This urgent care is simply top notch. Their staff are all consistently polite and patient. No matter the time of day. Even during the peak of covid when they had lines out the door wrapped around the block, they were very accommodating and helpful. The medical assistants are always genuinely caring and their friendly doctors don’t make you feel rushed.

Wonderful clinic! Very organized and efficient intake and all the staff is very polite and helpful. The nurse that did my vitals and took my information was very thorough. The doctor that saw me afterward took his time to make a thorough assessment and provided me with a clear explanation of the plan. Definitely one of my best experiences at an urgent care!

I had a good visit! Doctor & his staff were very nice & polite! Very well mannered! They only thing I didn’t like was the long wait but they do tell you about the long waiting time, so it’s up to you if you want to wait.

So thankful for this place! It was 10pm, everything near me was closed and I decided to come up here from downtown JC instead of going into NYC for a deep cut that ended up needing staples. They were so friendly, helpful, and took great care of me. It was a quick 25 minute drive and I was in and out within the hour (there were no other patients) Well worth it and I would definitely go here instead of an emergency room for anything non-life threatening

I am absolutely amazed and so happy with how our visit went. Very pleasant staff and NP was precise and so sweet to my son who is 2.5 years old. I would definitely recommend 10/10!! Check in is easy through Solvhealth portal and facility up to par with cleanliness.

I really like this urgent care. The staff is very nice and professional, the wait time for services is average and they always try to go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable. Great for Covid testing. So happy I found this gem.

I have been to this urgent care facility 4 times already. Every time the most I have waited was around 30 minutes on a walk in appointment. The service is quick too. Recommend if you want to take care of something in around 30-60 minutes. They also do lots of tests here.

This was a first time visit and I found the office staff to be professional and kind. The nurse can’t remember her name but I identify her as (a twin). I was made to feel valued and comfortable. I received the care needed, and am very pleased.

First time there, and I had a fantastic experience. The entire staff was kind, professional, empathetic, and knowledgeable. I was examined by several physicians and had an x-Ray in less than an hour. I also deeply trusted the physicians, as they took interest in my symptoms and knew immediately how to assist. My condition was even explained in layman’s terms, so I could understand what was going on. Would recommend!!

My son was not feeling well. The doctor office was closed, instead of visiting the ER . I brought my son to this facility. Due to covid-19 there are few seats. The waiting time is very short to see the physician. The front desk assistant are very helpful and courteous. The medical assistant Miguel was very patience, courteous and kind to my son. Our physician Dr. Anthony A was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain my son's medical symptoms. No long, long waiting time like the ER. First time here and it was great! Went for an X-ray and Ana( X-ray tech) was super sweet and comforting. I would definitely recommend coming here the team is friendly and helpful. Note: you may need to wait a little, more then usual, due to the amount of foot traffic coming in.

Although the wait time is delayed which is totally understandable due to Covid testings I didn’t mind waiting. I been a patient for a few years friendly staff. The doctor is totally an awesome and funny doc. Unlike any other clinics. Also I love the fact how you get alerted on your phone if you still are willing to attend to the appointment. If you have the patience to wait I’d recommend. You won’t regret it.

Edward was very nice and so was the young lady at the front desk that helped me. I had a great experience. Edward did not let me feel like he was performing brain surgery through my nostrils. He was friendly and pleasant. He gave me good advice and answered all my questions.

I arrived early, about 30 minutes after open. I was seen quickly and Dr. Kevin was very thorough, and very pleasant. I was traveling from out of town and he helped me find a close pharmacy and called me after the appointment to refine his diagnosis. I highly recommend this urgent care!

I was there for the first time on Christmas day. I waited no more than 15 minutes to be seen. Dr. Nelson was amazing, checked me, prescribed me meds and I was on my way out. I highly recommend this place. They have a very friendly staff, the place was clean and their friendliness/welcoming was something to make note of! This is a 5 Star clinic for sure! Good Job Guys!

An amazing staff I required a medical clearance for an upcoming surgery and they perform the works, x-rays, EKG and more, all under 90 minutes. The doctor performed a thorough evaluation. The professionalism of the entire staff truly stood out to me!

I walked in right before closing hours with a badly infected eye (work related). My visit was quick & staff was friendly. It's not located in the best of areas, but that didn't hinder the care I received. They are open until 12AM daily.

Walked in at 9:30pm and there were 4 people before me. Doctor got us all in and out in a timely manner + staff is amazing and friendly

I had to go to urgent care and although I waited over 2 hours because of Covid surge, the staff was very friendly and the check in process was simple. I was allowed to leave and come back when the doctor was ready to see me. The doctor was very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this place and will recommend it to others as well.

