Yes, they will be my jewelers for my engagement ring. My fiancé and I were expecting the worst when we visited the New York Diamond District. We had consulted big box online jewelers, online-custom design jewelers, and even small local brick mortar jewelers. We were extremely surprised and very happy to have found them. They were located on the second floor but don't let the stairs stop you. They are WONDERFUL! Ann and the ladies made the process so easy. We presented our situation and they were willing to accommodate and were courteous every step of the way. Ann was extremely helpful and prompt via email. They also perform the work on site which means your diamond is never shipped off to an unknown place. The in house operation also makes the prices competitive. I HIGHLY recommend.

The team at Kim's did an incredible job resetting my engagement ring. The original ring had a very thin band that I wanted swapped for a thicker one. Within 10 days, Kim's created an entirely handmade setting and sent me photos throughout the process.

Wonderful experience! I had a precious heirloom ring resized today, on-site, which only took about half an hour. The craftsmanship was superb and resulted in a perfect fit. It was delightful to chat with the lovely woman behind the counter while the work was being done. A family business with decades of experience and integrity. I went to Kim's based on their Yelp reviews. I needed a ring resized and they did the job quickly, inexpensive to me, and extremely well. They have a great family atmosphere and I would go back there in the future. They also have a good selection of vintage designer pieces. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I had a ring resized. The cost was very reasonable. The staff and Mr. Kim are great, very nice and helpful. Update: 7/22/2021, I had another ring resized. It was a challenging job, the jewelry I bought from warned me about, because the stone was cracked (it’s a vintage turquoise) but they made it work. Got the job done again at an excellent price.

My family had been a customer of Kim's for more than 10 years. Kim's provide highest quality at best prices and the staffs are very honest and upfront. Their selections make me look forward to anniversaries and birthdays. They have most variety/selections and I have also made a custom piece that turned out exactly what I had requested for. Hope they'll be around long enough so we can get help with my 5 year old daughter's engagement ring.

I got 2 rings resized and 1 ring resized + replated and couldn't be happier with the results! The process was super quick (~15 minutes for the 2 resizes, ~1 hour for the resize + replate), and the prices were very reasonable. My rings fit perfectly now, and my replated ring looks brand new! I will definitely be back for any future jewelry needs.

My wedding ring had become too small for my knuckle, and every other jeweler on 47th street had tried to convince me I would need a new band. These people simply resized it and restored the original matte finish perfectly. They even took great care to preserve the original engraving. It looks wonderful, and I am very happy with their work.
