Danielle was amazing!! I had a stone taken out of a ring that belonged to my father made into a pendant (for a necklace) for me. She was so helpful and kind as we figured out what I wanted the necklace to look like. It is beautiful and far exceeds my expectations. I will absolutely be a repeat customer!

The ladies at Valentines are wonderful. They have been taking care of my jewelry for the last 10 years. Anytime I have an issue I immediately take my pieces to them and they are repaired and came back 100 % and look better then when I drop them off. They are also very knowledgeable and are happy to pass on their knowledge to you as well.

Each time that we have entered Valentine’s we have had a wonderful experience. Our daughter decided at age 5 she wanted her ears pierced. We heard great things so chose to go to valentines. We are so happy we did. It was an experience. Our daughter got to pick her earrings and got a certificate afterwards. Elva pierced her ears and she was so calming and gentle with her. Their jewelry is top quality. My daughter has sensitive ears and they have the only earrings that don’t fall out on her or irritate her. We just went back recently and the employees were so friendly and helped her pick out a new pair. We will continue to do business here for years to come.

Was greeted at the door and was welcomed. I was having my ears repierced and the lady who did them was very helpful. Was very knowledgeable and it took no time at all. We discussed other items in the shop and gave great ideas for Christmas. Love them

I can not say enough about how wonderful my first experience was with Valentine’s! My sister and I went to get matching permanent jewelry. Danielle and Melissa went above and beyond to accommodate us. They took the time and effort to bring the table and tools outside to allow out my sister to have her bracelet done with her wheelchair. We were provided excellent service and a variety of styles to choose from when we were looking for wedding bands at Valentine’s. We were assisted primarily by Melissa, but everyone was so helpful there. They also were able to have my engagement ring cleaned and inspected in a prompt turn around time. We are so happy with what we have selected and were able to get exactly what both myself and my fiancé were looking for in our wedding bands.
