Came here after a broadway show. Loved this rooftop. Great vibes, Great views, decor, ambience and atmosphere. Great food & drinks quality. Delicious meal which I highly recommend. This rooftop is within the sanctuary hotel. Got a little lost getting up here (went into wrong elevator(s) , but once went up everything was nice and smooth. 90 min limit...but Great service. Staff were attentive & courteous.

Awesome rooftop in midtown. We went to celebrate my friends birthday and it was perfect weekend. Rooftop was chill and not too crowded since it was Thursday night. It's a big place with good tables. They do have cocktails which were okish - not too strong/ tasty. We ordered truffle fries which were good. It's little on the pricier side but it's in city so it's common .

The place is great. It’s located inside a hotel. The service, food and drinks are very good. The servers very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. They got fun dynamics to do when it comes to drinks and in groups of 3 or more. The place and ambiance is nice and chill. The view might not be the best but well decorated for sure. Went on Sunday after Brunch time so it was quiet, probably is more lively around peak time. Our server I believe his name was Alex or Axel, very low haircut with glasses, very helpful and cool.

The Haven Rooftop is a first class rooftop restaurant located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan at the Sanctuary Hotel New York. In December Of 2021, I brought and treated my wife and myself for dinner at the Haven Rooftop to celebrate our Happy Engagement Anniversary!!! My wife and I enjoyed every moment of our dining experience at this fabulous restaurant!!! We were warmly welcomed by the restaurant’s staff and our waiter, Axel treated us with great kindness and respect and made sure our every request was met. Both my wife and I loved Haven Rooftop’s interior decor, were deeply captivated by the awesome views of New York City that we were able to see while dining at the restaurant and enjoyed listening to its highly dynamic and vibrant music Our meals were presented in a timely fashion and was amazingly cooked, seasoned and superbly delicious!!! If you’d like access to great views of New York, having wonderful food and listening to great music, my wife and I definitely recommend that you visit and dine at Haven Rooftop!!!

Came in for lunch on Christmas day with the family and we actually had a good experience. we had a nice seating area where it didnt feel so crowded. Rooftop was nicely decorated for the holidays - not over the top but still giving that vibe. We prepaid to reserve for 10 people and got a bunch of apps such as their hummus and pita (which was delicious), nicely seasoned truffle fries, good buffalo chicken wings, crab and avocado palette, and margherita pizza. Everything was enjoyable. for entrees there was no kids menu but we managed with the fries and penne. the group mostly got the same thing.Truffle spaghetti was good and had no overpowering truffle taste. Penne was nicely cooked as well and had good sauce. Staff was also attentive and made sure food came out timely. overall had a good experience and definitely enjoyed ourselves with the food and ambiance.

Service was great. Security was intense. Rules were a little limiting. With the right person I’d go back if it were convenient. Food was pleasant. The world disappeared around the table because I was spending it with the most beautiful, smart, & fun girl I’ve ever met.

Ambience : great ambience. Seating is on roof top and we had to wait at lower level . Food : food was great. We ordered heavenly chicken, chicken wings and zelle platter . Food was tasty and hot. Every thing was as per our request. Waiter: She was nice. Took our order well and was attentive. Overall it's a nice place.only drawback was its rooftop and claims a good view which wasn't there. Overall recommended.

Our food was absolutely amazing. The pan seared salmon was one of the best salmons Ive had and the creme brulee was divine. Our server was also extremely friendly and made the service amazing. Beautiful view was a plus :)

This is a great little secret place! The building isn’t clearly marked & it’s only by looking at the top of the building would anyone realize that it is located in the Sanctuary Hotel. Once inside, again…we find ourselves asking for help in finding how to get there. But the dining space was comfortable & staff are friendly and attentive. A live DJ mixed upbeat music & the retractable awnings were drawn back after the sun went down. The food was delicious, but a bit pricey. I was especially surprised that the slice of chocolate cake was $25! We were celebrating a birthday so I didn’t even look at the dessert menu, I just asked for cake. It was good, but not that good.

