I took my family for a one night stay here. During check in, I was told to be "upgraded" with a two queen bed room from the original one king bed reservation. I would prefer a king bed but they ran out of it. The lady in the front was friendly. The room looked clean and spacious. However, the bathtub drain didn't work at all and I was told there was nothing they could do other than wait to get it fixed the next day. But we needed the checkout the next morning. So we had a night with no shower. The continental breakfast was good and the dining area was clean and not crowded.

Stayed for a couple weeks and enjoyed our stay. Close to a grocery store (across the highway) We had a one bedroom suite, so was plenty spacious. Housekeeping was a refresh every other day and cleaning once a week. Only issue there was a day we had gone on a day trip we got back the next day to our towels gone, but no replacements. Easy enough to fix when I saw a housekeeper down the hall. Staff was all great, helping whenever we needed whether that was resetting a key or scanning and sending a document to my email for me so I could handle something back home. The lady who ran breakfast was sweet as can be, cherry and helped start morning positively.

Stayed in Room 411 from 6/30/23-7/6/23. The room was immaculately clean at check-in, and the housekeeping staff did an amazing job all throughout the stay. I cannot say enough good things about how well they did (not that we trashed the room or anything, but their attention to detail and consistent care was above and beyond expectations). The hotel was overall very quiet - despite the fact that there were kids' sports teams staying there and plenty of dogs. It was a very very peaceful stay from start to finish. The staff was warm and friendly, regardless of time of day - which was well appreciated. Of all of the hotels I stayed at during my road trip, the staff here was by far the nicest - and seemed very happy overall. Kudos to the folks who work the breakfast room. The weekend (with the sports teams there) was a crowd that would have made professional cooks' knees shake - but these folks handled it like it was the easiest thing ever (or at least they made it look that way!). The breakfast options were fantastic, and the quality of the food was more than enough to create no cause to go elsewhere for breakfast. This hotel is very dog friendly. Plenty of immediately nearby grassy areas, waste bags for cleanup, centralized elevators and stairs off to the ends of the wings (for anxious dogs like mine, who get very nervous around lots of people or other dogs). I really appreciated how well this hotel worked for my dog. I don't get to Rochester nearly as much as I'd like, but I know for sure that I'm staying here next time I'm back.

We reserved a room 2 weeks ago for a first floor they even call us to go over our room they had the first floor held for us because I'm handicap and terrified of elevators. We were running behind and called them at 8pm they said take your time and drive safe your room is ready when you get here. Mind you we live in a residence inn for my husband's work. We stop here when we get to go home every 4 weeks half way point to home. They gave our room to someone else. And gave us a 4th floor.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Residence Inn. I was very impressed with the hotel from the moment I arrived. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. My room was spacious and clean, and it had everything I needed, including a full kitchen, a comfortable bed, and a large bathroom. The hotel also has a number of amenities that I enjoyed using, such as the pool, the fitness center, and the free breakfast buffet. I was particularly impressed with the hotel's location. It was close to everything I needed, including restaurants, shops, and attractions. I was also able to easily get to the highway, which was convenient for my day trips. Overall, I had a wonderful experience staying at the Residence Inn by Marriott. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Great service. Booking just took a minute by phone, no waiting on the line, confirmation sent immediately. Rooms are amazing (especially the suite) - very clean and well equipped with everything needed, like a real home! Plenty of free parking, nice breakfast is included in the morning, absolutely reasonable prices, comfortable location, pretty calm area. Overall, amazing experience, highly recommended. Definitely, coming back.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was very nice, with great pillows, and the bedroom had a separate thermostat. Kitchenette had some dishes, but no silverware. The only major complaint I had was that even though I had no problems connecting to the wifi, my phone refused to load anything or text. I had to step outside to make calls or text. Overall was a very comfortable stay.

We have stayed here at least 6 times and the staff are incredibly polite and professional. Always willing to help and go above and beyond. Rooms are clean and well kept and the pool area is great for the kids.

Stayed there this last week and I found the rooms clean, cozy and overall great. Marsha at the front desk was exceptional. I will make this my home when I am in town.

Inadequate supply of dinner and small plates, 2 of 4 coffee cups in cabinet were dirty. Extra plates were delivered immediately upon request. Desk clerk also provided grilling equipment one day. Bed pad had a blood stain that was visible through the bed sheet. Great fitness center that we used twice in 5 day stay. Needed to log in via marriottwifi every day for internet access, which seems unecessary as well as inconvenient.

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Ricardo checked me in and throughout the week I stayed at the Residence Inn he was very pleasant and attentive. He helped answer questions and recommended places to eat and fun things to do. It’s also worth mentioning that Jonathan went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The rest of the team was great as well. Thank you, Ricardo, and team for a great stay.

This hotel is pretty good for extended stays. No, it isn't the Ritz Carlton but is just fine for a stay that is "home away from home". I've stayed here twice in the last six months. The first time was almost three weeks. The second time was just four days. Both times I found the rooms to be clean and providing good living quarters. The staff is friendly and seems dedicated to providing good service. The "gym" is okay for minor workouts and the pool is just fine. The breakfast was always good and provided a decent variety of choices. This place is close to just about every restaurant you could ever want to eat at. Walmart is less than seven minutes away. Downtown Rochester is about 10 mins away. Unless you are expecting a five diamond hotel experience, this place will serve you just fine.
