Lovely, lively, pet friendly hotel. Very tastefully decorated; made us feel like we were some place special...almost like a resort. The lobby and spacious parking lot are well lit making you feel safe at least until sometime after 11:00 pm which is when we would go out to walk our dogs. Customer service was excellent with one or more receptionists behind desk to greet you going in and out. The lobby is open and bright and very pleasantly decorated and the parking lot and grounds have well maintained landscaping including a smoking garden and fountain at the entrance. Bed, AC, bathroom were all very clean and well maintained. Nice frig, desk/chair, and lounge chair in the room and a small convenience stand in the lobby. Fancy restaurant off of lobby, but I didn't get a chance to check it out. I look forward to my next stay at this hotel.

I stay here because in my estimation, as a life long Staten Islander coming back to visit family, it’s the safest and most convenient to the bridge I need to leave. As a HH member, I am entitled to certain amenities, which never seem to make it to my room. I read other reviews and agree with the deteriorating condition of the hotel rooms. For the price paid per night, I would hope the rooms would be kept up. Sadly, this isn’t the case. The housekeeping staff, front desk and restaurant personnel are exemplary. I do not enjoy or prefer to leave adverse reviews, but I hope these reviews will nudge the hotel owners to step up and improve the rooms.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Booked a hotel room for the night of a family wedding. We arrive at midnight to check in after the full day, exhausted, ready for a nice comfy hotel bed only to be told they don’t have a room for us. Bonnie at the front desk even went as far as to say she realized they didn’t have a room for us at the beginning of her shirt that day, hours earlier. They did not even call me to let me know this!! They let me show up before telling me. I traveled for this wedding and at midnight I had no other options. They said they could put us in a porter room for the night… the bridal room with 2 cots thrown in. Fine. I’m tired and want to sleep. The room was disgusting and the bathroom had not been cleaned. I go to check out the next day and ask for a refund and am told they can’t do anything for me since I booked the room through a 3rd party and I have to go through them. I do this and the 3rd party is very responsive. They reached out for 3 days before being able to speak with someone and the hotel management DENIED my refund request. The 3rd party told me to try to get a hold of them myself so I tried for another 3 days, leaving messages for every manager and was given the run around SEVERAL times. Being charged $300 to sleep in a COT. Horrible customer service. Never again will I stay here. I truly expected more from the Hilton. I then

Front desk staff is rude. It was conveniently up the street from the mall where I ended up after my flight for dinner. So I booked for a night and if I liked it I’d stay for the rest of the week but after getting in and being unable to use my virtual key to access my hotel room and having to wait for them to check in several guest before providing me a physical one when it’s already 11 PM and I’m trying to get to my room to rest because I have work at 5 AM was ridiculous. On top of that I ask if they have any upgrades for Diamond members and she claims she upgraded me when it’s the same room I purchased. The integrity at this location must not exist. I can see why it has a rating of three stars overall. Very disappointed with my stay. The ceiling had cracks and water stains. The tile in the tub area was missing grout. No door stopper and there is a pre existing hole. Not happy for almost $200.00 a night. Don’t stay here unless it’s convenient you have other options. The bed is terrible my back is killing me and that’s because it’s on a half slab of plywood the end of the bed sinks in on the sides.

Sorry to say this hotel is declining in quality, though still preferred over other area hotels. The rooms are nice and clean, but no longer well appointed and are run down. No extra blanket, hotel menus are not in the rooms, room service is pleasant but you'll eat with plastic utensils and food in aluminum containers. The breakfasts are great, buffet style, and will cost at least twenty dollars, but worth it. Don't look for a TV guide to channels, it's not there. In general, one expects better quality from a Hilton.

If it were not for the ballroom and rooftop which are beautiful, I would be leaving a one star review. The rooms are mostly clean but clearly have not been updated in many years. The furniture is damaged and the walls are stained. The mattresses are uncomfortable. When using the bathroom, I could hear people through the vents loudly enough that they could have been in the room, cigarette smoke also came through the bathroom vents and the front desk advised there is nothing that can be done besides spraying a deodorizer. Breakfast is not included in the room cost, there are ants in the rooms, and housekeeping was slamming doors at 6AM then knocked on our door four hours prior to checkout even though we requested no housekeeping and were still asleep. Absolutely would never stay here again.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely lovely and we had a terrific experience from beginning to end. And while everything in the hotel was great, the selling point to this place really is their staff From the small details like the pleasant good mornings as we walked by the hallways, to checking in to see if we needed anything, including asking me if I needed more shower caps or makeup remover wipes(never been to a hotel that provides this, amazing!) And if you happen to book a stay at this hotel over the weekend you may even be lucky enough to meet the two amazing people running the breakfast! Jimmy and Eric. Jimmy was an absolute dear, and was always incredibly attentive to his guests and ensured we had everything we needed. Eric, the breakfast chef over the weekends, is a delight and his ability to whip up a delicious omelet in minutes is something you must see. Both were extremely cheerful, funny, and kind. We hope to see them again when we come back next year!

