You can search by the GSI number or IGI number to find photos or videos of the diamond on other websites. I am extremely happy with my 1.8carat diamond ring!

On Sept 6, I ordered (and PAID FOR) a pair of 2.5 Ct diamond with platinum stud earrings with custom (heart shaped) prongs for my wife's birthday. I received the earrings on November 3, eight weeks after my credit card was charged. Although the excuses turned out to be legitimate, (studs had to be manufactured three times to hold the stones), the communication was terrible until I cancelled the order. Only then did "upper management" get involved and personally contact me almost daily with updates until the earrings were completed and mailed overnight. The final product was excellent. Unfortunately, one of the stones was ABSOLUTELY upgraded- ("F": when in reality a "G" at best), but that is not particularly the fault of B2C, that is what happens when you order IGL or EGL stones, they are ALWAYS upgraded. Fortunately, in earrings this was tolerable. In the end, they credited me $200 as "good will" and wife is happy. Overall an excellent product although you WILL wait for it.

B2C Jewels' online ordering process was very simple and easy to understand. They offer much more specific filtering than some of their competitors, allowing me to filter diamonds based on the % of its table and depth! Their customer service was also exceptional. I reached out about a particular diamond and while it ended up not being available, Sam suggested a much better alternative that was also cheaper! Most diamonds don't have any pictures by default but Sam provided me with helpful videos of the pieces. The diamond I selected arrived here pretty quickly and it was exactly what was listed on the website.

I had found an emerald cut diamond online and sometimes in videos they may look sparkly as they are blown up 10x the size, but may not be as beautiful in person. However, not this one. The one I got blows me away every time I look at it. It's stunning. At first, I wanted the best criteria but it was out of our price range. Pascal, my sales rep, was very patient in explaining to me that even though my diamond was rated J color, which I did not want to be below H, he continued to reassure me that it was an excellent cut and polish, and the color would be closer to an I. There's a tiny hint of warmth color which actually seems to enhance my beautiful diamond but the medium fluorescence balances it out to give it a whiter appearance. I bet most people cannot tell my diamond is J color to the naked eye unless side by side with a D color diamond. I believe when choosing a diamond, the cut and clarity should come first before the color, because I would have passed on this diamond color J if not for Pascal's reassurance. I cannot stress how beautiful my diamond is. I had already shopped around and returned 2 different diamonds from other online retailers prior to contacting B2C. My diamond is set with an 18k yellow gold band that has 2 rows of tiny paves that gives it a more custom look. Pascal was patient and lovely to work with. The whole staff was professional, when Pascal wasn't around and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.
