We would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed with our young children in a one bedroom premier suite. The staff was phenomenal. The suite was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. It was the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the city. Location is excellent. Walking distance to Central Park, Rockefeller Center, and many other attractions and restaurants. Booking with Hilton is very convenient, and you can always expect a clean and pleasant stay.

Great staff, The room was small but well-appointed. Hint rooms close to elevator have no view: 802,and probably 801 I know have no view to anything but another building. There is also no lobby space. The gym is very much what I expect of Hilton-- free weights, multiple bikes, treadmills etc, cable weight machine, benches. Location is great. 2 blocks from central park, half block from Russian Tea room. Tons of upscale dining in the area. I would return to this property without hesitation.

This is my go to place in this part of NYC. I come here to work to avoid distractions and close to client offices. Modern (updated) clean rooms and awesome staff. Convenient to subway and to the theatre district. Endless options for great restaurants within a few blocks. P.S. asked for a microwave and it was brought to my room in less than 5 mns.

This is my second time staying at this Hilton Club. I will keep coming back. The location is close to the trains and Central Park. I can't say enough about how clean the room was and the bed was very comfortable. The Staff was amazing and check-in and check-out was seamless.

Bob Bruno is the most helpful hotel staff! He will welcome you kindly and teach you how to get around. It was a wonderful experience and we can't wait to visit again. The location is perfect! So perfect we just stumbled into time square!

The rooms in this place are good. They’re clean and in a good location. I also liked the breakfast, as I seemed to be able to get the it each day in the owners lounge which, even as a vegan, I managed to cobble together a delicious meal. The only downside to this hotel is no atmosphere or vibe of any kind as there’s no lobby bar. If you just want a bed with great location then book this place. If you want a “hotel” then look elsewhere. That said, there’s a great bar 2 doors west which makes a wicked old fashioned.

We've stayed at several Hilton's in NYC and this was my favorite. The lobby is small but the staff is fast without rushing you. Every single member of staff we encountered treated us like we were family. I can't say enough. The menu working outside in the freezing cold, rain and wind that held the door was so pleasant. Every member of staff was fantastic. I highly recommend it. The rooms were extremely clean and very large. The bathroom door does not have the bed which rocks! A lot of places can't understand that should be standard. 😂 I don't have any pictures, sadly. For club members, the club on the second floor was very nice and again the entire staff was wonderful.

Firstly, a huge thank u to the incredible staff at the hotel for being warm, friendly and super helpful. Fannie, Ashley, Julius, the door staff, the housekeeping staff especially Jose & the kind and thorough Asian lady all took really good care of us and kept us feeling comfortable The hotel itself is located in a fantastic spot on the west side within minutes from most things mid town and yet not too far from downtown or uptown. The rooms are great in terms of size, cleanliness, amenities and comfort. Wish they had firmer pillows as an option. And please ensure you select a daily housekeeping service as the property is a timeshare hence not guaranteed Facilities are thin but everything is around so no biggie Will definitely say this is a great value option

My wife and I stayed in a studio Sept. 2 and 3rd 2023 and found the property to be clean, the staff friendly/helpful and in a great location. There were plenty of restaurants near by and Times Square was only about 10-15 minute walk away. The rooms were very clean, no bedbugs or other insects could be found and there was a decent amount of storage space for a studio. I'm giving 4/5 stars because they charge a short stay fee of about $90 if you stay less than 3 nights. I feel that the hotel is expensive enough that you shouldn't have to be squeezed for an extra $90 if you are only staying for the weekend. We would return for sure!

I am sure I made the right choice in booking with this Hotel. The location is great, about 2 blocks away from Central Park. Subway stations are really all around this place if you need to take the subway. There's also a loading and unloading area for vehicles. The rooms are cozy and the price is very reasonable. The staff were so friendly and helpful and will really make you at home.

Stayed only one night but I will stay here every chance I get. The room and bath were spacious. The little touches from k-cup in the room, wine opener and robes made me feel at home. A small boutique hotel a block from the Russian Tea Room and just a short walk to Central Park. We easily walked to our Broadway show and dinner. A lovely spot.

Had a great time at this Hilton property over the weekend. It's in a great location if you're looking to do more family friendly activities like walking to Central Park to visit the Central Park Zoo, splash pads, and playgrounds! It's also a short train ride to the Children's Museum of Manhattan! Staff were super awesome and welcoming! Would definitely stay here again!

