I
had
a
horrible
experience
at
Hudson
Medical
after
a
ski
fall
that
injured
my
right
knee
on
March
12.
I
scheduled
an
appointment
with
them
on
March
14,
which
was
the
earliest
availability
they
offered.
However,
after
being
referred
to
take
an
X-ray
imaging
service,
they
claimed
that
the
doctor
would
not
see
me
again
until
2
weeks
later.
The
X-ray
was
ready
from
the
imaging
center
after
a
few
days,
but
they
insisted
they
would
not
take
care
of
me
to
read
my
results
until
2
weeks
later,
which
was
the
'instruction'
from
the
doctor
David
Cassagnol.
This
was
ridiculous
because
isn't
it
the
first
priority
to
see
my
results
and
treat
me?
If
they
had
seen
my
X-ray
results
earlier
and
referred
me
to
the
MRI
earlier
instead
of
waiting
two
weeks
to
see
the
doctor,
I
would
not
have
had
to
wait
4
weeks
to
be
informed
that
I
had
a
fracture
of
the
shaft
of
the
right
tibia.
They
caused
a
serious
delay
in
my
treatment,
and
I
am
beyond
angry
about
this.
Their
actions
have
not
only
prolonged
my
pain
and
discomfort,
but
they
have
also
affected
my
ability
to
carry
out
my
daily
activities
and
work.
Then
on
the
11th
day
of
waiting,
I
could
not
take
the
pain
on
my
knee
anymore,
so
I
called
them
and
urged
them
to
refer
me
to
take
an
MRI
immediately
to
figure
out
what
exactly
happened.
They
did.
However,
after
4
weeks
of
waiting,
they
called
me
to
inform
me
about
my
fracture.
They
then
proceeded
to
transfer
me
to
another
orthopedic
doctor
to
treat
my
fracture,
which
they
had
neglected
and
underestimated
for
the
whole
time.
Their
behavior
is
unacceptable
and
has
caused
me
immense
pain
and
discomfort.
Had
they
taken
my
condition
seriously
from
the
beginning,
I
could
have
received
proper
treatment
and
care
earlier.
Instead,
I
had
to
endure
weeks
of
waiting
and
suffering.
I
demand
an
explanation
for
their
actions
and
an
apology
for
the
way
I
have
been
treated.
Their
lack
of
professionalism
and
concern
for
their
patients
is
unacceptable.
I
urge
anyone
considering
this
facility
to
look
elsewhere
for
their
medical
needs.
I
am
also
considering
seeking
legal
advice
on
this
matter.
