My family and I have been here a few times for urgent care and Covid test visits. Booking an appointment and checking in is quick to do online. Despite the large amount of patients seen daily, staff is kind and work quick and efficiently. In regards to Co19 tests, staff is really nice and patient with children. We are very thankful for the medical team here!

Went for a walk-in COVID test at 6pm and they had a sign up saying they were not taking any more walk-ins, even though they are open to 11pm and there was only 3 people in the waiting area. Appreciate that there is a higher demand for testing right now, but if you are going to stop walk ins you need to update that online.

One star, would give 0s if I could. Came in because my child had stomach pains. When I walked in, the bald gentleman said it’s a 2.5 hour wait. Mind you there were only 2 people waiting. And how convenient that it’s a 2.5 hour wait and they close at 12am. So he claimed they’re not taking any more people. There was no sympathy or consideration given. Horrible service

I took my son to the facility on Sunday night expecting long wait time, but magnificently efficient patient management ensured that we were done within an hour. Doctor was extremely nice and funny; he ensured my son was comfortable throughout. They accept most insurances. I highly recommend

Overall the staff is great, booking appointments is simple, but I have a main problem with this particular office and it's regarding appointment procedure. It may be "standard practice", but I don't believe it's considerate to be able to book an appointment for 830am, arrive 10 minutes early, and still be attended ONE HOUR LATER. That is an absurd wait time in my honest opinion. Give priority to those who make their appointments first and then a later review will be potentially 5 stars.

Great and fast care. Husband cut open his toe on Saturday night. We called around 11 pm and said we’d be there in half an hour. They waited for us. It was nearly closing time but the doctor saw him immediately and gave him staples. She was so friendly and gave us such piece of mind.

Came in for an infection spreading on my arm. I was seen pretty quickly, the doctor seemed knowledgeable and friendly. Reception staff was nice as well. Overall very good customer service experience, in terms of the medical treatment I just need to wait and see if the infection clears.

I highly recommend this place! I have a primary care doctor that I regularly see but there have been times I needed care after hours. The medical staff here are very friendly, helpful, and professional. They are very thorough and get the job done. I have been to both the North Bergen and Cliffside park locations. They are open late and take walk ins. I will definitely come back back here.

There was a long line stretching down the hallway outside the clinic just to register. Once registered, you are placed in a virtual line and have easy access to a website with live updates about your place in line, so you are free to go anywhere you want while you wait. When it is your turn, you will be notified over text. Go to the front desk and let them know that you received the text. I was seen almost immediately after I let the front desk know. The rapid test itself was very quick. I was in and out of the doctor's office in about a minute. My test results were texted to me 15 minutes after that. Overall I'm very satisfied with my experience. They are doing their best to quickly service people during a very busy time.

It used to be an excellent facility if you needed an X Ray, but last two times (one time with a broken foot), we had to go to another facility at North bergen to get an X-ray, because there was no technician at the Cliffside park location. This is not very convenient, as there is no parking at the North Bergen lovation, and the line is very long. Disappointed by the lack of Xray at the Cliffside park location.

Went in late at night. Their long hours are super convenient when you don’t have the time to go during the day. No waiting lines, short waiting time. Spent at most 10 mins and got diagnosed quickly with prescriptions. Staff even helped me find a pharmacy that would have my medication ready at such late hours. Got my medication on the same night, and I’m feeling better already. Thank you to all the caring staff from the front desk, and the medical personnel. Will definitely be coming here again!

Pretty good location. Close enough to me so convenient. There are usually nice staff there. I just went for blood work so I wouldn’t have to wait a month to see my doctor. I recommend :)

The doctor was phenomenal. He was so caring and patient with my son who had a fractured finger. He was so great about being thorough and explaining things. The staff was nice and helpful as well. The only concern I have is with the X-ray technician. She needs to take better precaution. She did the X-ray without protecting his body. She covered his leg area only. I had to tell her to put on more protection and all she did was put it around his thyroid and left his stomach exposed. But yet she got out of the room when she took the images. She was nice and helpful overall, but make sure you’re clear that your body needs to be protected. Otherwise, I would highly recommend it.

Very Rude staff at the reception desk. On inquiring about signing in the male staff working at 930 pm abruptly said they were takeing no more patients as they close at 12 midnight and the wait time was 2 and a half hours. There were only 2 people waiting in the waiting area. Looks like they did not want to work or have to attend to patients. Better to find a more considerate urgent care location.

Highly recommend this place, wait time was so fast that they called me back before I even finished filling out the forms. Nurse and doctor were both very friendly and provided a safe environment where I actually felt comfortable as a trans person. Most other places I’ve been to haven’t been this accepting nor did they seem to care about their patients well being like this place has. Highly recommend for lgbtq+ people and anyone really who wants to be in and out quick and have a doctor who gets straight to the point so you can go home and get better.

Excellent care by front desk,nurse and doctor. Seen by doctor given referral and took blood all under a 1/2 hour. My own PCP couldn't do that for me

Great staff, very friendly and accommodating! They were all very informative with every step of the process. I knew exactly what was coming next, what to expect from my visit and how long I'd have to wait. I highly recommend this Urgent Care when you're in need of medical help. I went in for x-rays which are accommodated on site. There's also free indoor parking available in the building down the hill with elevator access. Online booking is super easy.

