I signed up for massage envoy monthly massage . Problem is there are NO APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE ! Bit of a rip off . I have 8 massages in my “ massage bank “ if I cancel i need to use them in 60 days BUT …..THERE ARE NO APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE . One would think if you sell a package you would be staffed to be able to deliver

Tibor is fantastic. Also front desk folks (Erica, Nicole) were as always great. Been going to Bedford Hills location weekly for many years now and it’s always been an excellent experience.

We have paid for a couple of years but any time we try to book an appointment they have non. This business is a good idea in theory, but in practice, they are unable to deliver.

Russell is amazing. My big complaint is with my inability to schedule massages on the weekends. You do not have enough help to accommodate the need. I am on the monthly plan and I am very unhappy with it.

After a lovely massage you get sold to. So before you leave you have say no thanks about a thousand times. It ruins he relaxation. I go elsewhere now and am much happier.

All the services and service providers are amazing! The front desk staff goes above and beyond to make sure all of their clients have a good experience! There isn’t anywhere else I’d rather go to relax!

Marianne provides excellent facials she always evaluates my skin issues and then recommends the best services. She recommends great products that have improved my skin drastically I would highly recommend her

Tibor is an excellent massage therapist. I’ve been seeing him for over 6 months and what a big difference in how I feel. He is very professional and is always attentive to my needs.

Tibor has great technique and is always concerned about my comfort, asking throughout the hour if strength is deep enough and always appreciates the feedback. I left feeling far more relaxed with some knots released. Kim is great with my facials! She loves to share her knowledge about skin care and what she finds works for her makes recommendations for me. I wish I could afford to get a facial by her at least once a month! She gives great shoulder and neck massage too! I find her to be a pleasure to talk to on other topics as well.

Roseanne was awesome. She provided just the right pressure during the massage. I found the experience to be relaxing and enjoyable.

Best massage I’ve had in a long time!

Worst experience I have ever had. I have been receiving massages for over 50 years. Jackie did not massage one bit. All she did was rub my legs, arm and back. With her forearm, I actually left in tears. I did not want to check her but felt bad and gave her a $20 tip.

As much as I would like to keep Jonathon’s talent a secret so I can schedule appointments, he is the best!
