I
have
never
had
a
personal
trainer
in
my
life,
and
I
hate
going
to
the
gym
or
exercising.
After
driving
pass
PPM
so
many
times,
I
decided
to
get
out
of
my
comfort
zone
and
signed
up.
The
first
2
sessions
were
intimidating.
I
left
the
gym
profusely
sweating,
aching
in
pain
and
questioning
my
life
decisions.
Haha.
Even
after
a
few
sessions,
I
started
to
feel
my
best.
I
started
to
think
clearly;
My
mind
was
not
foggy.
I
have
tremendous
increased
energy.
I
started
making
healthy
food
choices.
My
well
being
and
mood
matched
my
increased
energy.
I'm
starting
to
feel
my
muscles,
and
my
weight
is
starting
to
go
down.
I
have
stopped
making
excuses,
and
I
eagerly
show
up
to
every
single
workout
session.
My
trainer,
Alyssa,
is
very
encouraging
and
motivating
in
helping
me
tackle
my
gym
struggles.
She
is
very
flexible
and
accomodates
my
hectic,
crazy
schedule.
She
is
very
patient,
kind,
personable
and
has
a
great
vibe.
She
provides
exercises
that
are
both
challenging
but
also
manageable.
She
makes
gym
more
fun
to
attend,
and
I
am
enthusiastic
each
day
I
wake
up
early
mornings
to
attend
her
sessions.
