So delicious and with decent price! I’ve attached the menu here just for reference. The larva French toasts was my favorite! It was so delicious and I’ve never had it before! What a surprise! HK style milk tea, I just love it! And we also got the fried pork chop(single order), which was so good and the amount was like for two people! Show in picture below! We will come back again very soon! Went there during Sunday and finding street parking was very easy, but not sure about the weekdays.

Authentic yummy Hong Kong style café. Inside has many tables so you can dine-in (self-service style) or take-out. You feel like you are in HK by seeing HK scenery portraits, photos and HK dramas on TV screen. We ordered the traditional HK Style Milk Tea (very authentic, nice strong flavor), Salmon Salad with Miso Sauce, and Fried Pork Chop with Black Pepper Sauce. The salmon was perfectly cooked and the miso dressing was very addictive! The pork chop meat was very thick (outside was very crispy, inside was soft and juicy), and the black pepper sauce was super delicious! Their portions were big and we were all very satisfied. We also ordered the Pineapple Bun, Lava French Toast, Iced Lemon Tea and Lemon Ribena Drink for the afternoon dessert. I especially liked the French toast. When I cut it in the middle, the creamy and soft mascarpone cream came out which made me so excited to eat. Outside was crispy and inside was warm, fluffy and not too sweet. It was a great afternoon snack and perfect end to the meal. The owner and staffs were very kind and friendly. The parking was easy. There were plenty of street parking on Marathon Parkway. I will definitely come back to try more yummy food. Highly recommended.

Craving a taste of Hong Kong without the soggy shirts and bustling crowds? Look no further than Marathon Cafe, your passport to a nostalgic HK style cafe minus the humidity hair! This adorable mom-and-pop joint is as friendly as your chinese grandma’s hugs. Picture this: perfect buns that make you wonder why life isn’t always this warm and fluffy, and rice noodles with fish balls and turnips so saucy they should come with a bib warning!

I like to come here very much. I can have rice dish, curry rice, salad, noodle, and cheese tart. It's self service but they bring the food to you when it's ready. The drinks are also very good. Except to wait, because it's so busy here.

A HK style Cafe. They only open from 11 am to 6 pm and closed Wednesday. They speak cantonese, Mandarin and english. The HK style milk tea is one of the best in NY state. The things I order are the fried chicken wings, the beef tongue over spaghetti, the French toast, and the pork chops over rice in curry sauce.

Wanted to check out this HK style diner ever since it opened. The people are really nice and the woman at the counter suggested I try their specials. I had a heavy meal the last night and opted for a grilled salmon over salad. Even though it wasn't a true HK dish experience, the salad was very good. The two pieces of salmon were grilled and charred pretty well and having no bones in them was good. The dressing was a little too salty for my taste, but I will ask for it on the side next time. I will definitely come back for a 2nd visit. The food is on par in terms of taste in the area, but they do lean towards a little pricer for lunch. Typical lunch takeout for cantonese can run you $10-$13. The standard dish here costs around $15-$18. My salmon salad had plenty of salad and two pieces of fish, but $16 bucks was a bit expensive. If they added maybe 1 more peice of fish I would call it decent value. The benefit here is that it's a customer pick up, so not tipping is expected as you have to also clean up after yourself if you choose to dine in. Tips for visiting: Closed on Wednesdays

Very close to authentic HK style cafe. Iced and hot milk tea is banging 🔥. Chili wings are definitely off the hook. Chef told me it’s 4 pieces cut into 8. I ordered two orders 😂. I thought it was half a wing each piece. The wings are huge!!! The Bolo Yau is legit. Thick piece butter in the middle. 🤤 I do want ham and egg sandwich but they only had spam. They need to add ham to the menu but the spam and egg sandwich is really good too. Especially that smooth silky buttery egg that was cooked to perfection.

Finally a local HK style eatery opened within walking distance to my house. Their food and drinks are prepared fresh but in my opinion, their sweet chili fried chicken wings is truly one of a kind. A MUST HAVE imo. Everything is great about this establishment however, it is a bit pricier compared to other similar eateries around a little neck, Douglaston, Bayside area.
