I appreciate the staffs working hard working without lunch breaks and extended hours. The staff who was taking samples were very kind and efficient. However the front of the house experience was a disaster. They ask ppl to sign up on-line but two people who got after me was getting treated first bcs they approached the receptionist personally (while i was waiting to be called, per their direction) and entered the office to talk to the receptionist (while we were directed to wait outside). I personally don’t mind waiting a little longer for others but not like this. Also being a minority, all of them being white made me feel very uncomfortableI. It seemed they didn’t realize they were cutting in line which is even more disturbing.. I wish there was a sign up sheets so that i don’t need to feel this pressure that i need to act certain way to get a better service. On top of that one of the two receptionists angrily yelled at me when I said ‘excuse me’ to this person who was standing in front of me. He was the one who cut in line and not paying attention to what the receptionist was asking him to do, therefore delaying the process, while we all had waited almost one hour. And another receptionist who saw how the other one treated me, started to giving me a dirty look. It felt like they finally had to vent out their anger and frustration to someone and I was the right one as an Asian woman. Again I wish they are all getting paid for the extra hours but totally horrible experience.

I’ve been here twice (both for COVID testing) and had equally delightful experiences: once, about a year ago, where I walked in during a late afternoon, midweek, and found about a dozen people ahead of me. I hadn’t known what to expect, but everyone moved along quickly enough and I was in and out in about an hour (compare this to my sitting in my MD’s waiting room for 45-60 mins past my appt time). The next time I visited here was early morning on a Friday. I was 1 of 3 people. The front desk staff reminded me that some insurances would no longer be covering COVID tests and waited patiently as I contacted my insurance to confirm my tests would be covered. Before I hung up the phone, I was already being greeted by one of the nurses who swabbed me and sent back in the waiting room for my results all in a matter of minutes. Very lovely staff, convenient location, online registration available.

Seemed Disorganized - they kept yelling to people to fill out the forms before going in for Covid testing but rarely sent people out who hadn’t done so resulting in a long wait on a very busy New Year’s Eve. Too many people inside at the same time as well. They lost both of our tests and the manager was unpleasant and unhelpful yelling at me in the middle of the street. the staff did their best and eventually one managed to get us the print out of our results. Other than that if you are patient it gets you the antigen normally in 10-15 minutes for free and this is better than the small tents in the city that give you your results in 5-7 days.

My second time here for COVID testing - staff is very efficient, polite and knowledgeable. The process has been seamless both times. Appreciate the service.

I had such an incredible experience with everyone I encountered at +Medrite. Everyone was kind, incredibly helpful and transparent in every interaction I had from the front desk, the medical assistant and the NP. It clearly showed how much they cared for patients and their health. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Unprofessional stuff. Will not get blood work done here and if you will ask questions and make sure they have appropriate experience.

Thanks for wasting 2 hours of my time! I went to the website which said “you must make an appointment online”. So I filled out all the forms, and made an appointment for 7:52pm. I arrived to find the office closed (since 6pm) and this sign:

One of the best urgent cares I’ve ever visited. Quick service with friendly and knowledgeable staff!

The doctor saw me for maybe 2 minutes and felt pretty dismissive to my concerns. The lab has no record of my test and it's been two days. Front desk couldn't get my insurance to load and said to call the number on the bill I get, if I get a bill. Never going back!

We are two Canadians who forgot we had to get a rapid Antigen test before our flight back home! We googled the closest spot and showed up here very last minute and kind of stressed! The two lovely people who were working at the front (didn’t grab their names) were so helpful and friendly, they helped us book our tests, we filled out the forms, took the tests right after and had thankfully negative results within 10 minutes. Such a positive experience. Thanks again.

When I walked in, the front receptionist told me that the rapid test and PCR weren’t free.(although I have free medicaid)And then I went to other urgent care and it was free.

Quick service but the ladies in the back are not professional and with mask under their nose and mouth. The lady that performed the pcr test on me was on a video call in the meantime and I have to ask her to put gloves on 2 seconds before she open the test kit .

I had the best time with everyone I interacted with. They were all so kind and welcoming. I will only be going to this MedRite because everything was so efficient while also taking the time to care for me as a patient !!! I loved both the nurse and doctor that helped me!!!

Such a wonderful experience here when I was sick and needed treatment out of state. The staff were all so friendly and kind - from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor, all made me feel welcome and at ease. On top of that they were extremely efficient so everything went really quickly. The facility itself was really nice and new too, which helped with an overall great experience. Thank you to everyone at MedRite in SoHo, I was so impressed!!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Waited almost two hours just to find out that they didn't have the equipment I asked for at check in, they only ordered one of lab tests of the two I requested, had me wait an extra 4 days to get results back (which they only looked for after I followed up since they claimed they never received a notification when they came in), and finally sent me for the second test I requested after claiming I never did. Basically malpractice from top to bottom. If you want to get a Covid test, it's probably fine though considering it was about 95% of their business, but not recommended if you have an actual medical need.

Take more than 50 hours to get the PCR result, please do any say it takes 24 hours, just state the truth instead of misleading customer.