Brunch was awesome friendly staff all the way keep up that good work. From the greeter Tasha to my server Erik was a pleasant experience all around. Quick service and food was wonderful. Pleasant atmosphere and vibe. Will definitely be going back!! Bottomless mimosas!! Just saying 😁

Came here to meet up with my friends and the ambiance was just everything. Quite perfect for brunch, really. Food was okay, it wasn’t the greatest but I wouldn’t say it was the worst either. It honestly tasted as it should taste. Ordered some wings, burger, nachos, truffle fries and sangria. I would say my favorite would be the burger. The best part of this place is the service you get from the staff though. Very kind, nice and entertaining. I truly had a blast with my friends because of their service.

Went here with my mom a few months ago over the holidays and we absolutely loved it! Lovely ambience, warm staff, and really tasty good. It was the perfect welcome-to-nyc meal. ETA: came back last month, and it was just as yummy as I remembered :)

Ambiance/Vibe: The rooftop was nice but we didn't have much of a view from our seats, other areas had a much clearer view of the city. The music selection was nice, it was a nice atmosphere for a Saturday night. Service: Our server Axel was FUN AS HELL! (the fact that I remembered his name speaks to his service)!! He was sharp, made great suggestions, and was worth every bit of his tip! Even the men downstairs who verified the reservations, were such nice people and very helpful when we wanted to find places to go afterward. Everyone was sweet and made our night perfect. Food/Drinks: The food was appealing, and the description of the food was a lot better than the taste. The food wasn't bad but it was very much so - eye candy! The drinks were okay, as well - its the reason for 3 stars. Even the shots (terrible) but you know what, the service made up for everything! Came here for dinner on a Saturday we made reservations about 2 weeks in advance. The ambiance is perfect! I’ve been too other “rooftop” restaurants that don’t actually give you a rooftop feel but Haven did not disappoint. The staff is very pleasant and food is tasty.

Went to this place on a Friday night and if my friends didn't have reservations I wouldn't have gotten in. Reservations are Highly recommended especially if you're going around dinner time or in between Broadway show times because it gets very packed here being in Times Square. I'm giving 4 stars because the night I went the music was on point and the Playlist was a lot of C Breezy so yea they got a star for that because the vines were perfect! The location 5 stars if you don't mind a rooftop in the middle of time Square. The ambiance gets a 5 too its a really cute rooftop! 5 For diversity of staff which I can appreciate. They got a 5 for the music that night I went 3.7 for the food it's not anything to wrote home about and also the price for 1 cocktail $18s beers $9 and top shelf shots $38 so you do the math. Not sure if I'll be back but I had fun when I did go with friends in town. I'm not good doing lines even with reservations but do you ....

It’s a very small intimate setting. The Ambiances is nice. I ordered the salmon panseared which comes with garlic spinach. My husband order is a chicken we also ordered calamari as an appetizer came out very quick, our drinks came out very quick the food was good and came out quick. Our waiter was very attentive.

Decent brunch location. Host unfriendly and arrogant but our waiter (the guy from Portugal) was absolutely stunning, very attentive and authentically friendly. Food was good, Meeting expectation for this price. DJ and sound was absolutely perfect for a lazy Sunday morning brunch

Great ambience. But as a beer drinker, I wish they had beer on draft. Only been there for drinks so haven’t tried their food. Staff was very friendly. Quick and good service.

The atmosphere was pleasant & friendly. We liked our meals & the drinks were exceptionally good. The music was also nice. The only draw back is being in the sun on a hot humid day. I would go here again but on a cooler day.

We made a reservation for Friday night and everything was amazing. The people were all so friendly. The atmosphere was relaxing. The food was delicious. They even made a custom pizza for my 9 year old.

Good location and service, delicious food. Recommend the Havenly Chicken, Penne ala Vodka with Chicken. Yummy cocktails and tiramisu was not the best but decent pick for desert.

