You have to set up an appointment to go to this location. They don't have all the device they advertise in store so they'll probably refer you to their website if you're interested in purchasing a customized device. Customer service experience was initially terrible but then my Tech service representative was switched and then he was able to help me fix my device to the best of his abilities but not to my satisfaction. All in all, this was a nice place. Follow me on Instagram @dapoibrahimtv

Lovely place for an Apple store. I think it will be good to have more signs inside the Grand Central station because I had to ask three people to show me how to find the store, especially when you are using trains 🚆 like me. Overall experience was OK.

Genius Bar told me to reset my iPhone without a backup and assured me multiple times my photos and messages would be preserved. Thought it was strange, but trusted them and went along. Lost a ton of data, Apple support over the phone can’t fix it. Do your own research, don’t trust everything they tell you.

I went to buy a phone and just took some pictures and I was dressed casually, the employees gave me a look and addressed in a weird way. They asked what I wanted and when i purchased the goods the tone changed a bit. It's really unprofessional to treat a customer just by looking at their outer appearance. It's a shame Apple

The Most Iconic Apple Store in Grand central . People come here just to visit and see this store . This is inside Grand central terminal which is a major attraction for visitors . Fantastic location and nicely done . Service is good . So many Apple specialists working here unlike many other Apple stores in the malls . Store is huge. They have displays almost all over grand central terminal :! They also have rooms inside where they sell Apple products . They have good stock of every product. As always no offers or discounts with Apple . 🍎 bring in City , you can’t expect parking in this location. Overall a very good experience… 4 stars . ⭐️

For my money - the coolest Apple Store. To be there just in the landing of Grand Central Station with the gorgeous ceiling and buzz of a traveling city below is incredible. Friendly staff and well-staffed. Didn’t feel too touristy either which I appreciated. I’d recommend this over all other locations in the city. Their service was also VERY FAST. 1 day to fix a battery on a Mac Pro.

1/2 star as at least instructor showed up. Very poor customer service & we did NOT learn anything. APPLE used to hire caring employees at these instructor-led workshops but now it’s lucky if you’re blessed with a competent caring APPLE Instructor. We are very disappointed in the lack of teamwork!

What does an iconic, architectural masterpiece, a location featured in many films and a major transportation hub all have in common: NYC's Grand Central Station. If ever in New York, visit Grand Central Station and stand in the center (near the clock) and look up, do a 360° turn. You will be amazed and it's also free.

guess what? We scored an Apple Watch from this mind-blowing store in Grand Central Terminal! Let me tell you, the store itself is absolutely stunning and eye-catching. The atmosphere there is so unique with its open space vibes. And here's a pro tip: if you want an amazing view of the Grand Central Terminal, make sure to check it out from the Apple Store. The staff there were incredibly sweet too !

I love this store. Besides the beautiful location in the grand hall at Grand Central Terminal, everyone is so nice and helpful. And the people at the Genius Bar are truly geniuses. Big shout out to Vlora with helping me get the new iPhone 15 Pro Max and setting it up for me. She was so kind, helpful and patient. And another big shout out to Hazel at the Genius Bar for your help in running diagnostics on my old phone and getting my battery replaced so I can give that phone to my mom. Apple, where do you find - and how do you keep - such great employees?!?

Apple employs a group of blue shirts at the entrance to greet customers and triage them. Except they’re all more interested in talking to each other than greeting guests. After I did a lap of the store and was redirected to them to get in line for product help, these guys didn’t even turn to face me and instead addressed me with their backs turns and talking over their shoulder. That’s just bad manners, never mind any professionalism. Apple can fire all of them and still make exactly the same amount of money.

State of the art apple store. Wait time was bit longer than expected. Experience is worth it and the staff are friendly too.

I had the best experience - I was by Grand Central, got a call that my elderly mom had a fall…I needed to keep in touch with her caregivers but my phone charge was low. I went to the GC Apple Store, asked someone (Jessy) if I could charge my phone for 15 minutes, she cheerfully got me on a charger. Several other Apple staffers stopped by to check on me. Very positive service experience!

The staff are helpful & friendly, huge supply of accessories & apple products, fast wait time. They fixed a problem on my phone real fast. The only thing is I would not recommend coming to any Apple store if your screen is cracked or something like that use a 3rd party they’ll fix it for like 50 - 60% cheaper then apple. But other then that the staff at this Apple location are very friendly & helpful.

I came to this store to get my phone repaired and had a bad experience. While I had a 2pm appointment, it ended up taking 30 minutes before someone could see me (this was fine). My phone repair was going to take an hour. This was during the work day, so I decided the best thing to do was to work out of their waiting area (which was not busy and had ample seating). One of the employees kicked me out (this was while I was spending $280 to get my screen repaired). Crazy experience, will never look at the Apple brand the same.

In perfect condition however the side rooms are always way too warm. They are also where the staff stand or sit whilst doing personal shopping on their phones or browsing social media. When asked to assist a customer they are often disengaged with any request.

We had great help from Cat at the Apple Store when we came in to buy new phones. We had a lot of questions about how best to transfer the data to the new phone and about the trade-in policy for our old phones. She provided us with recommendations concerning accessories and also for which phone capacity would be best based on how we each use our phones. And thanks to her help and information, I ended up buying a new iPad by trading in my old phone. It was a very quick process and overall a 10/10 experience thanks to Cat! Would definitely go back ☺️

My ipads charginf port stopped working wo iw went to apple care to see if they could fix it. After turning it off then on a couple of times and resetting all of the information on my ipad, the employee said he had no idea as to why it was not working. But, dont worry, you can just buy a replacement for $450. Great idea alejandro! i dont know why i didnt think of just replacing my 1 year old ipad with a new ipad! i wish i thought of that sooner!

Very good service, with the full array of Apple products at your choice. I prefer this Apple Store to the 5th Ave one. It quieter and you do not have the hectic ambience.

So disappointed by the customer service. More than an hour to get served even when you precise that you re in a rush, you know what you want to buy and want nothing else… Plus, half of the crew is just chatting and not taking care of any customer. Worst Apple Store I’ve been in!

A male staff helped me well. He listened to me patiently and understand my needs. I was satisfied! But at my second visit I saw a rude woman. Possibly she was newly hired and inexperienced. I left so as not to waste time there even though the problem didn't solve at all.

Sometimes I wonder why I spend so much money on Apple products when I can get cheaper electronics? But Sebastian at the Genius Bar reminded me why with top notch customer service. He went above and beyond to help me save my data after the new iOS update nearly killed my laptop. He was also just a very friendly and chill person with a great energy. THANK YOU!

We went there in the middle of the day and it was too crowded. My friends phone had broken and they gave us an appointment for an hours later to look the phone.