Paid 266.00 for one night. Got to the room after check in and the room was dirty. Coffee pot area in room had been used, spilled sugar, used tissues and the room was dusty and the surfaces on the side table and desk were sticky. It was obvious the room hadnt been cleaned inbetween patrons. Called down to desk to ask if someone could come clean but they moved us to another room. The second room was worse. The bathtub had weird brownish dirty water pooled in it and there were roaches!!!. Called down to front desk after seeing the roaches and asked someone to spray/remove bugs etc and was told that we would just be moved to another room. Ok, fine. They moved us a few doors down. The lights were broken in the bathroom so we had to use our phones flashlight to use the bathroom. But i didnt see any roaches in this room thank goodness nor was there used tissue debris, garbage etc in the room so it was a vast improvement, aside from the lack of working lights. I would maybe suggest asking to see the room first or maybe staying elswhere. For that kind of money you expect the quality to be better than a motel, but unfortunately you just dont get what you pay for. Despite the state of the rooms, the front desk manager was pleasant and the staff was friendly.

Nice common areas, rooms were decent. Be aware, most people are staying here for the large event spaces. I was here for a long-term work trip and had to listen to a lot of loud DJs late into the night due to my room being over one of the ballrooms. They were good about cutting off the noise on the weeknights around 9 or 10pm, but if you go to bed early, you might find it difficult. Overall, fine hotel.

They've put a lot of effort into their event spaces, but the rooms are dated and the ventilation system should be cleaned/updated. We woke up congested/with scratchy throats pretty much every morning despite arriving healthy. The staff was friendly, but the waitstaff was either inattentive or far too attentive (there was one meal at a buffet event where the waiter hovered for several minutes and tried to take our plates while we were still eating, a few times in a row). A few times when we brought up concerns during our week-long stay, such as smoke drifting through the vents in our room or the bartenders serving us the wrong drinks, management was polite but ultimately didn't address our concerns, basically asking us what we wanted them to do about it. Housekeeping also re-made our beds without sheets halfway through our stay. All in all, it was an okay stay, but a few bewildering interactions with staff leave us hesitant to stay there again.

Worst hotel stay EVER experienced. Stayed here the night before departing for a cruise from Cape Liberty. My sister had hosted a baby shower a few months prior and it was a beautiful event, so we had hoped for the same experience, but it turned out to be the complete opposite. Arrived later in the evening and upon exiting the elevator to the floor of our room, we noticed a strong odor of cigarette/marijuana smoke mixed with air freshener. Found this ironic considering the agreement we had to sign upon check-in agreeing not to smoke/vape in rooms. Upon entering our room, the stench of smoke was stifling and immediately began to aggravate my son's asthma. Bathroom was also not very clean with debris under the sink and hair in the tub. Received a new room without issue. The next room was much better in odor. Very loud party going on in event space, but we knew it would eventually quiet down, which it did around midnight. After getting settled in the room, I went to use the bathroom to find the toilet was clogged. Housekeeping did come and fix the toilet. Finally settled into bed but was abruptly awoken by someone entering the room around 12:30am. Turns out the front desk assigned our room to another customer! Not exactly the comforting experience for my family and needless to say we did not get much sleep. Spoke with the front desk supervisor who assured me we would be credited for our stay. I explained we were going on a cruise and would not be available for a week. She assured me we would not be charged the booking rate. Well...we came home and checked the credit card statement to find we were booked for the entire amount. Not happy with how this has all transpired and now have to deal with this further. Will be addressing these issues with management and corporate. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!

Very busy hotel. A bit old. It seems like the lobby and restaurant were updated but not the rooms. Our room was on 4th floor and the carpet could use some updating. The coffee machine did not work. The noise from other doors slamming was too much. Only one lamp worked ans the other one looked it was broken and glued together. I will give it another chance for sure as the restaurant was lovely. Piano player, and staff were very nice and helpful too.

