Nuleaf is a perfect gem in the city. You can escape the hectic streets to get food in an attractive setting, with a living plant wall, and absolutely amazing food. The service is fast and friendly. There is a good variety of options to choose from that cater to dietary needs, while not skimping on flavor. I very highly recommend this restaurant!

Their vegan burger advertisement drew me into their store, and I was not disappointed. I eat burgers all every day, and I'm happy to add l this one to my go-to list. The ingredients were very fresh and the proportions were a good size. Best of all, it's plant based! So I can rest easy knowing that this burger was likely made cruelty free. My only critique is that I wish the burgers cost less than $13 after tax. $9 after tax would be a better price point.

I was so excited when I heard Nuleaf opened in the neighborhood. But I was disappointed in the food. The salad wasn’t bad but the “chicken wings” are not anything remotely like chicken wings - or even tenders. I have had chicken wings at other vegan spots at are out of this world. They I believe were made out of seitan and would have been better suited to a pulled pork type dish. I messaged them on Instagram & all I got was “thanks for your feedback”🙄 too many other good vegan places with amazing customer service to go back to. Won’t be back.

If one needed a detox diet or trying to get weaned off meat this is the place for you. The meals are tasty and the service is fast. The dining area is clean and brightly lit. The restroom are clean. It's worth another visit here in the Flatiron District.

Nice to always have a place that caters to vegetarians. Food was a bit bland though and cheese texture was rubbery. With so many other options, I don't know that I would visit again, but perhaps their other items are better.

Had the BBQ (now known as Picnic) bowl. Bbq-flavored seitan, corn/pepper mix, quinoa, bbq baked beans, kale slaw. The BBQ and guac combination is a bit random, but hey, I like barbecue and I like guac, so it's fine.

To all the vegan lovers out there, if you are in search for some delicious and amazing vegan 🌱 food, this is definitely a spot worth checking out or adding to your list, I’ve had the opportunity to visit and experience for myself and I must certainly say Nuleaf/ the hungry vegan is an absolute must have, the food is incredibly amazing, the smoothie is rich and refreshing, the burger is magnificent , the atmosphere is insanely beautiful and it’s just an all round great experience, customer services is also a big plus, go find out for yourself , you won’t be disappointed one bit.

My wife and I went here and got the southwest chicken sandwich and the crab cake bowl. Both were excellent. The entire menu looks incredible and is very reasonably priced. The restaurant is very well designed and there is plenty of room to sit down and enjoy a meal here which can be difficult to find at a fast-casual restaurant in NY. We will definitely be back many times to try other items. A+ all around!

Terrible smoothie. Just powder with milk. Absolutely not what I expected for $10 (small size) :(

The food was bland and expensive for what you got. For this type of food, Veggie Grill is way better. Will not be coming back.

Lovely airy new plant based spot opened on 23/5! I had the kale Caesar with grilled vegan chicken! The portion was great and the veggies fresh! It was a total yum! I’ll be back!

Great food and ambiance. Chorizo bowl was amazing! Their “meatballs” and take on buffalo wings is a must try as well. Definitely will be back to try the rest of the menu.

OMG!! The food is so good!! I absolutely love this place. The ambiance is lovely, the staff is so friendly and the food is delicious on another level. I brought some of my non vegan friends here and they were so impressed with the meals. If you haven’t tried NuLeaf yet. It’s about time. You will 100% keep coming back. 10/10 🥰🥰

This place is AMAZING! The space is airy and inviting with plenty of seating. The walls are lined with live plants. My favorite part was just how customizable the menu is. You’ll never run out of something to try. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable with the menu. I got the BBQ bowl and it was so delicious and filling. Come for the plant wall, stay for the food!

When Terri Closed it was heartbreaking, a great staff and even better food. Now their back and better then ever! The menu at Nuleaf is delicious with a few Terri throwbacks (Hello Almond delight ❤️) Be sure to try the new French Toast sticks! Strawberry butter and maple syrup will mend anything you’re going through. Here’s to much success! Can’t wait to stop by again soon 😊 *Pictured Below* French Toast sticks Chick’n Caesar Wrap (With Queso!) Mac and cheese Almond delight smoothie Avocado Toast *All Vegan 🌱 *
