On November 15 I saw a doctor there and had complaint of a history ailment. Not only did the doctor misdiagnosed me but also had it written in patient care. I had called back to have this resolved because my son left his job to take me to city MD. From 10:45 in the morning I was put on hold, people answering the phones claiming to be the office manager or whatever the head clerk is that there. Every time I call back the managers in a meeting I am on the phone now holding for 18 minutes and was told she was out of the office but then was told they’re going to see if they can reach her she’s in the office. If the office manager cannot handle certain delicate situation then they should not be the office manager. Certain people refuse to give their names were very rude on the phone but I have recorded every conversation. They think they’re going to have me stay on hold until the office closes. I have filed several complaints regarding this issue with the Office of professional medical conduct central intake unit. Oh and they still have me on hold

A few years ago my mothers doctors had a suspicion that she might have multiple myeloma due to a bad accident she had in 1991. My mothers primary care doctor wasn’t in that day so she saw Doctor Perez here. This man told my mother While she was by herself that she had cancer already and that it was in her bloodstream and that she needed to take care of that immediately. My mother, alone, scared calls me to tell me the diagnosis given by this pathetic doctor. I don’t know what he was looking at when he misdiagnosed her. We spent 6 months seeing an oncologist, going back and forth, test here test there just to find out that Dr.Perez was absolutely wrong… my mother went through depression through those 6 months, thinking about chemotherapy. I often told her not to worry, that I’ll cut my hair too, you know to show love and support. I don’t understand how this man still works as a doctor. I wanted to sue so bad but my mother told me to forget about it. That it was okay so I let it go. This doctor also once told me that Mono does not exist and that this is all a myth… ridiculous.

I've been to this urgent care for about 2 years and they have great customer service. They see you right away and they're hours are very flexible. It's pretty clean and neat.

I used to like and trust your clinic. It came recommended. I have recommended it. That has changed. Dr. De la Cruz is a danger. He depends entirely on his assistant (a very nice man). He looked at my infected eye for a split second from 5' away. Sat back in his chair, arms crossed, and dozed off as I spoke with the assistant. I did not understand his Spanish and he did not understand mine, or my English. The assistant seemed to understand, but... My pharmacy gets my prescription from your clinic. Turns out that they sent EAR drops for my EYE infection. If the pharmacist had not caught it, I'd've been HARMED! Pharmacy called you multiple times, as did I. 24 hours later, your clinic resent the same scrip for EAR drops. For my EYE infection. Twice. This is dangerous. These are reportable offenses. Note: I teach Biomedical Ethics to healthcare professionals at the college level.

The most worst. Never recommend to anyone. They waited me more than 4 hours in two visits. The doctors are non professional. The staff are rude. For prescription you will visit again and to send it to the pharmacy. They ignore the patients.

I waited a while to be seen but that is not even my main complaint. I am led to the exam room by a man I assumed to be the doctor, but soon realized wasn’t. I walked into the room and the doctor, an older Spanish speaker, is sitting there. The other man, who I’m assuming is the doctor’s assistant, remains in the room and I soon realize he’s translating for the doctor. I am an immigrant and would not mind this situation if they had bothered to introduce the doctor since he had no badge. The doctor starts asking questions about my symptoms. He asks me to stand up and turn around to listen to my lungs and without warning, he lifts up my sweater so he can listen to my lungs in the back and places his other hand on my left hip. I work in healthcare. I would never lift up a person’s sweater without their consent and I would let them do it themself. Let alone in this situation where I am a female patient in a room with my back turned and with two male providers. I was so shocked that I stood there and let him finish listening to my lungs. This is unacceptable. Some basic teaching is needed on provider etiquette and trauma informed care. The front desk and PCA were nice.

You will wait a very long time to be seen. Nice atmosphere very peaceful. The blood pressure strap has to be head by one of the nurse to see what your numbers are and if the nurse doesn’t hold it the Velcro strap will come a loose and fail blood pressure test. They need there equipment updated.

I love this place! Is my go to for anything. They are fast, efficient and courteous. Doctors really take their time to hear the patient out. Lab Corp is inside the location and make it convenient for blood work.

Worst healthcare experience of my life. They didn’t speak English and then tried to blame my symptoms on allergies. I have been severely ill for five weeks and can barely function. Truly awful.

For a neighborhood urgent care center I am very impressed with the quality of care my mother received at this fine and clean establishment regardless of the time we got in (almost closing time) Dr. Perez took his time to evaluate her, and did his best for her to have a good treatment plan! Everyone was very courteous and all my questions were answered about her health. Will definitely be coming back for future visits!

Excellent. I totally recommend it, I felt very well taken care of, the waiting time may seem long but it is worth it, I will go again and I hope to have the same experience. Congratulations and thank you to the whole team 🎃

I have visited this urgent care multiple times since they opened and can say it’s a very clean facility. Their nurses and workers are very welcoming and always ask the correct questions. Usually there isn’t a very long wait unless there’s a large amount of patients as there are only a few nurses and doctors working, yet they still make it work. I will recommend!
