I desperately needed new earrings and they were there so I walked without knowing anything about the brand. Little did I know I would fall in love with the brand! How can you not when they have anything you can think of with a bear on it. Best part is the amazing customer service and super friendly and helpful staff. I wish they would open a more stores.

I’ve bought earrings from this location several times. The staffs are nice and helpful. This store also seems to have more inventory than any other locations in the city/NJ. I once made a purchase at Tous in NJ and had it delivered from this store. Tous jewelries are great in quality and I find myself keep checking their new collection. Their jewelries make me feel/look young and tender:-)

Amazing customer service by Joelly, Letty, Natalia, and team. I adore Tous' beautifully designed & high quality products but unfortunately I do not live near a store. I contacted the NYC Rockefeller store for help with an order, which they took care of and I recieved it the next day! I am beyond happy. They kindly offered to help me with all my future Tous orders and I will take them up on that offer! Thank you!!!!

Chris Murphy made it happen for me to be able to gift the perfect 40th birthday gift to someone super special! A+, 100%, Grammy worthy service from across the country! All the way in NYC during this insane pandemic (I'm in LA), Chris was able to help me get a pair of earrings in a particular style, in the exact color and size that I was originally looking for. On top of having to work though a long distance exchange for an item at a different price, that I had previously purchased incorrectly online, the process was as easy as it could be via text message. Down to the finer details... the additional charges and the return label etc. were all handled seamlessly with style and ease. My experience with online Tous was headed towards a slight disaster, but it was beautifully averted by a wonderful caring individual... a glittering gem, especially in the darkness of 2020.