I had an incredible experience at this hotel, and I want to give a glowing review, especially for one exceptional employee who stood out from the rest. The penthouse accommodations were outstanding, offering luxury and comfort. The location of the hotel was superb, providing convenient access to nearby attractions.I want to express my deepest appreciation for the exceptional service provided by May G her professionalism , and warm hospitality truly elevated my stay. The entire staff their went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was impeccable, making my family and I feel valued as a guests. Thank you once again to the hotel, May G all the employees for an exceptional experience. I will undoubtedly be returning and recommending this hotel to friends, family, and colleagues.

We LOVED staying at this Hilton! The rooms were a great size for NYC, very clean and the hotel staff went above and beyond. The location in the city is great- very close to Central Park, Columbus Circle and in between two subway stops that can get you most places. We will absolutely stay there again.

We visit here 1 - 2 times a year. The staff is consistently well and helpful. Great views from the street facing Central Park and from the side facing the Empire State Building. There are tons of restaurants within walking distance for all price ranges. Close enough to Times Square without the crowds. You can typically walk to shows within 15 to 20 minutes of the curtain going up.

Nice Hilton, the bedroom is a great size. It was clean. The bed is super comfortable. The robes are amazingly soft. The views are pretty good. It's easy to get around from here. It's a bit far from the train station.

We love this property and timeshare location. The long term staff proves that everyone is respected and valued here, a precedent that then translates to the guests who own here. To be greeted by the same doormen, bellhops, front desk team, and owner's reps is so reassuring that our investment will stand strong for decades to come, A big demerit though, goes to their new tv upgrade that is THE furthest thing from being user friendly there is. Complicated, inconsistent, irritating at best is how I would describe the new IT system they have installed for streaming. If you happen to not like a movie or series, you can't just make a new choice. You get bounced out, have to reboot, and register again, over and over. The algorithm does not remember you, so every single time you want to make a change, you must start all over. !!!! :( Simplicity is the key to happiness here, and with the average age being 60 plus who own here, a revision of this brand new system is already in order, or this property will fall in the overall ratings. But other than that (which is a big deal which is why I am noting it in this review), we absolutely LOVE everything about this extraordinary property. Kudos to not only the management, but every single person who works here...by far the most amazing staff in NYC, hands down. Thank you for always making it feel like we have come home when we visit. We will be returning for decades to come!!!

Excellent place to sleep and relax after a busy day in the city. Beds very comfortable. Extremely clean. No dining on-site, so it's just a hotel, not a resort. Pic is view outside of room 1101.

I travelled to NYC solo and for the first time in 20 years to meet my coworkers for the first time in person. The city is overwhelming and the trip was ripe with stress. The hotel is lovely. The front desk staff is ok. But the doormen were fantastic. Knowing when I was stressed and overwhelmed. Greeting guests every morning with a kind word and a smile and going out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and could relax after long and exhausting days. Going above and beyond. One in particular was Ivy who is a fantastic doorman and an asset to the Hotel. This will be my hotel for all my future quarterly trips to the city.

This is the perfect location to stay in Manhattan because you are centrally located. Whole Foods is walkable and the subway is very close. Central Park is only a couple of blocks away. There is valet parking. The room was well furnished and the bed and the two side chairs were very comfortable. I would recommend staying here.

Best hotel! The location is really good, the staff is really good, the room is really good. There's not a view for most rooms, but that's alright. One thing is that the sofa should be able to convert into a bed because families of 4 and above will find it difficult to sleep as there is only one king bed and a sofa. The lobby was nice, the terrace was cool as well, kind of scary as it was wet, and the doors were unlocked to the lobby, but other than that, I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be coming back!!!

We stayed there recently for a weekend trip. Love this place. The room has a small living room with a separate TV. The bed has the reading light and the bed stand has the foot light. You can watch movies on TV by screen mirroring. The location is the best, conveniently connected to everywhere by subway.

