I
went
to
Lenox
Hill
Radiology
Jamaica
Estates
location
yesterday.
The
facility
is
nicely
maintained
and
clean.
However,
I
had
a
terrible
experience.
I
was
going
for
an
MRI
with
contrast.
I
was
told
to
drink
2
1/2
bottles
of
a
special
drink
that
they
provided.
Then,
I
was
taken
to
put
an
IV.
Before
I
even
showed
my
arm
to
the
nurse,
She
said
"I
hope
I
could
get
your
veins.
Do
you
have
difficult
veins?"
I
said
"No,
I
have
never
had
any
problems."
She
then
asked
me
where
is
the
bottle
of
the
medicine
aforementioned.
I
told
her
that
I
drank
it.
She
said
"No,
you
needed
to
drink
the
last
1/2
a
bottle
here."
I
then
told
her
that
no
one
had
told
me
that.
She
responded
by
saying
"Forget
it,
we
could
still
do
the
IV
with
you
drinking
only
2
1/2
bottles."
She
then
proceeded
to
try
and
put
the
IV
in
my
arm,
but
said
my
vein
blew.
She
then
contacted
a
doctor
due
to
her
inability
to
set
up
the
IV.
The
doctor
came
in
and
told
me
that
I
have
small
veins.
Again,
let
me
reiterate
that
I
have
never
had
any
issues
with
my
veins.
Then,
he
couldn't
do
it
either.
They
both
told
me
that
I
was
dehydrated.
The
nurse
asked
me
if
I
drank
water
today.
I
said
no
due
to
me
previously
being
instructed
not
to
drink
or
eat
four
hours
before
the
procedure.
The
doctor
and
the
nurse
both
instructed
me
to
go
to
the
hospital
or
to
another
Lenox
Hill
facility.
They
rescheduled
me
to
come
back
to
this
facility
another
day.
Why
in
my
right
mind
would
I
want
to
go
back
there
again?
I've
gone
to
other
Lenox
Hill
facilities,
and
I've
had
no
problems
there.
So,
I
will
be
going
to
another
Lenox
Hill
facility
or
NYU
Langone
(as
they've
also
done
it
before
and
with
no
problems.
On
the
first
try
I
might
add).
The
office
manager
was
extremely
caring.
She
called
me
an
Uber
ride
home,
since
it
was
blatantly
apparent
that
I
wasted
my
time
and
had
to
take
medicine
for
no
reason.
