Very nice, clean facility. The front desk staff was very helpful and the Medical personnel was professional. We had three family members get tested for Covid! Results were available quickly! The staff was actively mopping and cleaning surfaces when we were there. Only issue was that the check-in process was quite long, and hard to juggle everything, photographing ID & Insurance cards for everyone, etc. **I strongly suggest going there for your first visit, when you feel relatively well!** So that you don't have to deal with all of the logging in stuff when you don't.

Let me tell all! Hands down the best urgent care in Brooklyn! The staff was so attentive and organized! The facility is sparkling clean and friendly ! The dr who saw my entire family was so knowledgeable and detailed with us. I highly recommend MY DOC URGENT CARE for your medical needs.

I came in late last night pretty close to closing and every single staff member was kind and helpful. They made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. It took me 3 visits and 8 days to get my medical report done at their Brooklyn location! Although I visited them with my problem a month ago. At every step here you are faced with artificially created problems. It was a very unpleasant experience. The attitude towards visitors is terrible.

If you need urgent care Coney Island, MyDoc Urgent Care Coney Island is the best place to visit. I received treatment for an asthma attack there, and they did a great job. I felt much better with their care. The staffs are kind and compassionate too. I highly recommend this place!!

Absolutely worst’s experience I ever had at an urgent care. Came for urgent care, leaving early from work with fever, chills, feeling miserable. Barely walked 2 blocks from my car. They took two tests (one rapid and one regular). And kept me there for over an hour. And then rapid test came back negative and they sent me home. What help did you provide, absolutely nothing. I came in as sick as I left, knowing nothing more than that I am Covid negative. Seems to me they are more interested in business aspect and less interested in the actual urgent care. Now after 4 days I’m still feeling miserable, and they won’t do a flu test on. But when I called them the next day, they said I could come in for a flu test. Unfortunately I wasn’t feeling strong enough to go out and stayed in bed for 2 days. Now what? I took 2 sick days so far and I cant even tell my boss the reason. Now my boss probably thinks I’m faking it. 😡

Today I got cut by a broken sauce bottle very deeply, while making dinner. So I I didn’t have any time to put a jacket on, I grabbed my ID and an insurance card and ran outside to the urgent care. An urgent care didn’t admit me because they don’t take an Apple Pay, And they wouldn’t treat me without A co-pay. I asked if I could be billed later, but that wasn’t an option. My hand was bleeding so hard that I even left a mark on a countertop. I was rejected to be helped without a $25 co-pay. Would you want to be treated in this kind of place if There is an emergency? I return home I Took my wallet and a jacket and went to another urgent care around the corner. But that Place was Accepting an Apple Pay. Think twice before using this place.

I came to take the Covid test and see the Doctor. I didn't get the test and didn't see the Doctor. Secretary said that all office is sick, no technician. if so, update this information on the website. People will not visit them at such “sick days”
