Great selection including modern and traditional designs. My experience at this Luk Fook location has been amazing with several associates who were all very knowledgeable. I've visited this store for a few different occasions (wedding/anniversary/birthdays) and they were always patient and helpful in making sure I found what I wanted. The quality and workmanship is also far better than other jewelry stores in the area. Highly recommend checking out the selection at this store if you're looking for jewelery for yourself or for gifting!

Noel is my go to person anytime I need assistance. Aside from being very friendly and enthusiastic, she introduced me to different styles of jewelry I never would have thought of trying. A few weeks ago, I was visiting Manhattan’s Chinatown ( I’m from Florida) looking for a gift for my 96 year old aunt. She loves jewelry. I happened to pass your shop on Canal St. I was greeted by a lovely young lady (Mrs Noel Leng) who patiently waited on me and made several suggestions. After some time I decided to purchase a beautiful ring which my aunt loves. I was impressed with Noel’s kindness, patience and knowledge. I brought a pair of couple rings at this location a few months prior to COVID and was told we encountered 15,000+ points that can be used to exchange for jewelry. We haven’t had a chance to went back since COVID hit. We went back this week because the couple rings we brought needed to resize as we gained weighted. We were told the points are no longer valid because it expired in 2 years. We were never told that at the time of purchase. They also wanted to charge us $60 to resize even though they said it will be free at the time of purchase. Worst after sales service ever. Another lady at the store joined in the conversation and said if we spent over $1500 a ring, meaning $3000 or more in total then we would be allowed to get free resize. One of the ring cannot be resized. So I asked how much they would pay to buy back the ring and they said no they will not buy back, did not even try to help and just said it’s worth very little money just keep it…what am I going to do with a ring I can’t wear. Why would they not buy back a ring they sold? Or even make a offer? I understand they can’t offer full price I paid but nothing? I guess the jewelry they sell must be worthless if they don’t even want to buy back.
