I’ve
worked
with
several
personal
trainers
over
the
years
and
FIT
Lab
is
by
far
the
best
experience
I’ve
had.
These
guys
have
a
method
and
every
workout
is
tailored
to
perfection,
with
slow
and
steady
progressive
overload
and
increase
in
range
of
mobility
session
to
session.
I’ve
had
lower
back
and
knee
issues
since
high
school
that
have
made
it
difficult
for
me
to
stay
consistent
with
my
fitness
routine.
From
day
1
at
FIT
Lab,
the
team
here
has
been
intentional
on
building
a
program
that
works
for
me
and
my
body.
I
have
never
looked
forward
to
my
workouts
as
much
as
I
do
now.
In
the
3
months
I’ve
been
training
with
these
guys,
I
can
see
massive
improvement
in
my
back
and
core
strength,
posture,
and
overall
body
composition.
I’m
acquiring
good
form
and
am
finally
able
to
set
realistic
fitness
goals.
Finally
-
about
these
awesome
trainers!
I’ve
worked
with
Greg,
Jason,
and
Steve
and
all
three
are
great
coaches
and
impressively
knowledgeable.
Most
of
my
sessions
have
been
with
Jason
and
I’ve
really
appreciated
his
attention
to
detail
and
his
willingness
to
explain
the
thought
process
behind
certain
movements
and
how
the
moves
in
a
workout
all
link
together.
Overall,
I
could
not
give
a
higher
recommendation
for
this
place.
