Buckle up, it's been a journey. So, my husband and have been huge RC fans and loyal customers. He has gifted me an RC piece of jewelry for nearly every occasion (birthdays, anniversaries, "just because", etc.) for the past three years. I personally waited in line on the opening day of their west village flagship and purchased a tennis bracelet. I've recommended them to friends, family members, neighbors, etc. Well- about six months ago, one of my RC diamond huggies just popped out of my ear without my noticing. Gone forever. I assumed it was a fluke, and moved on, vowing to never buy earrings from them again (as another pair- the starburst looking ones I bought- had bent). Fine. Then, about three months ago, a diamond necklace I purchased from them fell off my neck. I did not notice as it was a relatively light necklace, and it too is gone forever. At this point, I reached out to the customer service team, and they offered me 30% off to re-purchase the pieces (actually hilarious given they were already running a 25% off promo at the time, and their pieces literally broke). I wrote back to let them know that I felt the resolution was unsatisfactory, and they never responded to me. I then posted a yelp review, and they immediately wrote to me with a satisfactory solution (store credit for the amount). They also asked that I remove my previous yelp review, which I hesitantly did. Dishonest, but they provided me a very reasonable solution so I did it. Welp, here we are about a month following this ordeal and I am heartbroken to report that my most sentimental piece- the band my husband gave me for our one-year wedding anniversary, also broke. The setting was weak and the diamonds popped out. I take excellent care of my jewelry and have plenty of jewelry from other brands (Stephanie Gottleib, Alison Lou, Susie Saltzman, Spur, etc. etc.) that have lasted years and years. Oh, and I broke my earring vow and ended up buying a simple pair of gold hoops and one literally fell out of my ear yesterday. LOL. Not even worth going through customer service with this one. I don't want a replacement- it will probably break.

We had a great experience picking out our wedding bands! Mitch was so lovely and made us feel very comfortable taking our time to try on different bands and other wedding jewelry. She was so warm and welcoming and we will definitely be back and ask for her assistance :)

Eh, had higher hopes for this business. Ordered a piece and had it engraved, paid for 2 day shipping as a way to rush the order, not the case. It takes an additional 1-3 weeks and I feel it’s because they’re small and can’t handle volume. I had a watch engraved from another retailer and it came to me in less than a week so I know it’s possible to speed up the process. I should have known they were all instagram promo and less business. Customer service is terrible with little to no know information. They just keep repeating the same thing. No communication between them and the vendor, clearly it shows. I will not be doing business with them again, I should have followed my gut and went to a place that can laser the same day. I’ve been a RC customer for years and the quality has worsened significantly. A ring I purchased bent from the heat of my hands. A friend purchased earrings and they gave her an allergic reaction, and she was told by the customer service team they aren’t pure gold, which isn’t disclosed online (?!). Return process is difficult. Tried to offer me a store credit for a defective piece when I asked for a refund. They ultimately agreed to refund and proceeded to send the refund to the wrong credit card, and have been difficult to get in touch with since, leaving me no option but to now file a dispute with the cc company. Not what it once was. Shop elsewhere.

Love the brand but can we please improve the store experience?? No appointments and only 3 associates (they won’t let you in unless you have someone free to assist you). They have huge lines out the door (is this a PR stunt?!) and don’t time limit their clients so people just stick around trying everything and taking pictures. I waited once for over an hour and was told the rings weren’t out to try on when I finally got to the front. This seems inefficient and is sure to kill the brand unless something changes.

Tyler was amazing! I traveled all the way from Dallas and was not disappointed! Ask for him when you come in, he was very helpful and full of great information!

My friend had been eyeing a few specific items at Ring Concierge and we finally decided to check it out. Our consultant, Leah, was amazing! I couldn't recommend her enough. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and gave fantastic recommendations (and just a lovely and kind person to chat with!). We also appreciated that she was not pushy and never pressured us to buy. Leah happily showed us around and answered a ton of our questions. My friend left with her dream bracelet and is totally obsessed with it. There were a lot of items that peaked my interested, too, so I will definitely will be back!

We (group of 4) shopped with associate Torey Lehman and couldn’t have had a better experience. She was so fun, professional and knowledgeable. She made the potential stress of fine jewelry shopping fun and comfortable! I had my heart set on a certain ring but it didn’t fit. I was a bit embarrassed but she was amazing and helped me find an even better option. She also said she would submit to the company for more inclusive sizing options. Really appreciated her!

