STAY AWAY! THIS PLACE IS FRAUD! THEY SELL FAKE JEWELS!! I bought two pendants there recently, had them appraised later by two jewelers. The pieces are fake. The jewelers told me I had been "had". I tried to talk to Nava and explain what had happened, she refused to refund my money or offer to buy the pieces back at a lower price. Nava and the store are worse than snake oil sales people at a carnival. Save yourself the headache and loss of money. These people are as sleazy as they come. Worst - place - ever.

I went into this store this afternoon to have my watch battery changed and cleaned. What an awful experience... I was told that it would be done in 15 minutes, and when I returned, it was not done. They told me five more minutes and I opted to wait. Then the store owner began harassing me. She tried to sell me anything in the store, and completely ignored me when I said that I was not interested. It was the most blatant and awful salesmanship I've ever experienced. She threw so many "deals" at me and tried to convince me of the quality etc... but I told her I couldn't afford to purchase anything at that time. Then she tried to push their store credit card on me (as if I would trust a credit card from a hole in the wall in midtown?). At some point "good salesmanship" just becomes irritating and unnecessary. I asked for my watch and they kept saying a few minutes, a few minutes. I am convinced that they were lying to me in order to stall and try to force me to buy something. To top it off, I noticed when I left the store that they didn't even clean my watch. I was overcharged and played with, and I will never go here again for any reason at all.

Absolute trash. The guy who passes out flyers on the corner I feel must be clinically insane. How places like this stay open are beyond me. Stay far away. The other reviews here are very accurate.

First time I went in it was fine. Had a clasp fixed on a chain and a very nice man charged me a very reasonable price less than $15. I went in yesterday to have the same clasp fixed and a watch battery replaced but this time the owner was there, she said it would cost $50 for just the clasp. When I said the price was awefully high and much higher than the last time. She tried to get me to buy a piece of jewelry and said she would charge me less for the clasp. I Kept saying I did not want to buy anything and took my chain off counter. But I was still waiting for my watch and she wouldn't stop. We went back and forth and I became so angry. She I think her name is Navaa is a horrible human being and entrepreneur. I will never go in there again

Went to have a piece a fixed. Was blatantly overcharged, when compared to other stores. They do not open or close on time. The piece was adjusted correctly, only reason I'm giving two stars and not one star. Make sure to get a detailed receipt.

Good service, would have appreciated being contacted once my piece was ready to be picked up but overall pleased.

Total lack of professionalism. Very bad customer experience. This shop is not reliable. If you bring something for repair, they usually make things worse and try to sell you something else. It happened several times to me. Never again. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Had no problem with this store. they have an excellent selection of watches and jewelry. bought a gift for my girlfriend and she loved it. the manager is a great guy and even bought me a coffee. will definitely return again!

The store is great. Had a great experience. Great prices and left with a nice watch and a beautiful diamond ring for my wife.

Stopped in today and the service was excellent. Mike got me exactly what I needed and gave me a great deak.