I have decided to upgrade my review because I had prior good experiences there but I think that day was just a bad day . I couldn’t say that particular room was filthy, it was not as clean as the prior rooms I was use to having.I assumed someone with Covid had just checked out and we checked in immediately after. Or we might have caught the flu from the entrance because it was really crowded that night. Except for that one night stay for which I posted the one star review , I have always had good experiences at the hotel. I encourage everyone to try it because they have some very descent rooms.

Was there for the weekend. I am 6 hours away from the hotel. When I made it home, i realized that i left a 200 dollar jacket in the room. I promptly called and was transferred to the housekeeping line. No one answered. I called again and talked to the front desk the next day and I was told that it was shipped out. I asked where was it shipped to and they told me they had to check the records. Waited one more day and called again for a status. This time I was told that no one found a jacket in the room. I know I left it hung on the shelving unit where the fridge and coffee pot are. Please be careful and if you leave something turn right around and go get your items or someone there will be enjoying them.

Overall a nice room & great shower. Room was clean. However we should have been made aware if loud dj dance party being held on the rooftop on Friday nights. The sound reached our room on the 2nd floor and was extremely annoying. The concierge volunteered to have our room moved, however by that time we had showered & would have to repack everything with no guarantees that another room would not have the same pounding beat vibrating throughout on top of loud parties coming from the lobby area as well. I would not recommend thus hotel for someone who enjoys sleep before midnight.

Really bad experience. I had a night out with a friend and cause I didn't want to drive to NJ I decided to stay there it was almost 5 am needed just a few hours to sleep and the hotel was kind of booked. Got the room and wakeup call was 11am they extended to 12 pm . At 8 am they were doing some type of construction or something on the room next door woke up to call front desk surprise the phone did not worked . Didn't rest at all cause of the noise don't know if they gave me a floor that was being remodeled or what but for the price ( over 200 ) for 7 hours I was better of on a cheap low class motel . Decided to check out at 11 am instead of 12 since I could not go back to sleep . At checkout asked for manager who was in a meeting with a client ( this is what I was told by front desk staff ) I requested a refund I was told to call the manager or that the acting manager will reach out to me never did . So I called Hilton honors since I'm a member. Anyways next time will choose a better hotel or motel as long as I can sleep noise free.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times but it’s definitely starting to show its age. The room was rundown reminding me of a Super 8. The bathroom counter is falling down at the front in the bathroom causing anything you do at the sink to run water down onto the floor and feet. The shower rod was pulling out of the wall at both ends. There were chunks out of the entry and bathroom doors haphazardly repaired. The wallpaper is coming off the walls in multiple locations throughout the room. Porcelain was worn off the base of the tub. In their defense I’m sure they realized the overall deterioration of the rooms as the 4th floor is currently being remodeled. The staff is always excellent and Lorenzo’s has personable bartenders. I hope the remodel continues and is completed before my next trip!

OK, I try my hardest not to be inconsiderate while writing reviews. However, my first impressions weren't the greatest. There was little to no noise in the corridors to be such a multi-purpose location. Not a complaint at all.. Let take a long walk to the elevators, then arrive on your floor (two is my floor of choice today). The doors opened to a very dimly lit wallpaper decor throughout, I presume hallway. It seemed more vibrant in the lobby so I was a bit thrown back from the difference in decor. Moving forward, I'm being serious here! The hallway smelled and reminded me of an Atlantic City Casino from all the smoking. I was really thinking did I pay this much to smell that!? 😩 It was a quiet floor with a glass of red wine paced on the ottoman until the following morning before I checked out (I passed it 3 times, on the 4th they removed it so there was just the red liquid ring left behind)

The hotel a few years ago, when i stayed there i would have given it 5 stars. But this last stay wasn't 5 stars at all. The room was at the end of the hall. It had a very old chair in the room that i was afraid to sit in. The TV looked like a 20-inch computer 🖥 monitor. With a remote that you had to push the buttons down with force. The faucet in the shower was very loose. I stayed there for a whole week, it wasn't worth the price. The cleaning service was pretty good. Overall rating from a 1-10, 10 meaning excellent; I would give it a weak 7.

