Nordstrom Rack is amazing, and each location is unique in their own way- offering all of us high end brands at excellent pricing. This location was fabulous! I usually only look at their higher end designer sections when I go and this location had a great selection of just that. There was tons and tons of Gucci and a reasonable amount of Prada and Valentino (just to name a few). I found that the women's designer section wasn't as organized as it could have been (assumably it's very picked over). There were tons of designer shoes in all sizes. The inventory is constantly changing. If you see something that you like, buy it. It won't be there when you return! I have learned this the hard way a few times. Be prepared for a long lineup at checkout (as expected), however, it does move pretty quickly.

The selection and prices are obviously incredible. But the service leaves something to be desired. I guess when it has Nordstrom in the name, I expect a certain level of service from the employees. The people working at this location treated it like a Ross and I was disappointed. But my new clothes are great!

As a local guide for Google, it pains me to leave a bad review for a place that would otherwise be a 4/5 or even a 5/5 review. I visited the store on Avenue of the Americas on my way home today because I needed to use the restroom, afterwards I noticed they were having a 70% off clearance sale so I decided to shop. I picked up 8 items and joined the exceedingly long line to checkout. Eventually it got to be my turn and I was unfortunate enough to be called by a distracted cashier, while ringing up my items he kept chatting with another employee who seemed intent on telling him whatever it was he had to say right there and then. Then the cashier announced my total as $96.75 when the actual total was $69.75. Of course if you're a distracted person this is an easy flub. I brought out my credit card to pay and he said $96.75 again to which I ignored because the machine was showing $69.75. I paid and left only to get home and find out that his royal distractedness rang me up for an additional item that is not in my bag. There are 9 items on the receipt and I only have 8. I called the store and they were closed now I have to factor this mess into my workload tomorrow. Not cool at all, very disappointed. :-(

Busy Nordstorm rack but has tons of great desire discounted items. Will recommend especially if you have a style Or designer in mind that you want to purchase at a reasonable price

Friendly staff. The store was bright and spacious. They had good deals and the whole downstairs was a men's section which was nice. It was not too crowded so it made it easy to shop. I'm sure I'll go back soon.

I would like to bring to your attention another store where they don’t think about customers, they simply don’t care about customers. Having 10 cash registers, they only serve two. How to understand this if not bad service. Why do they think standing in line for 35 minutes is acceptable? Isn't it enough to earn enough for all the cash registers to work?

Stop and check out the designer sunglasses and successfully make yourself a target for loss prevention to follow you around the store.. very unnerving. . Nice selection of Men's clothing and shoes.

A typical Nordstrom Rack store. Many items with good selections of brands. It is good for women, men and children.

I found a really nice shirt there this week. It was a bit on the expensive side but it feels like it will last, it washed well and it is a warm shirt. I paired it with some pants and then grabbed a pair of blue Adidas which were the same color as the blue in the shirt.

Very friendly employees helped me find exactly what I needed quickly. Fantastic discounted selection of luxury goods. I found a couple of great belts and accessories all for a great price. Couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience!

It was ok. Plenty of reasonably priced clothing. Whoever reviewer who mentioned this is a good place to buy children's clothing is wrong. There is absolutely no children's clothing whatsoever here.

Wow! I had never been to #Nordstrom on W 57 and what an amazing happy suprise of attentive patient and friendly knowledgeable attention to my needs!! First #TeamNike was most helpfull in guiding me to Shawn in order to work with a new foot malady that requires me to walk on the softest, most supportive shoe ever. They not only took exceptional time for me to really settle into the new shoe feel, they reccomended a brand that will be my moving forward brand-Im literally "walking on clouds"!!! My peripheral neuropathy well danced pranced and advanced feet and legs are rejuvenated in my new #OCCLOUDMONSTERS!! Good deals, great discount. It's a good store to explore when one has the time to go through and explore. Often, the items are not in the right section so it may be worth it to plan to be there long enough. Also, the line for check out was miserable. 4 cashiers and over 20 people in line. Bring patience along!

I was very hesitant to write this review but I'm not feeling this store. The employees are not helpful. I feel they always look mad and the cashiers look overwhelmed. I once checked out with Affirm it's a form of payment and the cashiers had no clue what was going on. Not only that but the lady who was trying to help had a BAD attitude.

Great place to find top brand products at really reasonable prices. I get my summer sandals and some beauty staples here and I feel even happier that I saved a bundle. Best time to visit is anytime.....but it does get busy so I recommend before 4pm and during the week.

The store was very well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was really surprised to see an Alexander McQueen bag for $700! There ouch!!! Otherwise it was overall very reasonable prices. And shocked to see MAC cosmetics there! That was an added bonus!