I’ve been here twice. The first time for an ankle injury and the 2nd for a physical. Everyone was very nice and professional. Explained everything well and answered all questions. The app was a nice surprise and made making appointments and signing paperwork electronically easier.

Best Emergency care there is! They do an amazing job at making the patient feel comfortable and judgement free. Attentive and prompt for real, very minimal wait time and the friendliest staff. No one ever wants to have a medical emergency but when it happens - go here !

Excellent care! I haven't been to a Primary in forever due to insurances I've had that didn't cover the Doctors I've known and being discouraged by the ones I tried to go to. I went to this facility in a pinch and they really did everything to tend to me. This facility has excellent and kind staff. Thank you for making my trip so easy and taking such good care of me!

Made an appointment the same morning, waited only 7 minutes after I arrived, friendly front desk staff, was treated with the utmost respect by the nurse, the doctor came straight in, they called my Rx in immediately and it was waiting for me at the pharmacy! The whole process was less than an hour. Fantastic service and great people. Highly recommended!

Friendly, thorough, and genuinely kind staff. From the front desk to the nurses and techs, everyone was incredibly pleasant. The wait time wasn’t that bad; they’re super honest and helpful about the time frame and services if you call ahead. It’s really convenient to book ahead of time using Solv, too, so you can fill out paperwork and stuff like that. Would 100% recommend this Bergenline location.

We are here from out of town. I was able to get my two year old in as a walk-in. I called ahead of time and instead of recommending I make an appointment, I was told to come right in. We waited two hours as walk in. I've worked at urgent care facilities and I understand that it gets backed up. However, a PA saw my son, not a doctor. The medical assistant wasn't a nurse. Who is in charge there? Is there a Dr in the house? Ever? I won't go there again. I'm not comfortable with my son seeing a PA who is going to prescribe antibiotics and not see a doctor.

Went in today because my daughter wasn’t feeling well. Got told that I would have to wait a while even with appointment but needed up just waiting about 20 minutes. The nurse who’s name is Tamari’s, was so sweet and funny! She made my daughter feel comfortable and even had her laughing. The doctor was great as well.

The downside of this location is the wait. And one obvious reason is that they are very good and efficient. Made appointments online, waited at home for their call. And smooth sailing from there. Was fortunate to be triaged by Clarisse. Very thorough and friendly. Thank you

This urgent care is Wonderful atmosphere team very educated, friendly, polite and kind to speak and accommodate you . The staff are very kind and respectful. AM/PM walkin-in were extremely polite. I have to say I been to my regular doctor's office where the staff are rude. The young ladies at the front desk were super polite despite the fact that it was toward the end of their day...and we all been to a place where if you walk in when their about to close the attitude is LIKE DAMN more patients and their tone is rude. Not these ladies..And doctor was just as polite. I would definitely go back!

The overall experience was pretty good. Everything is organized and all the staff are friendly. If you make an appointment & fill out the info online beforehand, then there will be very minimum wait, 5-10min.

I was apprehensive about going here…expecting to be seated in a crowded waiting room full of sick people. It was quite the opposite! I completed my paperwork online and waited about 10 minutes in an empty waiting room. Dr Shah was very thorough and didn’t rush me as I ran through all my symptoms, while asking appropriate questions. The staff was cordial and efficient. I was very pleased and highly recommend…thank you!

Been really pleasant, easy, fast. They run a tight ship! Mobile booking is quick and relatively simple, the text communication is appropriate, payment is easy and they accept both cash and Apple Pay. I did have a throat culture exactly a week ago that nobody called or emailed to follow up on, so that was only one odd thing but it happens.

Everyone is very professional. You register quick if your first time always take your Insurance card and ID . Had a foot sprain and had an easy time booking the appointment. There was a longer wait than expected, but that is understandable since everyone is sick during the holidays. Dr. Noel had such a nice bedside manner and was great at explaining how to wrap my foot, he even let me take a video clip. In addition, the staff were kind and attentive, from the MA Diego, and the Xray Tech, Ashley, I felt taken care of.

Appreciated that they were open on Christmas. Staff was polite, facility was clean. Doctor was thorough and thoughtful. Wait was long and waiting room is too small. Needs more ventilation to avoid breathing in other airborne illnesses.

Was able to walk in and have my concerns of sharp coughing and chest pains attended to. Everyone from the check-in staff, the techs, assistants, and the doctor, were pleasant. I avoid seeking medical care because past negative experiences, but this staff was very reassuring and caring. Thank you!

I am from out of state. Injured my finger and thought it might be broken. Relative took me to AM/PM at approximately 9:15pm, I had no appt nor did we call ahead. Check in was quick, I was in and out, including x-rays and the doctor reading them, in just over an hour. Entire staff was VERY nice. I'm bad with names but found everyone to be friendly and professional.
