My fiance bought my engagement ring from here. The ring was beautiful and everything I had wanted. Two weeks after being given the ring, a stone popped out. For the money my fiance spent on this ring, this shouldn't have happened. When we told the jewelers about the ring, they offered no apology and no explanation for how this could've happened. It'll take at least a week now for them to fix the ring, and I have no reassurance from them that whatever caused the stone to pop out in the first place won't happen again. I wouldn't recommend buying your jewelry from here. Buy it from somewhere else with higher quality standards and better customer service.

Salvatore & Co is extremely professional, personable and welcoming! I felt very comfortable and not pressured during the entire process. They took the time and effort to make sure I knew what I was buying and the different options available. I will definitely be back for my wedding bands but overall I would recommend them to anyone, especially first time buyers!

Terri was such an amazing help in finding the perfect diamond for my proposal. She gave me an in depth lesson on what to look for and how all of the grading of diamonds worked. The experience was very relaxing and informative. She then helped me custom design and create the perfect custom setting. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will absolutely be going back. 23 years ago, after going to many stores in CT, I came down here, and it was in a building with many little stores, and it was at this counter that said Salvatore & Co. and they told me they would make me a deal no one else can beat. I knew what I liked and my partner knew his budget, and they were respectful and didn't try to oversell us. I was able to choose my own diamond and a setting. My ring is absolutely beautiful. A friend of mine referred me to Salvatore & Co. For my fiancee's engagement ring. I had a firm budget and would not go below a certain class of diamond. Liza sat with me and we found a perfect rose gold engagement ring. My fiancee enjoyed it and the sparkle is incredible. Fast forward, I moved to Atlanta so I tried to get the wedding band there. None of the stores I went to had what my wife wanted and wanted all the money up front. With a month left I reached it to Liza, I texted her an image of the band I wanted with my budget and when the wedding was and she got to work. The ring was ready before end of the month. I paid the balance of the ring and it was delivered to me the next day and it was under budget! My wife loves her rings. I've never gotten this type of service from a jewelry store before! Making 2 custom rings, under budget, and with high quality diamonds. As a consumer, you couldn't ask for more. If you're buying your jewelry from somewhere else YOU ARE MAKING A HUGE MISTAKE!!

Top notch selection and customer service from Liza and Michael. I visited the store with something specific style ring in mind. I scanned the new jewelry cases looking for a ring, while the selection was beautiful, the type of ring I had my hopes set on wasn’t there. When I decided to leave, I turned and saw the estate case and there it was!!! I had no doubt at this moment that this was the I was searching for. A little over a week later I realized one of the diamonds had fallen out, after all it is over 70-years old. I contacted Liza and sent it back for them to check out. It was repaired and returned back to me very quickly and better than ever. Thank you!!!

We visited Salvatore & co to start looking for an engagement ring. We walked out with a ring, and a set of studs. Liza helped us find exactly what we wanted, and we couldn’t walk away without it. She educated us on clarity, color, ring styles, the difference between 4 and 6 prong baskets, and more. She also was great about asking for more info about our budget. Liza showed us stones and rings that spanned the spectrum of low to high prices, and it definitely helped us land on what my (soon to be) fiancée is sure is her perfect ring. Best of all, Liza educated us on the process about how the stone and ring are joined. She noted that many parts of it are flexible to change, so we feel very comfortable knowing we can always request tweaks later. We popped in by chance, and are so glad we did. Highly recommend.

Fantastic! Avoid the rest of diamond district and straight here. Patient staff that will explain everything you need to know and don’t have pressure you into buying. They should do something about their signs and stairs, as they seem discount’y and sketchy, but walk past that and you feel safe immediately

Horrible experience, bought my mother a $8,500 diamond bracelet, she wore it a total of 3-4 times and it looked like it was 30 years old, she stated that it keeps slipping off her wrist. She decided to go to the store where I purchased this bracelet (Salvatore & Son ) today and they treated her horribly, she asked them if they could possibly fix it and they rudely stated the best they can do is get a estimate for this repair from the manufacturer. When she stated she only wore it a few times and questioned the quality they threw the bracelet at her and told her to leave. The person who was handling this situation was Michael. Classless and rude! Avoid at all costs, so many better options in the diamond district no need to be treated this way. 0 Stars should be an option for a classless place of business like this.

Excellent personal service and beautiful selection of jewelry! We not only got exactly what we wanted at a great price but we also thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the store and had fun in our conversation with the friendly folks there. We are from out of state from the high Sierra Nevada Mountains but will definitely make this our preferred jewelry store.

I recently purchased an engagement ring for my girlfriend at Salvatore & Co, and I have nothing but high praise for every step of the process and the end result of the ring. Once I told him the style I was going for, and my budget, he was able to find me a handful of stones and we went over them one by one and looked at them together. He provided me with all the knowledge and information that I needed to make a decision and build a ring that was right in my budget and was exactly what I was looking for. He even pushed me to choose a stone that was on the lower side of my budget, explaining how it was a great stone in relation to how it was graded; taking money out of his own pockets to help me make the best decision for myself. That kind of trust is paramount when making such a big decision and spending a lot of money.