Dinner with my family here was amazing. We had wings for appetizers, tuna tartare, squash soup, sesame tuna, and steak and fries with peppercorn gravy. Everyone loved their choices, and the coffee to finish was one of the best cups of coffee I’ve ever had. Loved it, highly recommend

Came here for the great atmosphere and apps before a show. Wasn’t even ordering off the H hour menu till we started with apps only to find it was stopped an hour early on the chefs whim according to our server. Plus wine is only select wine. Don’t like the deception. Otherwise okay I suppose. Should’ve seen it was only 4 stars. For a reason I guess.

Very nice place, I dont have a reservation but they accommodated me and was able to sit at the bar and have had a nice chat with their lovely and friendly bartender. All of their staff are wonderful, they reflect the great costumer service standards. I will definitely be coming back to try their other menus.

My family and I had brunch at this Haven Rooftop on Sunday before going to a show. We waited over 10 mins before anyone even came to the table and when the waitress did, she had an immediate attitude. My husband ordered a cappuccino (she never brought sugar). My daughter ordered an orange juice, she never brought that either. We had to remind her 15 mins later that the juice was never provided. I will say that the food was absolutely delicious. The steak and eggs were divine, blueberry french toast was heavenly, and the brunch pizza was also good. Unfortunately, because of the service, i’ll never go back. The view was not that good from where they sat us.

Cozy atmosphere, attentive staff, decent view, tasty food, delicious drinks a bit warm for summer eating; could use a cool mist or more fans to make it worth the ticket. We enjoyed the appetizers. Meals were ok. Servers constantly bring ester but in upper 80 needed larger cups or more ice

Came here after work with my sister for dinner the wings and pizza are amazing ! Our servers were so lovely and polite special thanks to Louis and Erica for there wonderful service. Def would come back 10/10 recommend .. atmosphere is also 10/10

Did Thanksgiving Dinner here and although the food was amazing, and the manager was accommodating the service was the worst I have ever witnessed especially for a reservation and prepaid dinner. There’s only so many options on the menu due to the Thanksgiving offerings so this should not have been difficult. However we were sat next to another table of two and we got our appetizers way before them. Then they kept trying to bring us more of the same apps we originally ordered but they weren’t ours. Then the manager came over to apologize and let us know our server did not put our food in so it would be longer. Table next to us still no apps. We finally ate and food was amazing, then we got our dessert. At this point we only saw our waiter two times. The manager kept serving us and getting us more drinks. Then we sat almost 30 minutes for our receipt upon which the manager never brought because he comped the remainder of our bill, which was very nice of him. It was clear he was frustrated since this was not the only table struggling to get service. I expected it to run smoothly since it’s a fixed menu and prepaid.

Great spot after work or for dinner. Not too loud and the food was really good! I had the penne vodka with chicken and the pasta was perfectly Al dente. The chicken was tender and seasoned well and also loved the bits of mozzarella sprinkled over the dish. Also a must have is the truffle fries. The dip that comes with it is addicting

Food was delicious!! We got the bottomless brunch before seeing the tree. The food came fast and was yummy. Aminy was the best server. Would recommend to friends and come again

Cool views, great food and drinks at a reasonable price. Our waitress Irene was excellent and made the bottomless brunch drinks well worth it! Reservation definitely recommended and you have a 90-minute timeframe for your table. Would go again!

Went for brunch and they didn't have Bellinis... how do you not have 1 of only 2 bottomless brunch options...

Nice spot. Stopped by for a lite bite and a glass of wine before heading out for the evening while in town. Tatiana is a fantastic bartender. Her attention to detail and the pride she takes when making her drinks is something of a seasoned professional. Mine was simple. Her drink rail was full but she made them all with precision and speed. Well done. Vibe is nice. Decore is nice. Prices are in line. Will come back.

Loved this place! Service was great from beginning to end, the food was quality and so were the drinks! You take an elevator to get to the roof, Although there was a 90 min limit, we got to stay until they closed which was nice! Awesome music with love DJ as well. The vibes in this place are amazing!