I went there for the first time today, and as soon as i walked in the lady welcomed me in so nicely and took my info and insurance. The clinic is extremely clean and beautiful, & the doc that attended me immediately made me feel better. Thank you

Came in from out of town and my 2 year old work up with looked like HFM. We called a different urgent care and they told us to go to AM/PM. They were SO good with my toddler. You would never know that they weren’t a pediatric urgent care. So kind and patient. Thank you!

I went to AM/PM Urgicare for the first time, and the professionalism and care was wonderful! I appreciated that I could schedule an appointment, and complete all of the intake information online prior to the visit. Everyone was very pleasant, and, as a doctor myself, felt like I got good care.

Very friendly staff and super clean. Wait was minimal. Highly recommend if you need medical care off hours, weekends and holidays.

I am sorry but I did not have good experience with AMPM at Cliffside. In my visit, I was told that I probably have viral cold infection and it will go away. In case, if it does not go away we will prescribe the medicine. After few days, I called for prescription since the conditions continued and I was asked to come to office again..going through the test again... and paying for the visit again.. Thank you for your last service.

Today was my first time going to an AM/PM urgent care. I took my 9 year old son to the Cliffside Park location and we had a pleasant experience. Everyone there was so kind and professional. The waiting area seemed small but we went very early and was seen right away. Parking was convenient so that was an additional plus as well.

This is a very professional office. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a very friendly and caring office staff. I have been here a number of times, and always left with the feeling that I got the best medical attention possible. I have recommended this facility, and will continue to do so!

Took my daughter today because of sore throat. The staff was professional, extremely nice. Did all the necessary tests in a timely manner. Super helpful, answered all questions. Highly recommend in case of emergencies.

Excellent care. Seamless online check in. On site X-ray is a plus. The best part is the nursing staff. Very nice, they know what they’re doing and they explain things in plain English. It is important that the med staff speak to patients like human beings. Dr was very good and friendly.

The best Urgent Care I’ve ever been to. I felt like I was truly given the best patient care imaginable and every single detail was paid attention to and noted. I felt extremely comfortable. All my questions and concerns were addressed. The entire team is incredible! I recommend this place to everyone!

The personnel were very helpful and friendly. I did a Covid test. One thing I would recommend is that since test takes less than 3 minutes to administer and does not require the presence of a physician, a dedicated person doing just the tests would cut wait time from 30 min - 1hour to substantially less time. Our little one year old got a blunt laceration and obviously we tried the most we could in order to close the wound but still was opened. We decided to come here as it was the only one close by and also open on a Sunday. The check in experience was great, the waiting was good, the personnel was excellent, and they took care of my child with love I wouldn’t say less. I really appreciate the way they treated us and the way they took care of the situation. Thank you!

I thought all of these good reviews could not possibly be real, until I went to AM PM urgent care myself today! The staff were lovely, everyone was calm and courteous. The PA who treated me was exceptionally knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly and in a way that was easy to understand.

I needed a medical test ASAP, at my treating physician's request, but her office could not assist me. I found AM/PM through an on-line search and they had a wide-open schedule for appointments that very day. The on-line check-in process was uncomplicated and easy to manage. Everything was ready for me at the AM/PM office and I didn't have to wait long to be attended to. I'm very impressed, since larger practices don't seem to have the same efficiency.

I’ve been to a few urgent cares and this is my favorite one . Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. My concerns are always listened to and my visits never feel rushed. Would definitely recommend going there!

I needed quick and accurate COVID tests for my husband and myself, so I made appointments online and within the hour we were seen by a doctor and we had our results. The staff members were professional, helpful and friendly. This is the second time I have used this facility and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for easy, quick and professional medical attention.

It was one of the best experiences I had with doctors and staff in USA, and I lived in 5 different states and numerous cities. Extremely friendly, happy to help, didn’t have to wait for more than 3 min once I got there, no extra bs, and very professional and helpful, honestly never really leave reviews anywhere but this place deserves 5* so much literally doing it right after I left, thank you guys again. I went in Friday night around 9pm with a bad shellfish food allergy. Upon arrival I was greeted with courteous friendly professional service. I was able to see Dr Kevin shortly after. Dr Kevin went above and beyond my expectations. I was especially impressed by him listening to everything I was saying and answering all of my questions. Not once did I feel rushed at all which is a really good thing when it comes to communicating with a doctor. Dr Kevin answered all of my questions and concerns. Needed to see a dr at 10pm for a dog bite. I went To this location only to be told that they couldn’t take walk ins because it was more than an hour wait time and it would be past closing time (even though waiting room was empty) and that i could Make an appointment online. I went Online and made an appointment for 11:10pm. When I came back they told me they couldn’t honor my appointment because of the time since it was too close to their 12am closing time- i asked Why make appointments available at that time if you will refuse patients? They didn’t have an answer and saw me anyway. I was Then prescribed antibiotics after telling the dr several times that I was 7 months pregnant. Upon getting the antibiotics from the pharmacy and reading the warning label to not take them while pregnant.. the office was just closing and couldn’t call them for a new prescription