Wow, where do I start ... my reservation was for a suite ... we arrived early and I had requested early check in ... we got to the hotel around 10am and we didn't get into "a" room until 4pm only to find out that we were put in the wrong room ... definitely not a suite. This caused so much stress after a long day of travel ... Once in the room I was so grossed out by the carpet, there were stains EVERYWHERE! I struggled with walking around without my shoes on. The sofa bed was a joke, that mattress was absolutely the worse experience, needless to say we simply closed the sofa bed and slept on the sofa pillows, oh by the way were different sizes ... and stained. The topping on the cake was the bathroom, there was not other way to explain it ... it was such a disappointment. The chrome in the shower was rusted ... draped a shirt over the shower rods to all the steam to remove the wrinkles only to find rust stains that oh, by the way ruined my silk top and resulted me in wearing the same outfit as the night before. I will say this has been the worst experience I have ever had at what I thought was a top notch hotel provider. After my stay, litterly on my way to the airport this morning I find out that the hotel is under construction and there are rooms that have been updated, for example on the 4th floor. What about the 6th floor, the suites, the rooms that cost the most, why would you risk such a negative experience for anyone. I just finished reading the reviews for this location and OMG ... what a tough lesson learned, I should have read the reviews before booking the hotel.

I had the most wonderful time during my stay at this hotel. The room was a haven of comfort, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city. The staff's genuine hospitality and eagerness to assist made me feel right at home. The hotel's commitment to environmental sustainability was evident throughout, and it's truly commendable. The dining options were exceptional, and I was particularly impressed with the creativity of the chef's specials. The hotel's central location was a major advantage, allowing me to easily access the best that the city has to offer. Without a doubt, I'll be returning to this hotel on my next visit.

We celebrated here my son’s first birthday, at the Gallery. It was amazing. Mr Murat helped us so much and made the whole process very easy to organize. The food and service were excellent. Everyone was super polite and helpful, and always had smile on their faces… amazing energy. We also stayed 2 nights, at the hotel. It was nice and clean, again everyone was super nice… we have no complaints. Highly recommend them!

We had a group of rooms for one night with a girls high school basketball team to watch a WNBA game. The hotel is very clean, welcoming staff, and beautiful horse decor in the large lobby area. The rooms were spacious and clean, no odd smells anywhere. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

I stayed in the hotel for one night on 10/5/23 to go to my father's funeral. The service was very good. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and any concerns I had were taken care of quickly. I enjoyed my meal from Lorenzos that was on site. The food was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a safe clean comfortable place to stay in Staten Island.

To begin, the hotel is in a poor location for access to outside restaurant, bar, or activities. Without a car or costly Ubers, guests are stranded at the hotel with very limited options. The restaurant is mediocre at best. Restaurant staff was impersonal and did mot appear to know much about their own menu or the anything about the bar. The amenities of the hotel are lacking. There is no pool and the business center has no access to a computer or work station. The printer was out of ink and instead of replacing the ink toner the front desk would rather guests email their printing needs to them and print there instead of through the business center. Furthermore, a big disappointment is the lack of shuttling service to/from the airport. The only positive amenity was an adequate gym area. The rooms were dated. The carpets were very dirty and I wouldn’t trust walking on those floors without shoes. There are no exhaust fans in the bathroom to help with steam from taking a shower, so the room gets very muggy even with the a/c on in the room. As a result of poor ventilation, most of the metal was rusting. Doors to the hallway are paper-thin and any amount of noise in the hallways come through the doors crystal clear. Overall, it was a rather disappointing stay for the cost. If I were to do it again, I would stay at the Hampton next door. At least I could get coffee after 10:00.

Close to the Jersey airport. Easy to top off fuel. Not a crowded location. Ample parking. Great food, excellent staff, clean/large rooms. Easy to get to the ferry to NYC. Clearly a local favorite. Now one of my favorites.

Honestly the worst hotel experience we've ever had - I've stayed at motels nicer than this Hilton. The room was very dirty and seemed like it hadn't been updated in 30 years. The furniture was all peeling / had gouges, the lights flickered, half the outlets didn't work, the pipes whistled loudly, there was no vent in the bathroom so the humidity from the shower made everything wet/humid, the coffee machine was broken, the ice machine was out of service... The staff were all friendly and helpful, which was the only good thing about the experience. This was probably beyond anyone's control, but there were car alarms going off in the parking lot for HOURS both nights we were there. Would be nice if the hotel recorded vehicles so they could notify owners or something in these situations.

Sue, the bridal attendant IS FABULOUS!!! She went above and beyond. We can't thank her enough. The owners repeatedly came around checking to ensure all expectations were being met! The food at Lorenzo's is unbelievably great. The whole staff was wonderful & did a wonderful job to make our stay and the wedding perfect. Thank you!

