Small cafe with no seating. But it’s very easy for a grab and go kind of place. You can order via its mobile app and pick up in no time. Would be better if I can sit here for a while.

Cute little place! They made my drink very well - drip coffee with steamed oat milk. Be sure to download their app on an iPhone to get your first drink free. Also, they have dog treats. ☺️ and we’re so welcoming of Sadie, my Pomeranian, which was wonderful. #doginclusivity. Would definitely recommend checking this place out!

We did a blind taste test with Blank Street, Zabars and Starbucks and my wife picked Blank Street, Zabars and Starbucks in that order. She is a die hard Starbucks drinker and she picked their coffee as far inferior to the other 2. Amazing how brand loyalty and advertising can trick our brains! Love Blank Street and it’s reasonably priced compared to the others.

I used the first coffee offer on the app to get a free latte! The latte was delicious and worth the trip to the UWS from midtown to get it,

First let me start with Starbucks could neverrrr! I came in here, after passing by and let me say that Raymond was awesome! Not only was he super friendly, he also made my iced latte exactly how I like. He even answered any questions I had. You will definitely have a repeat customer!

Blank Street 79th is by far the best Blank Street I’ve been to. The workers are very friendly and always engage when I come in, specifically Cameron and Raymond.. love you guys!! They are super attentive to detail, and they make my experience as a customer very positive. Thank you guys for making my mornings better!!

If they delivered their promise of better coffee, I could maybe get over the embarrassment of patronizing this soulless, venture capital backed chain. But I’ve tried them twice now, and each time I’ve been handed cold brew so watery it makes Dunkin seem strong by comparison. Their iced Americanos are no better. Flavorless and diluted, this is coffee for people who want to drink a big cup of flavored syrup with a vague hint of coffee. Ordering via their app should mean no wait, but each time I’ve had to hang around for my order. Despite all the automation, their employees seem bewildered. Zero vegan pastry options, too. It’s 2022. C’mon. Please run out of money and go out of business.

Coffee is just ok. I'm super disappointed that the whole concept of this brand is out the window. Small footprint locations allowing them to serve coffee at very affordable prices. Their prices are just as much (if not more!) than Starbucks and other local competitors. I don't need to pay almost $6 for a cold brew. What a let down.

The summer special strawberries & cream latte is a big hit here and I’ve gone back for it twice now! I love that they’re opening more locations in Manhattan. Also the mission of Blank Street is to have more reasonably priced drinks, so I’m happy to notice that they’re not $6 lattes like other places. I just wish the shops had outlets (especially on the UWS) so I could sit and work for longer periods of time with their nice furniture they have.

Excellent, efficient, warm service like family. Great if you need a coffee fix for a walk in the park, but want to avoid the Central Park throngs of people. Baked goods – refreshingly different (a spicy pound cake!). Love these guys!

Each time I've gone has been a different barista, and honestly i have never met such an amazing group of people. They are friendly, open for conversation and not afraid to be themselves. I've come in with my kids and everytime the barista had a conversation with them. My boys always leave with a smile on their faces because "those coffee shop adults are really cool". Oh and the coffee AMAZING.

WOW! This coffee place is absolutely amazing! All of the coffee and food is delicious! Manager Asia always has a smile on and gives the best customer service. The whole staff gives amazing customer service! I used to go to Starbucks but since this place opened up, NO MORE STARBUCKS!

How does one order a UberEats order with clear order of items, and you forget to put in the coffee?... the main item!! Uber's employees aren't allowed to check the package to ensure all items are there. Terrible, thanks for nothing! You had ONE JOB!.. and you failed.

This is the same pricing as Starbucks. I thought they were doing good coffee, affordably priced. Doesn’t feel affordable.

I love this location but I tried to come before work and it says they open at 6:30 but they don’t because the employees show up at 6:30. This is the second location that this has happened to me. It frustrating because I came here early because they were open at 6:30. Now I have to rush to work. Again this happened at another location not very far from here on Columbus Ave.

Nice place got the iced pistachio latte with oat milk quad I give it 3.5 out 5 stars The apple bunt is good would taste better warm but they didn’t offer option. This is my first time at Blank Street. Next time I’ll try the pumpkin latte.

I love the cute little personalized details that Blank Street gives customers. The decorative cards, the thank you notes and the individualized touches are so unique and appreciated. I also adore the amount of non-dairy and vegan options that are genuinely delicious. The quality of everything is amazing. Blank Street is one of my all-time favorite places to get coffee! :)

Adiba is amazing!! She’s very sweet and helps make this Blank Street location have such a warm and welcoming environment. Great place to study, chill with friends, and get excellent coffee from an even more excellent person.

they filled up the cup all the way with ice and milk only to pour a splash of the espresso and proceeded to throw out a full shot worth of espresso that didn’t fit in the cup, i had to laugh. has happened multiple times btw so i’m guessing it’s just how they make the drinks. beware you’re paying for milk not coffee :)

Never got my coffee (drip). They were too busy making mobile orders to care. Also, baristas don’t pull espresso. They use a machine.