Shoe department is the best part about the store. They do not have a large selection in the clothing department. Also during rush hours the lines can be pretty long just be prepared to wait.

Good size store, better than the one on 14th. Be sure to check out the beauty session with good deals on shampoo and make up.

I found this bargain at the Nordstrom Rack on 6th Ave in NYC. $63.99 you can't beat this price for Lucky brand. fits great, color is nice and I'm using it for the winter because I was looking for a longer coat. They have a decent selection of coats, shoes and accessories.

Probably the worst collection I have ever seen. I believe that’s the case because they expect tourist to buy all sort of leftover stuff.

Stood in a huge line only to notice the return sign, got out of line, then was told it was closed, and to reenter the line at the end. I’m a cardholder and spend a fortune here, plus worked at the Rack briefly. This makes me want to relinquish my loyalty to the brand.

They treat their clients VERY POOLRLY! RUDE STUFF. Yesterday I visited this location to buy some new clothes. I found a beautiful silk skirt and while I was trying it on I found a pretty big hole on the skirt's side. I was okay with it because I know how to repair clothing so I decided to take it anyway. On checkout, I showed the hole and genuinely asked the cashier if it was possible to get this item with a discount since it was damaged and I was completely okay with repairing it by myself. The cashier was confused and went somewhere with a skirt without any explanation. He was absent for a while so I decided not to waste my time and ask another lady to check out my goods. I was about to buy a set of bedsheets but when she scanned it she decided that the set couldn't cost so cheap and told me that it was not for a whole set but just for pillowcases. What was a lie to my face. The price tag says 9.97 and I patiently repeated it two times and pointed at the price. She answered that it was a mistake and she was really rude and aggressive to me without any reason (as a customer I don't care about mistakes, I just want to buy it with the price it has). By this time first cashier came back and told me that they were not going to sell damaged items. The rude lady repeated it to me in a rude form. Without explanation and without any “sorry”. I left the place incredibly disappointed without any purchase I wanted. I won't recommend this place to my friends and will avoid it as well. Any customer deserves respect, especially when they are willing to pay money.

Overall I'm pleased.. It was my first time at this location. They have a nice selection of winter coats and it was organized fairly well. I was underwhelmed with the beauty/fragrance options, but it was the holidays and I'm sure many things were out of stock. Will definitely go back there in the near future.

Ordered 15 items as Christmas gifts for friends and family, was suppose to arrive on the 18th then the 21st both came and went with no delivery. After tracking the package it was being delivered by “CDL LAST MILE” which is notorious for not delivering packages on time or at all. So here I am 3 days before Christmas and Nordstrom rack asked me to wait til Tuesday to see if it shows up. They use to care about customers but apparently not anymore. I’ll never shop here again online or in store.

This store has most of the designer clothes and the prices are moderate, and at the same time they are well stocked. The Stafff are patient and well-trained. I am going to add some pics when next I go shopping there!

If you’re lucky, you can find amazing deals. I just found a pair of heavily discounted Gucci sleepers — 85% off! Nevertheless, the overall presentation of the items is really neglected and most employees just don’t want to interact with customers. Got a very rude comment from the frustrated cash desk lady while I was just asking a random question about my purchase. Don’t have high/average expectations about the experience, this store feels like a fashion jungle… Go and try your luck!

As a member of Nordstrom rewards I recieved notifications about a footwear sale. I happened to be on the market to purchase some trail running shoes and was not disappointed by my options. After trying on few brands I selected a pair of Nike Trail Running shoes. Best of all, I saved 40% off the original price.

I love Nordstrom Rack when I pay for my clothes. That was the moment when I realized how much I saved! Besides, a cashier named Barry helped me save more money! He suggested me to open a new card at NR, and help me go through everything with his great, friendly attitude. Will keep coming back!

My first time going to any Nordstrom. Drove down from upstate and knew I wanted to go there. It was big,nice,and organized. Found a few diff uggs that I liked and bought a pair. The Asian cashier guy was so nice and funny. Def going back.💕

I went there buy a suit. 2 piece selection was almost non-existent. The separates, plenty of jackets but finding the matching pants, extremely limited. But I eventually I was able to piece together I nice one and very good price. Probably got for about 60% off. Wanted to get a second suit, but I was completely out of luck.

Surprisingly small floor area for most items, but neatly arranged and tidy. Prices were little less than other same store items in the same area. Check out was very quick owing to the availability of staff who were courteous and efficient. Highly recommended.

Very small selection for a Nordstrom Rack. I've been to several, I think all of the ones in the city, and this just seems a bit dinky, very few choices, yet so many sunglasses? Like 50 times as many sunglasses as jewelry? Even so, it's nice to have a more affordable option around when you need an outfit or something for an event or occasion.