We stayed at the Hilton as our son had his wedding reception at Above. We could not have had a better, more perfect experience. The housekeeping staff was friendly and accommodating in turning over the room every morning for us. The lobby was inviting, the restaurant had great food and service. The pillows were very comfortable in the bed and the bed for the most part was very cozy, although a bit harder than We are used to. We had an issue with our bill at the end of our stay and we also got locked out of our room on the last night due to a door malfunction. Engineering never showed up to our room to fix it.

We stopped by for restaurant week and we we're not disappointed. Service was first class, The food was delicious, I had the short rib dinner it just was so full of flavor, my friend had the steak which was cooked perfectly. It was highlighted by the owners stopping by to say hello. Thank you to Rich & Lois & of course the entire staff at Lorenzo's Restaurant & Cabaret.

The lobby and facilities were very pleasant and well kept but the rooms appeared to be severely lacking. Furniture in our room was heavily blemished with gouges out of wood surfaces and hazed over windows from lack of exterior cleaning. The vent in the bathroom appeared to have not been working for an extremely long time as the light fixtures in the bathroom showed signs of rust and pitting. All of this combined with what at this point felt like a somewhat outdated room for a premium price coupled with the lack of even a complimentary breakfast left a rather sour experience overall as it wasn't necessarily bad but felt more akin to a run of the mill motel rather than a brand that is supposed to carry some type of prestige such as the Hilton.

My husband and I stayed at the Hilton in Staten Island in April. I have always loved the Hilton but will no longer stay at this hotel. I have a lot going on medically and due to this the day of check out was a rough one for me and my husband called the front desk to ask for a late check out as I badly needed it. They refused saying they don’t do that. All my husband was asking for was an extra hour even a half hour they still refused saying that they don’t do that. I never heard of such a thing as all hotels offer a complimentary late check out, some give an hour and some a half hour. I will never stay here again!,

Stayed here for one night for a wedding - was a bit disappointed with the experience and the relative price. While the housekeeping staff was superb (they found a piece of clothing we dropped in the hallway! Thank you!) the rooms were dated and a bit gross: black spots around the AC, faded colors, chipped wood, etc. Additionally, the AC was broken, running continuously with buttons unresponsive to our efforts to turn it off or make it less cold. The alarm clock also went off at 3:30 AM - waking us up in the middle of the night and leading us to a frantic 10 minutes of trying to figure out how to turn it off or unplug it. Seemed a bit unacceptable that this wasn't reset between guests. We stayed at the Fairfield Inn the night before 5 minutes away and enjoyed our experience a lot more - and it was cheaper too!

Average. Lobby is lovely, restaurant is good. Breakfast is a little pricey. Room was starting to show its age: poor caulking, carpet was dirty, and the shower faucet was dangerously close to falling off. Front desk staff was mostly pleasant. One female was rude and unpleasant. Was purchasing snacks & drinks and she acted very inconvenienced by my presence, said very little, couldn’t even be bothered to tell me I was all set. Left me standing there awkwardly until I finally had to ask, “Am I good to go?” I got a curt yes in reply. Parking spaces are very tight.

We had a party in the Tea Room. It's a quite impressive hall. Food was delicious and meal service was very good. I had a few minor complaints. The place settings weren't completed like my place. I was missing a fork and spoon for dessert and coffee. And had to go find yhem myself. They never came to refill the water glasses until I asked and they came once. Never asked for Coffee refills either. Little things but annoying. Party turned out great.

I stayed at this location for a party after a long trip into the area. Around 11pm I returned to my room and was not expecting the noise from the highway the horns blaring felt las if I was sleeping on I95 by far this as one of my worst experiences. I blame this on poor infrastructure as I have stayed at other hotels in NYC. Just when I thought things couldn’t get any worse my car was towed to an adjacent parking lot without being informed I came out realizing that the lot marked guest parking was now being used for CDL purposes.. I will think twice before booking if you need a restful night sleep…

The hotel is nice overall. Our suite was big but smelled damp, and despite having a king suite, the bed was def queen size. My complaints are minor. Fridge could use replacement to something more organized, and the breakfasts are good but considering its standard hotel faire, its surprising it isnt complimentary. Overall, id stay here again. Not perfect but def did enough right to be above average.

Attended a dinner function here. A lovely hotel with beautiful function rooms, efficiently flipped at short notice. The sheer number of events taking place each day (lusted on a board) is enough to make your head spin! Yet every function treated as if they were the only people there. Hotel rooms provide all expected amenities. The only possible issue is the parking area relative to the number of events. But that is a minor comment on a stellar experience!

