Really cool market place for antique items. This place is only open Sunday’s so when I went it was very packed. If you’re vaccinated, masks are not required. There are multiple sellers as each seller has their own booth inside. You can really find anything like jewelry, type writers, antique knives, paintings, and more. I really liked that there was a food truck located outside the market. There seems to be something for everyone here and it’s all antique and beautifully crafted.

My first visit here and I was able to park in he parking lot . Definitely come earlier in the day on Sundays , I arrived around 130-200pm and it was pretty busy . Luckily there was a parking lot attendant directing people to spaces to keep the traffic moving . Free parking and there is a food truck outside every Sunday . The individual booths inside are a great eclectic style of the individuals who sell out of them. There is a great architectural /industrial salvage area with soooo many different things from bobbins to mantels , the variety is awesome . Definitely worth a trip and bring a truck to haul away your awesome finds!

This place is amazing. There is something for everyone. One side is architectural salvage and the other side is sectioned areas of different vendors with vintage and other second hand items. This place is well curated with quality items at reasonable prices. If you are looking for a for a door this is your place. Staff is very helpful. If you go here knowing what you at a looking for and if you have measurements you will probably find exactly what you are looking for. Bring a measuring tape and expect to spend time here... the place is huge. Well with the trip.

As someone who loves estate sales and thrift shops, Mongers Market was like that but on steroids - AMAZING!! The range of items here is immense, and to properly see all the vendors takes a few hours. The place just seems to keep going, and you really have to see each vendor booth thoroughly to make sure you’re not missing any treasures. The prices tend to be fair considering what you’re getting, and certainly the majority of these items would be extremely difficult to find anywhere else. How good Mongers Market is, is really down to the vendors themselves. The one purchase of our first trip was a bit of a disappointment. My wife found a great “leather” jacket, but she was not sure if it was real. The vendor assured her it was (the tag on the inside of the jacket with the list of materials it was made from being cut off should have been a red flag), and she wouldn’t budge on price. My wife really liked it and since she was assured it was real leather, she knew it’d last a long time. When we got home she finally found that same jacket online, and that brand only makes jackets with faux leather. So either the vendor cut off the tag saying it was made of something other than leather and willfully misinformed my wife, or the tag was already removed when she got it and she genuinely doesn’t know the difference between faux and real leather… either way, not great. That said, we’ll still return to Mongers Market, but will be more careful next time.

Super impressed, I was expecting a bit of an industrial salvage yard/gritty/mess, instead there were well organized 'shops' some of which were owned by some very talented artisans. Yes there is a lot of old industrial salvage, but there is some rather trendy retro stuff as well. Never felt too claustrophobic, and greatly enjoyed my time there. Was looking for a barn door, and found the option of nice reclaimed lumber to build one, a vintage one to refinish, or a beautiful crafted one from reclaimed wood. Spent a couple hours enjoyably walking through the building. We will be back. If you are into some personal treasure hunting, this is the place for you.

chaos can be expensive. lots of junk. astonishingly high quality carpentry. art is not artsy fartsy so i gave it an extra star - this is rare in fairfield county. the most important thing to know is to park a block or two away and walk in. it could take 30 minutes to get turned around at their full lot.

Amazing place with a wide range of stuff - industrial surplus materials, items crafted from those materials, booths with flea market/estate sale goods. Price ranges for everyone! Lots to look at, plan plenty of time! 2 clean porta-potties outside, that's it for facilities.

Very fun place to look for unusual old things. Very organized and clean. Great place to explore. If you are creative this is the place for you. Turn an old thing into something new. One part of the building is individual vendors selling antiques & collectibles. Worth checking out.

I came here looking for a nice piece of reclaimed barn wood for a fireplace mantle and was not disappointed. Wide selection, all different shapes and sized boards, beams, scrap metal, wide variety of furniture, antiques, and more in a nice layout. Felt safe during covid as all shoppers had masks and most were mindful of their distance to others as well.

Costs $3 to enter but the place is well organized and clean. It's not really an antique place since they also have people there who make custom merchandise. Prices aren't really bargins.

There's so much here to look at. Met a lot of the vendors and they were all very friendly, accommodating, and ready to talk about their cool stuff. Prices vary from vendor to vendor, but are generally unremarkable in either direction- which is to say fair. The booths are quite well curated. It can get rather hot in there which is understandable because it's so expansive and probably impossible to cool - so I might suggest visiting in cooler weather if you're particularly sensitive to the heat.

Every time I come here there is always something fun and new to enjoy and see here. You could spend a whole day here and still be finding new things by the end of the day. The booths are really aesthetically pleasing and usually can find good deals. It's a great Sunday activity for the whole family rain or shine as it's indoors.

This place is like a wonderland for antique and junk collectors such as myself! There is also a lot of handcrafted and made items. Reasonable prices, all different vendors and items. Very busy as it’s only open once a week. I had a hard time with a baby stroller in here and the parking is mayhem! But I left with a few treasures and I’m glad I went! It’s a real experience! 3$ per person cash only at the door!!

Artifacts of a bygone era of American labor and ingenuity. My favorite parts are the shop-made tools.

I go to Mongers Market 1 to 2 times per month and I always find new things to look at or purchase. The vendor booths are well laid out so that you can browse from one end of the building to the other without repeating or missing something. Overall, the vendors do a great job of keeping their booths stocked with fresh merchandise and neatly displaying it. The variety of merchandise is also excellent, from true antiques to vintage and gently used. Most vendors are reasonably priced and willing to bargain as long as you are respectful. My only small quibble is the addition of an entry fee. While the fee is nominal and many dealers will deduct the fee from your purchase, it's still irksome. Also, if you get there at the wrong time, parking is a nightmare.

A veritable cornucopia of antiques, ranging from post office box metal racks and vintage crates from the titanic Era all the way to vintage jewelery and collectible drinking glasses from the 70s. There's a little bit of everything here, but you better have deep pockets. The prices are simply outrageous sometimes. $3k for a simple epoxy wooden table? No Thanks! But I found a wonderful crocheted blanket like my grandmother once made, and bought that for $35. What a deal! So, I recommend going here and taking your chances, even if you don't have any artistic ideas in mind.

Very eclectic collection of dealers across the spectrum from clothing to jewelry, books to furniture and everything in-between. Additionally, you’ll see all kinds of reclamation and salvage items from various factories and businesses. A great place to explore and, being indoors, no weather concerns.
