I ordered a bracelet size 8.5 inches , when i received the bracelet it was only 8inches which means i over paid for the amount of grams i received, also bracelet looked used there was scratches all over the product ,i reached out to them via dm on ig and direct email to try to exchange and never received a response , worst customer service and regret spending money with them BUYERS BEWARE!

I would like to also say this place is one of my favorites but instead I’d have to highly disagree! I came to this location twice ready to buy and they ignored me at first I thought they were just busy but then I noticed they assisted every Spanish person that walked inside and choose to ignore me while I was sitting there waiting patiently. I never really realized how strong racism is within our own African American/ Latina communities. I was so disappointed because I really wanted to buy.

I have bought three pieces from here in different times and the quality is superb. All the ladies who I have spoke with in Manhattan and in Fordham are very polite and helpful, and my jewelry always comes at the estimated time. The service is amazing overall! I can tell I will Be a long time customer and definitely recommended !

Please do not purchase from this jeweler they are SCAMMERS. They promise a refund, take over 2 weeks to refund and once they do they reverse the refund while it’s still pending. I don’t know how they get away with this. Charges should be pressed against them for being scammers, unethical and just bottom of the barrel people.

I am disappointed in my first experience buying jewelry from here. I made a purchase during your recent Black Friday sale, & UPS the shipping company you guys choose to use decided to lose my package, now although I understand that is not your fault, UPS has a policy that once I file a missing package claim, they only give the shipper (you) the information, so I must be in contact with you to get another piece or a replacement/refund. I would love to receive the piece & have this all figured out but it has not been easy to get in contact with you guys, I have tried WhatsApp, mobile phone, email, & instagram dm’s & only got a response telling me to call their number, it took multiple tries & calling multiple numbers for them to pick up. Now I am told I have to file a claim with them, they don’t know how long it would take for me to get my money back because they do not do replacements & now that item is no longer on the website so if I wanted to purchase it again my only option is to finance. Update as of 01/10/23, I never received refund I was told I would, their own insurance company is telling me they are trying to appeal it & its better if I just get a refund through my bank. JTJ is also telling me I need to file another claim for whatever reason, what happened to the first one?. This is unbelievable.

When you come in they give you a ticket in which they have no idea who goes next. Be prepared to be skipped or ignored. The jewelry is beautiful, but the customer service is not ideal. A lady next to me used an online code next to me while being sold thousands of dollars in jewelry, but when I asked for the same code they said it’s only online. They treat the customers as if they are out of country. I waited an hour to speak to the manager, I came in for more jewelry but was turned off, he apologized, but the lack of organization is un aceptable. Go to Manhattan they might treat you better, there were people there complaining and retuning online orders that were ruined. I’m not stepping foot in that store I will continue to go to grand jewelry on grand concourse as I done for years with no issues. Thank you but if you want chaos go here !

If you need to return or you have a stolen package they do not care do not answer phone calls or emails and don’t even care to get you back I have been trying to get my refund back for over 2 months

What’s the point of having a phone if you’re not even going to answer or answer and hang up? I bought a chain with a pendant & ring a little under a year ago and there’s diamonds missing from the pendant and ring. I am not satisfied with the service nor Will I be going back there!

I bought a gold Franco chain a while back which I was very satisfied with, But there website is a complete mess very unorganized. And a majority of there pendants they sell are horrendous.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, it is a bit crowded though but the staff always checked up on you if your being helped. It felt like you went to a best friend buisness because they treated you like someone they know for years. Sometimes when you go to a jewelry place you feel a bit intimidated what to buy, what is the price. Yet they made you feel comfortable and they offer plans if you can't pay right away.

I live out of state and used the online ordering system. It was a seamless process and they even offered financing through Affirm, which I loved. My order came in 2 days but to my surprise it was the wrong size chain. I gave the store a call and a lovely young women answered and said don't worry, we're going to make sure to fix it. I sent it back the next day. They called me to confirm the correct chain was being sent, and got it a day later. Even though it was the wrong one at first. I still give them 5 stars for great customer service and keeping in contact with me the entire step of the way. Thank you so much to the girls that helped! I can't wait for my husband to see his gift.

Would never recommend ordering online. I purchased a picture pendant in Nov Black Friday. Not only did I receive it a month later, but every-time you emailed or called about it they don't answer. ON TOP of that when it got here, it was a scam. Nothing like what I ordered. If you order something big make sure you order it 2x the size because they will scam you and send you something smaller. Horrible customer service.