First time in New York and we had such a great stay here! Staff is super friendly and helpful. Every time we called front desk to request items, we received them within minutes. Hotel was very clean too! Highly recommended when visiting New York =)

I'll start by saying the staff at this hotel were as usual fantastic. Many long time staff work here which says something (good) about the management. Also, the beds are excellent. However, we were disappointed when we visited las week at some of the cheap looking aspects of the much touted renovations. Specifically, the very nicely designed chairs were replaced by cheap looking and uncomfortable white chairs. The wall with bizarre brown stripe material on them looks so dated, and there is no art in the main room. The large dark brown furniture looks worn and dated and the bathroom door is almost impossible to open (both in one bedroom and studio.) The original design of this hotel was modern, tasteful and beautiful, now the rooms look bland and unforgettable. The hall carpet is a loud design, again, not in keeping with the original tasteful hotel design. I realize carpet choice is subjective.

The room looks great, remodeled and clean. But.... Mattress is like LA (or NYC) streets... It had a big pot hole and when you slide into it it's hard to get out. Seriously... Worst part is that when complained about it, they kinda said I am lying (they said they check them often and they are good). Noone came to check, no effort to correct the problem. Mattress should be the absolute number one priority for any hotel owner or hotel manager especially at this price range and for this category at this location. If you don't understand why, then you should get out of the hospitality business. Also check out at 10:00 am. Don't recall any hotel requiring such an early check out. I don't recall either having asked for a late checkout elsewhere (typically 2 pm when I have an EOD flight) and being denied. This is not a small hotel and there are for sure some clients who check in very late. Anyway I was expecting more at this nightly rate.

We are Hilton Club owner here and I must say the staff goes above and beyond every time I come. They make sure our needs are met whether it is more towels, a taxi, recommendations for restaurants, they even escorted us to the rooftop bar next door. The location is great near shopping, restaurants, subway, and Central Park. We also stayed during the Macy Day parade last year and the views from our hotel were great. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Clean hotel. Comfortable beds and pillows. We stayed for just under a week. We were told room service would be on Thursday; they came by on Wednesday. Elevators were smooth even during busy times- one was nearly always on the ground level. The guys offering assistance with bags and holding the doors were super friendly and always wished us a good day; safe travels when we left. Location is incredible. We stayed on the 12th floor; view is in the photos. Only a small fridge that can hold leftovers for two from two dinners. Shower was wonderful. Counter employees were “smug”. Treated customers based on their clothing (it appeared, anyway, in my observations while waiting for different services in the lobby). Were happy to help when we were dressed up, but slow to assist when I was in jeans. I traveled with my sister in law. I am an owner- I was falsely told by three different people I could attend the information brief at this location and receive a gift without my husband present (“just do it anyway”, “wear your ring on your right hand”). I arrived for my brief (wearing my ring on my left hand and had been open about my recent marriage to everyone I spoke to) to be turned away by a manager and told I would also not receive the gift. He stated that they called me “several times” to cancel, but I did not receive any calls on my cell phone nor noticed any messages on my room phone. I appreciate being an owner with HGVC, but did not appreciate these side tactics instead of just telling me that it wasn’t available for me this time. I saw a review below that aso had a last minute cancellation. Just be open and honest with your owners- we prefer that. I will likely stay at a different HGV property when I visit NYC again.

Exceptional location, clean rooms, wonderful staff!! Limited amenities (e.g., no microwave or kitchenette, no snacks or vending machines). Unfortunately, not one of their best properties, but a lovely choice of location for broadway shows. My family and I had two suites. We love NYC!

My stay at the Hilton Club West 57th Street was amazing. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. Regine and Julius were exceptional and made my husband and I feel like a part of the Hilton Family. It was a great pleasure to meet them, and they treated us with such warmth, and kindness. They made my 50th birthday celebration very special and I'm truly grateful.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Right next to central park and near multiple subway stations. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I would recommend they include microwaves in the room but that's it.

Nice place to stay in the upper part of the Theatre District. Surprisingly quite street and area, which is a good find for Manhattan. Excellent staff. Accommodations are some of the best we have experienced here. We were able to stay here via an RCI exchange. You can stay here as an exchange or by joining Hilton Grand Vacations.

I love this location. My husband and I spent our Honeymoon this past weekend. Room was spacious which is great! The staff was so nice and understanding. They recommended some diners for us to see and we also had a discount. We also received a complementary wine for the occasion (Honeymoon). Thank you so much for the service would 100% recommend!!
