Great service! The workers were very nice & did what needed to be done without a problem. The testing center was quiet, and very neat. It was very sanitary as well. Everything was handled nice. I’ll be using HTC Testing Center in the future!

I took my PANCE at this location and I had a good experience. There is a parking lot in the back which is great. Once you enter you go to the suite and they have very clean protocols for covid and you get your temperature checked, you sanitize, and you sign in. There are several computers between each test taker. There are noise canceling headphones at each cubicle and dividers between each person as well. You also get your own locker for valuables and a place to put snacks for those taking long tests. There are bathrooms at the end of the hall which are single person and were clean. The proctors were very nice and professional and very super helpful. It was a very relaxing testing experience and I would 100% come back to take another exam here.

Absolutely fantastic. They make you feel extremely comfortable while taking the test. They are very organized and kind as well. The woman at the front desk is awesome.

Excellent experience! Kahn was a nice lady who made going into my test easy! Everything was taken care of from the booklet I needed, scrap paper and pencil and a calculator! Very well recommended!

Very positive experience. The receptionist was very sweet and welcoming as she got me checked in and out. Test room was air conditioned and clean. I will be back for my final licensing test.

Very annoying that the staff is in the testing area speaking and laughing as testers are trying to concentrate. Facility is clean and has plenty on space, staff just needs better training.

Wonderful testing area. Proctor was curteous and friendly. Provided noise canclation headphones if needed. And the room was kept at a comfortable temperature. Would definitely recomend this testing center for any examination you have to take for work or school.

I’ve come here 5 times in the past year for different tests and the experience has been great every time. I purposely only booked my exams here because the employees are very kind, professional, and prompt. The parking is easy and the center is always clean. I always feel safe and more at ease taking my tests here.

Wonderful testing location! Taking all my Pearson exams here and it’s quiet, and the staff is very respectful and friendly. They take COVID protocols seriously and sanitize everything. I definitely recommend testing here!

The receptionist was so sweet and helpful. The proctor as well. Both made sure the room and seats and computers were clean and they helped calm my nerves by talking to me before my exam ! Great people great place !

Took my FAA FIA test here. The place was very neat and organized. Will be coming back to take my FIA-I and ATP here at later times. The owner was amazing!

The receptionist/proctor was very kind, professional, thorough and patient. I’m glad I decided to take the hour bus ride here instead of the closer options. It was well worth it! Very quiet, clean, nice smelling location. The proctor definitely made me feel safe. 10/10 would recommend you take you’re exam here!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!! A SCAM!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!! I called on a Tuesday and explained my situation and that I needed to take a test by Friday with a proctor form filled out. The woman on the phone advised me to book my appointment then I can send over the form to be filled out. I booked the appointment for $50 which i was advised to do. Later i get an email saying this has to be booked 5-7 days in advance and to send another $50. If the woman on the phone knew these tests had to be booked 5-7 days in advance why did she tell me to book the appointment anyways? Then i get an alert they moved my appointment one month later which will not work for me as the test needed to be completed within 3 days. The website only lists $50 booking appointments. Why is it $100 to take a test I already paid for within my course? As I explained my situation to someone via email trying to get my money back since I was definitely not taking this test here as i have heard they book appointments and when people show up they have "no idea" why they are there, they told me I "should not be calling" Why do you have a phone if your not "allowed" to call it. There was a sense of urgency behind this exam so obviously I called instead of email which apparently isn't allowed. Regardless of the "no refund policy" this center is completely at fault and scammed me out of my money and should refund me. Unhelpful, scamming people . ****************************************************************** You must be misinformed considering your reply. I called ONCE and the woman on the phone let me know what I had to do which was Book and pay for a seat BEFORE any forms or questions were asked. I wasnt even aware the form had to be completed on my end before sending to you. All she told me was to book my appointment and all my questions and concerns will be taken care of. Once I booked my appointment I called to confirm. If you heard the phone ringing why didn't you answer? I explained the sense of urgency and situation over the phone. You are most definitely not the "best testing center" in NY. You changed my appointment without my permission past the date the test was open and did not advertise $100 fee. Only 50. If that's the case change your website. Your "policy" is irrelevant when your business is guiding me in the wrong direction. Take accountability.

Horrible place, the front desk person was unprofessional. She decided to use spray and clean up, making so much noise while I was in the middle of taking my exam. I couldn’t breathe whatever she was using gave me an instant headache and made me lose focus. Someone should go an review the camera on November 8. This is not acceptable.

The receptionist created a warm friendly environment. They provided me with excellent customer service and explained the rules thoroughly. I truly recommend this location for any testing needs.

Did my PAR knowledge exam here. Very clean and nice atmosphere. Front desk lady was extremely kind and helpful. The computer setups are a bit tight in space but it was just enough for my needs. The testing room itself was very nice and well regulated, the temperature in the room was nicely cold which was well-needed on this summer day. Definitely will return to do my other ratings and renewals in the future.

I was there yesterday morning for an exam. The facility was clean, well-organized, and very quiet. The Testing Center administrator Tanya was friendly and professional. It made a somewhat stressful experience much easier.
