Fantastic atmosphere, food, drinks, and service. Wow, what a makeover! Everything here from the cocktails to the oysters are on point. What a fantastic addition to the neighborhood. Service is warm and attentive and everything is delicious. Kid-friendly but also perfect for date night.

Also here same time as Alicia and disagree completely with her assessment. Great staff, accommodating and friendly. Wonderful food and great drinks. So happy to have this place in our neighborhood and grateful for those that appreciate quality when they experience it.

The best burger in Park Slope, dare I say … in all of Brooklyn! The best way to describe it is a perfect gourmet backyard barbecue burger taste. The fries are right amount of soft and crunchy. And everyone that works there are like the nicest people ever … and, it’s Park Slope, so very kid friendly but still with a great neighborhood bar vibe.

We really enjoy the atmosphere and delicious Nachos and Pepper 🌶 Poppers at this friendly Ale House. I wish we could have had more of that home-made cheese sauce the Chef/Bar Keep recommended! It was too good. Also our granddaughter and myself enjoyed playing golf on the game machine. Thanks for a pleasant time Park Slope Ale House.

Amazing place! Perfect terrace in the summer, good combination between a traditional bar and a family restaurant. You can feel like an adult but have a very child friendly setting. Good food and good service. If you enjoy a beer while the kids eat chicken fingers, this is your place.

Excellent. Went here for drinks and ended up getting great drinks AND food. Beers on tap are well rounded, and cocktails really well made. Had the perfect martini. For food, I had the mussels and tried some oysters and a deliciously lemony Caesar salad. Good spot to hang with friends. And honestly great bathrooms: communal, clean, and available

I've gone to this place on and off since it first opened 30 odd years ago. Hadn't been there for a while because the last owner paid zero attention to food. That has changed in a big way. I'm glad to add this back to the rotation of local places to have a beer/cocktail and dinner ... with a ballgame.

My favorite watering hole in the neighborhood. The drinks are good, the food is great and the atmosphere is perfect for the neighborhood. Ryan and Mike are awesome!

Not sure why anyone here would talk about a poor experience, this place has been much better since the new owners took it over. Food is delicious, place is spotless, Mike and all the staff are incredibly helpful / friendly, AND they kept the charm of the place when renovating. Proud to call his a neighbourhood joint.

The newly renovated park slope ale house is better than ever. Great atmosphere, great drinks, and a great new food menu. Thrilled to see so much care put into a great neighborhood bar

I’ve been throughout the years and have experienced the owner transitions of this wonderful establishment. Every evolution the ale house has gone through has always been so positive. I can’t think of anything wrong with each new owner as I know they all want different preferences and experience. The new owners that took over in the beginning of 2023 are amazing! Elevated pub fare and such a cozy environment. Having a bad day? Come to park slope ale house. You won’t regret it.

Loaded tots on the Park Slope tater tot tour. Nacho style.

Cozy and authentic atmosphere. We watched a hockey game back then and played a little bit Pac Man. Good beer. Was wonderful to have an insight on the community around here. Very nice people. Thank you so much for the memories.

Friendly vibe, extensive selection of beers. Limited but well done menu. Outdoor space. Bathrooms in basement.

I visited this place on a recommendation, a few blocks away from the subway. I ordered a beer from their reasonable tap selection as well as their pub burger. They use thick potato buns which take away from the flavor of the food itself. It's not a bad place, but not worth travelling out of your way to visit.

I have walked past this spot many times while meaning to try it and I finally did, and it did not disappoint. First you have multiple choices of either seating at the bar or right outside or the main outdoor seating. There's more than one TV (I did not pay attention to how many in total), and there's an arcade game (2). I did not go through all of the menu, as I am still getting used to hanging out in this pandemic. So as soon as I saw a pilsner that I was interested in, I went to it. There seems to be a variety of choices of drinks to choose from and I'll pay more attention to that on my next visit (yes, I'll be back!) My only gripe is the restroom, takes a little getting used to the design. Not my favorite. Other than it, I liked the bartender, style and decor of this joint, and the environment. So I'll recommend this spot. It's definitely going to be my new hangout spot!

The service was helpful and friendly and it was a great spot for an evening happy hour. It is quite a narrow space so hard for large groups to mingle and stand around. The drink was okay for the price - not stand out.

The food is great! Beer tap options are good and the margaritas! Mike is the best they got and makes the experience amazing! My weekly stop.

Since the renovation about a year ago it's no longer a cozy, quiet neighborhood bar. The tables are a lot more densely packed and you'll have to talk pretty loudly for others at your table to hear you.

Cool Bartender. Great Beer. However, apparently the current owner is unable to modify the Google Map's Online menu because the previous owner has not relinquished the password. So the online menu is 4 years old and doesn't reflect the current menu, which is standard pub fare.

Friendliest bartender. Made me great drinks. Beer selection was nice. The burger was perfect and the amount of sweet potatoes fries were great value for the price.

We had a welcome reception on Friday of our wedding weekend at Park Slope Ale House and cannot recommend the venue and the entire team highly enough! The venue was perfect for the event, with drinks and food for all of our guests and the space was super warm and welcoming and well decorated. The team of people working there were truly incredible: they helped us with the food for guests with food allergies and proactively communicated with us the whole time. Someone even specially checked in on my soon-to-be wife to make sure that she had everything that she needed and was getting enough food and drink. The food was great and so was the service. The bartenders were lovely. We are so thankful that we had our welcome reception at Park Slope Ale House and love everyone that helped pull it off!
