ABSOLUTELY
TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

I
called
on
a
Tuesday
and
explained
my
situation
and
that
I
needed
to
take
a
test
by
Friday
with
a
proctor
form
filled
out.
The
woman
on
the
phone
advised
me
to
book
my
appointment
then
I
can
send
over
the
form
to
be
filled
out.
I
booked
the
appointment
for
$50
which
i
was
advised
to
do.
Later
i
get
an
email
saying
this
has
to
be
booked
5-7
days
in
advance
and
to
send
another
$50.
If
the
woman
on
the
phone
knew
these
tests
had
to
be
booked
5-7
days
in
advance
why
did
she
tell
me
to
book
the
appointment
anyways?
Then
i
get
an
alert
they
moved
my
appointment
one
month
later
which
will
not
work
for
me
as
the
test
needed
to
be
completed
within
3
days.
The
website
only
lists
$50
booking
appointments.
Why
is
it
$100
to
take
a
test
I
already
paid
for
within
my
course?
As
I
explained
my
situation
to
someone
via
email
trying
to
get
my
money
back
since
I
was
definitely
not
taking
this
test
here
as
i
have
heard
they
book
appointments
and
when
people
show
up
they
have
"no
idea"
why
they
are
there,
they
told
me
I
"should
not
be
calling"
Why
do
you
have
a
phone
if
your
not
"allowed"
to
call
it.
There
was
a
sense
of
urgency
behind
this
exam
so
obviously
I
called
instead
of
email
which
apparently
isn't
allowed.
Regardless
of
the
"no
refund
policy"
this
center
is
completely
at
fault
and
scammed
me
out
of
my
money
and
should
refund
me.
Unhelpful,
scamming
people
.

must
be
misinformed
considering
your
reply.
I
called
ONCE
and
the
woman
on
the
phone
let
me
know
what
I
had
to
do
which
was
Book
and
pay
for
a
seat
BEFORE
any
forms
or
questions
were
asked.
I
wasnt
even
aware
the
form
had
to
be
completed
on
my
end
before
sending
to
you.
All
she
told
me
was
to
book
my
appointment
and
all
my
questions
and
concerns
will
be
taken
care
of.
Once
I
booked
my
appointment
I
called
to
confirm.
If
you
heard
the
phone
ringing
why
didn't
you
answer?
I
explained
the
sense
of
urgency
and
situation
over
the
phone.
You
are
most
definitely
not
the
"best
testing
center"
in
NY.
You
changed
my
appointment
without
my
permission
past
the
date
the
test
was
open
and
did
not
advertise
$100
fee.
Only
50.
If
that's
the
case
change
your
website.
Your
"policy"
is
irrelevant
when
your
business
is
guiding
me
in
the
wrong
direction.
Take
accountability.
