My 8 year old daughter has Cerebral Palsy and started vomiting. She is prone to dehydration and I was anxiously googling emergency rooms when I came across leaa. I sent an email and immediately got a response . Dr Isaac calmly and professionally dealt with this sleep deprived panicked mama, and the nurse April arrived within a half hour. My daughter is tiny and has notoriously fragile veins which are difficult to find. April had no problem at all and within moments had drawn the necessary bloods and put the IV in. Hands down the best pediatric nurse we have ever encountered- and we have encountered a few! Thank you so much leaa!! I honestly do not know what I would have done without you!!

This service was outstanding for my husband during his recent covid sickness. He was able to treat at home with the advice of some great doctors and PA's. They came to the house and did everything an emergency room could have done and they did it quickly and with a smile. This is of course not saying you shouldn't go to emergency room with life threatening condition, but you should give leaa a call and see what they can do for you! Issac is awesome. Great company

The doctor Mario Celis gave us an excellent service generated trust with us and our 7 year old son making us feel at home speaking to us in Spanish and brought our son a Lego set hes been playing non stop with since he left he also demonstrated superb patience as well as crystal clear instruction and procedure if anything were to go the wrong direction providing us with the upmost confidence that everything would be okay and quite frankly right now it is thanks to him. I appreciate what Dr. Mario did for us.

LEAA Urgent Care and Mike were great! I had a last minute need for a client who needed a quick turnaround of the COVID test for travel, and they came through. Highly recommend!

They came within 70 minutes of initial contact in the evening with an IV drip to treat severe dehydration from a stomach bug, they charged my credit card exactly the amount they said verbally. It was a much better experience than the last time this happened, where I spent at least six hours in a cold ER waiting room because I got sick after the urgent cares around me had closed, and the ER bill was a surprise much larger number that I wasted hours of my life arguing with my insurance and the billing department to pay.

Dr. Emmanuel is an angel and likely saved my life with his skill and advice and medicine. I recommend him and this service ENTHUSIASTICALLY. Worth every penny to be treated by such a skillful, kind, patient doctor. Simply a life saving help.

Mike heard our story and called me back immediately to help with the situation. We followed his instructions and a medical professional was at our door the next morning at 730. They conducted the travelers Covid test and got our results back as fast at 3pm the same day right be fore we had to board. Leaa is a wonderful organization in which conducts themselves in a professional and empathetic manner. I will always be grateful to Mike for what he did for my family.

Wasn’t feeling well one night and Thankfully for Mike , god bless him, he was able to send me one of the best PAs there is , his name was Isaak and he was lovely. Gave me an IV drip and right away I felt rejuvenated . I would give this 10 stars if I could.

I'm so glad I found this site online. I had an emergency need for a doctor to do a house call visit on a Friday afternoon, and I was amazed that this service was very responsive and able to send someone so quickly. The care was very good and affordable too.
