Absolutely
gorgeous
dining
room.
Fun,
informative,
attentive
service.
And
food
that
will
blow
your
mind.
This
is
where
the
science
of
food
can
actually
be
fun.
There's
no
"foam"
on
the
plate,
but
gastronomy
is
key
to
that
khachapuri
(unless
it's
witchcraft
and
either
way,
I'm
going
back
to
get
it
again).
They
have
vegan
runny
eggs.
That
are
EXACTLY
the
right
texture
and
flavor.
The
lamb
cigars
are
delicious
--
very
like
lamb,
but
also
just
delicious
and
worth
the
visit.
Their
special
tonight
was
a
seared
salmon
and
I
swear
it
FLAKED
like
salmon.
The
best
part
of
that
dish,
though,
was
the
creamy,
"cheesy"
saffron
orzo.
Flavors
were
great,
the
copycat
ability
to
non-vegan
food
is
astounding.
You
could
easily
pass
this
off
without
telling
someone
the
whole
place
is
vegan.
But
better
than
a
"parlor
trick,"
it's
also
just
a
lovely,
upscale
plant-based
experience,
right
down
to
the
cocktails.
The
rosewater
ice
cream
was
just
slightly
soap
like
(I
think
you
can
have
too
much
rose
water
flavor
🤷🏼♀️)
but
the
date
cake
with
chocolate
cream
cheese
filling
was
good.
Pricey,
but
very
worth
it.
