I went for a shampoo, and blowout style. So relaxing getting my have shampooed. My hair feels so nice and soft. Michael blow dried my hair and styled looks great. Nice products to keep my hair in shape too. The shop is very attractive and clean a very nice experience and felt my hair looked great when I left the shop. Michael is a joy to chat with too while getting my hair done. Very creative and talented I would recommend MK Beauty & Barber Lounge.

Barber Naveed did an amazing job. Our son who by far is not the most patient nor calm 9 year old wanted only the sides of his hair trimmed and to include a design from “Among Us” on the side of his head. He found a photo for Naveed to duplicate and let me tell you he did an amazing job! Thanks!!

I am very picky about who does my hair and haven't been able to find a good hair stylist. I've gone to Rumors and paid for a $50 hair trim and still wasn't satisfied. I had Danielle do my hair at MK and finally found someone who cuts my hair the way I WANT it to be done. She gave me the whole royal treatment. While I waited I got to sit in the massage chair, they offered me coffee in these fancy little tea cups, when she washed my hair I got a head massage with a hot towel on my face. She even did my makeup, cut my hair exactly how I wanted it, gave me an incredible blow out. When she was finished I looked amazing. When I got home my boyfriend couldn't believe how good I looked and offered to take me out to dinner (he wanted to show me off lol). I will be going to MK from now on, finally found my hair stylist. Danielle and Michael were incredibly down to earth, funny and easy to talk to. I highly recommend.

My best first-time experience at a salon. Michael is an absolute joy. I came in for a hair cut and what I also got from this extremely talented man was an education from a very knowledgeable and talented professional. He provided skills such as active listening and expertise in his feedback and recommendations which made me feel valued and cared for. I did not expect the spa-like treatment that I received and loved. Michael worked with me to determine my desired style and completely nailed it. He took his time to ensure that he created precisely what I requested. It was important to him for me to relax and enjoy the experience which is something I didn’t realize I needed. He made sure that I obtained the knowledge and skills needed for me to maintain my style at home and educated me on available hair products without being pushy or sales-y. There is something to be said about a professional who truly takes pride in his craft and care for his clientele and this is what you get with Michael.

What a great experience! Michael was with a client when I called to make an appointment but promptly returned my call and fit me in without a problem. Even while they were busy on the day of my appointment, Michael took the time to explain the best ways to style my amazing new cut at home that would keep my hair the healthiest. Paid great attention to detail to the notes I made with the online reservation and asked along the way for confirmation if I want my long hairstyle to be like this. Yes the address is currently the one on the website and Google maps, just pull right into the driveway. He doesn’t try to push products or services onto you and has a plethora of knowledge about business/finance. Takes cash or card. Got a layer cut and my beard cleaned up and left satisfied. I was very fortunate to have rented space at this beautiful location. As the owner of Blessings Wellness Center I wanted to expand my reach if clients. I chose MK Beauty because of its location and the amazing energy once I entered. The space was very affordable and convenient. The space was perfect for my non-invasive body contouring clients and I was even able to have my medium galleries there as well. If you are looking for a perfect space to rent out definitely reach out to Michael he is the best.

Went in not knowing what to expect. Went to most barbers around the capitol region with a hit or miss success rate. This barber nailed every piece of what I wanted to get done and he did it. Very personalized with each individual, not rushed and doesn’t skip corners.
