Very fortunate to have met Ed. Shopping for luxury goods can be a gruesome experience, especially if you have no idea what you're doing. My purchase at London was for an engagement ring setting. This process was proven to be more complicated than I expected. Since I purchased my stone elsewhere, there were many processes that I was not aware of. For example shipping regulations, appraisals and insurance for jewelry. To ensure I do not make any mistakes in the process, Ed was very patient and equipped me with the knowledge I needed in order to prepare for each step of the way and be confident with my choices (leaving no room for buyers remorse). Many will have their own story for their engagement project - some good and some bad. I'm glad mine worked out perfectly!

I recently bought a new Tudor watch at London Jewelers in the Oculus. Teri and Ed were fabulous. When I visited the store, the watch I wanted wasn't available yet. When it came in, Teri called and I got to the store about 2 weeks later. To my surprise, the watch was still available in the store. Ed and Teri made the process simple and easy. They now have a customer for life.

Got my engagement ring here. Walked in not knowing much but they were very helpful and informative and catered to our needs instead of trying to just make a sale like some other jewelers. I worked with Giovanni and he’s the man but all the other staff were also very nice!

I Recently purchased a watch from this London location and the buying experience was great. I stopped by the store a couple of weeks ago to see if they had a watch for me to try on and it ended up not being in stock. The watch was a new release and the availability was limited. I worked with Teri Martell who took my information down and she said she would keep me informed. I didn't think I would get contacted anytime soon but a couple weeks later, I received a message from Teri saying that it was available. I've had great experiences purchasing jewelry and watches at various retailers in the past, but London Jewelers and Ed Sherwood are in a class of their own. Earlier this year, I wandered into the Manhattan location toward the end of the day. I just wanted to browse the watches, and I fully expected to get minimal attention since it was almost closing time. Instead, Ed greeted me with a warm welcome. And when I had questions, he gave really thoughtful answers and his honest opinions. Ed was not only knowledgeable, but also just a great guy to chat with. I didn't buy anything that day, but felt very welcomed to return to just browse and say hi, which is what I did for months. Ed quickly become more of a friend than just someone working at London Jewelers, and today I have two new watches because of that friendship. On your website it says that you have Rolex. We traveled from far, paid 100$ for parking in order to buy a Rolex for our daughter’s birthday and when we arrived one of your sellers told us that you don’t carry Rolex anymore. He decline to call other locations to ask if they carried what we were looking for to help us. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

My experience was nothing short of great. Teri Martell, one of the associates at this London Jewelers, and I met back in August 2021 when I was looking to purchase a brand new luxury watch. With this brand in such demand and low supply, it was not available at that time, but Teri took down my exact specifications and information and kept in contact with me all the way until TODAY, when I finally was able to purchase it from her and her manager. Great jewelry store! My family has been buying jewelry at London for as long as I can remember. My father used to buy all his watches and presents for my mom and me from here. When I graduated high school, he got me my first watch from here. That was a long time ago and now that I am an adult, I find myself doing the same thing, except now it's an engagement ring, a wedding ring, a nice watch in honor of a good year, my own son’s first watch, etc. They have a great selection and often times have watches and pieces I don't see anywhere else. I also like that it’s not a high-pressure selling situation like you find in a lot of jewelry stores. A watch is just a watch but I will always remember my dad when I look at mine; And it is still my favorite watch and it still tells time perfectly.

I went in to purchase a new bracelet for my watch - the customer service and communication by both Stephanie and Ed were fantastic. They were both attentive and clearly knowledgeable. High recommend if you are looking for something special, you can trust them.
