Dr Ben is amazing! I have been going to him for few years now for my lip filler and botox and I will never go anywhere else. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! He is very knowledgeable and really cares about his clients. The staff is always very friendly as well. Definitely recommend!!

There is a free parking lot just behind the house at the Rochester location. The facility was clean and well styled. It was a warm, welcoming, arrival experience and inviting atmosphere. I loved the Sicilian Tangerine Nest candle fragrance. The entire team is friendly and professional. Dr. Tracy reviewed my medical history and also took some time to get to know me which was comforting. The administration was quick and painless, no irritation and I was ready for dinner a couple hours later. I also left with a gift bag and 25% off my next appointment. I enjoy my experience and have already booked my next visit. Thank you for a great experience!

I had the most amazing experience at Monroe with Dr. Ben. The facility was clean, cozy, and inviting. Doctor Ben and Chyna were so amazing! They made sure I was comfortable the entire time and went above and beyond to talk about the procedure and how to care for my lips after! Worried about the pain? Alongside numbing cream, Doctor Ben gave me a stress ball and used a distracting tool while getting my lips done and I couldn’t feel a thing. This is the place to get your fillers done. The staff at MedSpa is amazing and attentive. If you're looking for a little self care, I would recommend going here. My partner and I had botox and fillers done here, and we're more than satisfied. I ended up having some financial issues come up after I put $1,000 down on a laser facial treatment and when I called to see if they could refund me the money, Capri was more than understanding and helped me out, as well as, continued to provide the most courteous customer service & did not act as though I was a burden. The ONLY reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 is because the staff must be really busy as it takes a while to hear back from them and I only received back half the money. (But on the bright side, I look forward to spending the other half whenever I can!) 😊 Thank you So much!

I love the atmosphere of Monroe MedSpa. It has a homey vibe because it’s in a restored older home. The staff are pleasant and if it’s your first time getting a filler they put you at ease and are supportive! They explain the process and what to expect and if you are not satisfied they want you to let them know and come back for a follow up appointment.

I have been there 3 times and appreciate the service and consideration. After all, it's my face that I'm trying to handle, and also money. Very nice and accommodating, even though I was really late 2 times. Will be back, because why look for something new if what you have is already working.

I went in for my appointment thinking I was receiving a promotional discount for $100 off my treatment. At the time of the appointment half the discount (through an app they were promoting) did not work out, the manager agreed to $50 off my treatment. The next day I was charged in full. Offered $50 off my next treatment when I called to ask why. The treatment itself was professionally given but didn't work. I felt like the office manager did not care that I was dissatisfied, she never took the time to call me herself. I would not recommend this place. I will not be going back