From beginning to end, the process to finding my perfect engagement ring was all in all amazing. We stumbled upon the RC store on Bleeker and I couldn't be more thankful that we did. After seeing my dream ring showcased in the store, we then scheduled an appointment with Melanie at the bridal showroom on Madison. Melanie was so helpful in finding the perfect ring for us based on our desired color, clarity and cut, and she gave us plenty of options to try on (and was extremely patient with me as I kept going back and forth). The RC team is also extremely responsive and the customer service is 10/10. The ring wasn't fitting just right after the engagement, and the RC team was also very helpful in getting it sized properly so that I can wear it comfortably (thank you Sam!). I would recommend any couple in search for their perfect engagement ring to head to Ring Concierge as they are the best in the business!

Ran in for a last minute Christmas gift for my sister and was really impressed with the experience. The saleswoman who helped me was patient and let me try on a bunch of different rings. Two of the girls even gave me their opinion when I was having a hard time deciding. They seemed really knowledgeable without being pushy and stuffy like a lot of jewelry places are. I’d definitely recommend it if you’ve been following them on insta for a while.

I found the staff to be incredibly helpful and not pushy at all. Having the opinions of two salespeople was great. I saw people come in and out and say they were just browsing and they were pushy or ignored ag all as you see in some higher end jewelry stores.

I have had the absolute best experience with Ring Concierge. I needed to have a loose diamond put into a necklace and also have an engagement ring setting changed. Through the Bespoke process, I was connected with Nikki who went above and beyond to help me with both pieces of jewelry. She was extremely responsive, helped me find the right design, and even met me in person to ensure my sizing was correct. After we finished the ring and necklace process, she even helped me pick out earrings. I cannot recommend Nikki & the Ring Concierge team enough. I will definitely be a customer for life!

I had a marvelous 2nd experience-second in a week, this time with Mitch, who was beyond lovely, we got into an excited exchange about our love of jewelry. Tyler was so fantastic. He spent time letting me try on wedding bands and answered all the questions I had. He was great to talk to and so personable. The store itself is beautiful and the staff overall was great.

I bought a personalized gemstone ring last winter intending to wear it as a “travel e-ring”. When it arrived, I was immediately disappointed as the stones were chubbier/not as elongated as they appeared on the site. Because personalized items (I just picked the stone and band color) are non-returnable, I hoped the ring would grow on me…..I’ve worn it a number of times since, and it just looks and feels cheap/the white sapphires appear like low quality CZ. I later bought a $50 CZ gold plated travel ring that looks and wears so much better than something that cost 20 times as much. Regret buying, and wouldn’t buy from here again.

Usually a bit intimidated when ring shopping, but cannot say enough amazing things about Tyler! So well versed in what shape would work best for your hand- He immediately made me feel so comfortable and at home asking the « dumb questions ». Cannot recommend enough! If you can make an appt or get the chance to walk in, definitely ask for Tyler or any other amazing member of their team. Such an easy and fabulous experience!

The first time I discovered Ring Concierge years ago I loved their designs so much, and I was set on having my future engagement ring made by them. However after several disappointing experiences with their fine jewelry pieces, I’m never purchasing anything from RC again. And I definitely don’t trust them enough to have an engagement ring made by them. My thin gold chain bracelet (my first purchase ever from RC) snapped in half out of nowhere (in the middle of the bracelet, nowhere near the clasp) and they wanted to charge me something like $90 to repair it. Ridiculous. And on a separate recent occasion, I noticed a small diamond fell out of my ring and I haven’t even had it for a year yet! I reached out to customer service almost 2 weeks ago regarding the missing diamond, and have heard no response back. I’m done buying from Ring Concierge.

Love love love this store!! I’ve been following Ring Concierge on IG for a year and didn’t know she had a brick and mortar. Walked past with my bff and HAD TO stop. Had a wonderful shopping experience - Tessa was very knowledgeable and helpful, the prices are very reasonable for the quality / price of gold and diamonds, and I love everything I purchased. Walked out with 2 new stacking rings, and a third being shipped from their warehouse. Great experience, highly recommend

I had a wonderful experience with Ring Concierge shopping with them for the first time in person on Bleecker Street. I purchased special items for my wedding and both Ivana and Lia went absolutely above and beyond to ensure that my every need was met. They bent over backwards and did everything they could to please me and ensure I felt like family so they now officially have a Ring Concierge customer for life! I love this place. They will take care of you and help you extraordinarily. Couldn't recommend them and this store more highly -five stars isn't enough!!

I used RC to get my girlfriend an engagement ring. Finding the perfect ring is not an easy task. I shopped around so many places and did not receive the service or products that I got from ring concierge! Melanie did an excellent job, and after only a few questions she found me the perfect ring!! The ring came in a box with all necessary items such as GIA certificate and ring appraisal! Definitely recommend them if you are looking for any jewelry!

Can’t recommend The Ring Concierge enough. I’ve purchased online for a few years now. Decided to stop by the store while in NYC, Torey was such a delight. She helped me pick the perfect ring for a gift. Highly recommend coming in to shop.