We came here for a family reunion & celebration if Life fir my mom Violet. I loved the sculptures on the grounds & artwork displayed inside hotel so much! Its a beautiful hotel. The Gallery was so much fun at night with salsa music & great crowd. The lobby bar had excellent bartenders & food. Impeccable service! The brunch with piano player is wonderful & absolutely delicious! The Nicotras (owners) were very attentive to every guest while they were walking property everyday & talking to guests - very friendly & asking how they were enjoying their stay. Service staff were so friendly & on top of their game! Kudos! 👍😁

We were not at the Hotel but at Lorenzo's for Thanksgiving Meal. It was fantastic! The service was impeccable. The food was also fantastic, we all had short ribs: calamari w. Balsamic vinaigrette., stuffed portobello mushroom & dessert: pumpkin custard tart was light & very tasty with a dark chocolate mini mousse cup, all was so good.

The Nicotra family is absolutely incredible. Very warm and receptive atmosphere. The event planning team work tirelessly to make the experience the best possible. Hotel rooms are clean. Grounds are well kept. Lorenzo s Restaurant and the bar area have great options and service.

I have enjoyed the service many times during my stay. The restaurant, house keeping and the service desk have been really good to me. Thanks for great service. The only issue is that there have been a few occasions that people with loud barking dogs have been placed next to my room. These were very unpleasant nights with the dogs barking and scratching at the door between rooms.

I recently had the sheer delight of attending a rooftop wedding at the Hilton Garden Inn in New York/Staten Island, and what an enthralling experience it was! The enchantment of the night sky served as the perfect backdrop for a joyous celebration. The bar area was notably spacious and well-appointed, catering to the revelers with aplomb. Stepping outside, the rooftop was a veritable oasis, adorned with chic furniture that invited intimate conversations. Adding to the allure were the elegant fire pits that bathed the space in a warm, inviting glow. Let’s talk about the culinary affair; it was nothing short of impressive. The food was flavorful, with a variety that pleased the palate. The drinks menu didn’t disappoint either – it was extensive and boasted selections that were both refreshing and spirited. As for the auditory experience, the music was impeccably curated and sounded fantastic even within the confines of the indoor area. Furthermore, I appreciate the attention to cleanliness, with the restrooms being immaculately maintained. There was a minor hiccup - the staff was perhaps too efficient in tidying up, as they whisked away my drink before I could finish. However, it’s worth mentioning that getting a replacement was as breezy as the rooftop air. The cherry on top of this delightful evening was the balcony that offered an awe-inspiring view of the cityscape. The twinkling lights in the distance only added to the magic of the night. Without a shadow of a doubt, I confer a gleaming 5 stars on the Hilton Garden Inn New York/Staten Island rooftop. It’s a venue that I vehemently recommend for private parties and gatherings that seek to blend urban chic with an intimate charm.

The hotel manager Dominique was very customer friendly and courteous. She helped us to meet our needs like allowing a late check-out because my wife had to get dressed for a wedding. Me being a Hilton Hotel member is well worth of!

First and foremost, if it was not for the staff I would have left. Staff and service were great. That said, I can’t believe this has the Hilton name on it. Hotel and room were dirty. The hotel bathroom was rusted out all over. The carpet had stains. The mattress was old and not comfortable. I can go on and on. Just so disappointed in this stay. I can’t believe this has the Hilton brand on it. This is not worthy of the Hilton name. Please upgrade and clean.

HORRIBLE HOSPITALITY. I was barely greeted and then as I spoke to the host she snapped at me and was rude to me throughout our entire interaction. I was cut me off while I was talking as well. I explained to her someone told me they took virtual cards, she cuts me off to snap at me with "I never said that." okay?? I didn't accuse you, I said somebody gave me this information and I was unsure of who, I wasn't able to explain that part though because she jumped to conclusions immediately. I didn't catch her name but shes brunette, wore a small silver butterfly necklace, and has flower tattoos that wrap around her forearm, she was extremely rude. The room gets a low rating too because the ceiling is stained and the bathroom smells strongly of mildew. this is ridiculous. i will not be returning.

Employees are amazing!!! Hotel and rooms are not in good condition. Rooms look old and beat up. There was a noise in our ceiling, we couldn't get hot water. The mattress has a sink hole in the middle. Shower sprayed water into bathroom.
